I love this place! Water pipes, incense, little figurines… whatever you like they probably have! All the staff is so sweet but Kennady really helped me out. I needed to find something for my brothers birthday and she knew exactly what I was looking for! All around a very great experience.

Kurtis (with a K) was pretty awesome. He helped my friend and I out a lot today. Anytime I come in to Shag, the staff is always the friendliest. I love walking in there and saying Hi. They always do a great job answering any questions you have. They have such great vibes and positive attitude.

such a cute shop! this shop has such a wide variety of product and the employees are always upbeat and willing to help! i never feel out of place or “out of the loop” when i’m shopping here! definitely my favorite place to shop!! :)

Sam, I hope you read this! You're amazing. I called ahead. They didn't have what I needed. But, Sam went above and beyond to accommodate what I was needing. He checked other stores, knew exactly what I was looking for and looked around for me. Good people make a good store. This is a damn good store.

I had gone to a smoke shop down the road and was disappointed to find nothing in my price range before checking out Shag, right when I arrived Kurtis was incredibly helpful and very prompt in the way he provided service. Within 5 minutes I was at the register paying for exactly what I was looking for. Finding out I was $1.50 short and waiting on a new card in the mail, Kurtis even went as far as to pay the remaining dollar and change. Absolutely will recommend.

Been here plenty. Lots of selection, helpful staff, prices are alright. This is the place to go for a water pipe or incense. Id recomend price comparing with Expo Ink (also in mall) and Unkl Rukus (merle hay and urbandale next to snip doggy dog) if you're trying to save money, but this is probably the better priced of the 3
