Went in for the first time and this shop was awesome!!! Sarah was so knowledgeable and helpful and helped me pick through must of seemed like 1000 different pieces to find the best one for me. Also they had free drinks and candy which she encouraged me to eat them so she doesn’t have too lol prices are fair and amazing staff. I didn’t get the other girls name but she was very polite and took the time to say bye as well. Definitely will be back !!

Great customer service. However, the URB Gummies DONT WORK. Maybe we have high tolerance. We bought two jars of the URB Vegan gummies and we had to eat the whole jar to barely feel anything. They gave us a discount on the second jar but NOT WORTH YOUR money. I'm sorry I just don't want anyone wasting their money if you have high tolerance.

I am not from the area and just stopped by for some treats and when I went home one of my pieces was defective. The next day, Rocco was still there and helped resolve the issue. WAY BETTER THAN FIVE STARS!!! This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is so wonderful and they truly mean satisfaction guaranteed! I have been going here since they first opened for ALL the smoking supplies and they never leave me unsatisfied! They will always take care of me and my boyfriend and always make sure we have what we need while also giving us a great deal! We moved to a knew apartment all the way across town and now have to drive 30 min to get to them but still buy all our supplies from them because they are the best smoke shop in town without a doubt! First time coming in today. Called ahead to see if they had my coils in stock (they did!) due to the four shops I had gone into prior not having mine available; so I went in. First impressions, clean and inviting, especially with the fruity scent they have going on which a lot of shops have gotten away from - this was great to smell. 😅 Both employees there, incredibly helpful and were great to talk with. When I was on my way to leave I was told about the sweets and drink they had available and was quite surprised because this is a first that I have ever seen. Was also mentioned earlier that they always keep stock of the coils and juice I enjoy which has become difficult as of late, as mentioned above my usual shop i have been going to for several months hasn't had my coils in stock and the other locations I had gone in to don't sell them period as they don't have customers coming in to purchase. Send three places prior hadn't even heard of my coil brand (FreeMax). This will now be my new go to shop as they have everything I need and we're just the sweetest!

They also have the largest selection of any smoke shop in the area, especially since the drought started. Not only do they have way more products, but they also have way better products for less than anywhere else. I went in and bought a delta disposable for $30, where other places around here have tried selling them to me for as much as $70

First of all stop by for the service and the prices alone (both are exceptional) this place is nothing like other vape/smoke shops it is several levels better. You actually feel like the customer. At other shops it feels like they guilt trip you for making them do their job. Anyway, they have an awesome selection of vape juices, CBD products, and delta 8 products. They have packaged kratom (they don't have the buckets of powder other shops have that's super low quality) it's branded kratom like PURE which has worked really well for me (green maeng da for a mood, energy, and productivity boost and the Bali Gold for the same minus the energy boost its more relaxed) and they have OPMS products if that's what your looking for. Also, if you have a brand of something you really prefer, and they don't have it mention it to them and they will try to get it in stock for you. They have a good amount of products I forgot to mention so stop by next time you need to go to a smoke/vape shop and you'll likely find what you're looking for at a better price than you're used to.
