Great small shop, and the girl working took the time to unbox mods and help me find what fit my needs, even if it meant selling me something that wasn't the latest and greatest. I felt like I was being helped, instead of being targeted as an upscale. I love my new mod, thank you!

The staff is always helpful and courteous. They try to tend to everyone as soon as they walk in. They carry a lot of very well known and not so well known products, and there juice selection of their own juice has a good variety. Most of their products are not aimed towards the vaping enthusiast, but there is still a good selection for the casual and not so casual vaper. Also, they have now lowered some of their prices too, what's not to like. check them out if your looking for a good local shop for your go-to juices.

Tim hasn't worked at the location long but is very passionate and knows every juice and flavor, he will nail exactly what you are looking for. This location also offers Veteran/First responder discount, on top of their great prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Decided to quit smoking again and was referred here. Staff was super helpful and polite. Found a tank that would work with my old battery also cleaned my battery to ensure aagood connection. She put everything together, filled the tank , and made sure it worked before I left. Even gave me a discount for being a veteran. Will definitely be back!

I cannot remember the name of the employee who is working today July 10 at 12:00 p.m., but he was extremely helpful! He answered all of my questions and helped me fix the problem I was having! I definitely recommend this shop for your vape needs!!

Tim at the Gulfport and Long Beach stores gives incredible customer service. He is very knowledgeable about their products, and every time I come in to buy eJuice and/or coils he always offers to change the coil for me. My coil is very difficult to change and I always end up with eJuice everywhere, so I'm always happy to let him change it for me. I called before heading to the Gulfport store today to see what time they closed and he said they close in 35 mins but if I get there after 6pm just knock on the door and he'll let me come in and make my purchase. You just don't find customer service like that anymore. We customers have several other vape shops we can choose to spend our money at, but I always go to SmokeScreen because I trust Tim and I know he will help me with whatever it is that I need that day. Because of his superior customer service, I've given 5 stars.

Employee I spoke to seemed to have more knowledge than other stores I've visited in the area. Only thing keeping from a 5 star is their juice selection is lower than other stores and their prices are higher. On top of higher prices, they don't carry higher nicotine level juices so you have to pay more for extra nicotine and add it in yourself.

Friendly workers, a wide array of devices for any user from beginners to experts, along with stellar juice selection from the local brand, Wrecking Brew (with full customization available), Cutwood, BRV, and specialties from each like Boss Reserve, Black Ops, and Upside. Always a relaxing time to hang out here, and the available supplies and building station is always great for professionals to rebuild their devices while in the shop. If you stop anywhere on the Coast for vaping, pick Smokescreen. You won't be disappointed.

I've been going to Smokescreen since I quit smoking almost 3 years ago, starting with their 1st location in Gautier...and ONLY purchase my supplies from their stores...although "new" vapees with their "vapor machines" like to tell me how I can get it SO much cheaper online. Sorry, I prefer to shop local whenever possible. Im perplexed at these reviews of people saying the owners were rude, or refused to fixed their stuff. No one at any of the Smokescreen locations has ever been rude to myself or my husband (whom they wouldn't know because he RARELY goes in, and still smokes!) And I've seen many different faces in both locations I frequent. The one reviewer stating someone refused to fix her "machine": sounds to me more like she had a battery or tank she purchased somewhere else, and was hoping the experts at Smokescreen would fix it(she probably read all the great reviews!lol) How's the saying go?? You wouldn't buy a Honda and take it to a Ford dealership to have it serviced....
