This is my favorite smoke shop, they always have fresh shells and woods. They also have a great delta 8 selection. Their customer service is astounding, they really are like family. Love this place they can help you find whatever you’re looking for and if not they can most likely order items for you, they will go the extra mile. Ask for Spike or Lilly they are awesome!

Staff are helpful and calm, selection is great, the store is large, and located right near a canes and Wendy's with drive through and speedway. Best smoke shop in Hilliard with new items all the time, but the staff there are the main reason to go. If you have a problem -no matter what it is- their hospitality will extend to you. Helped me with my car once even!

It's not corporate, so they can be Seems to be the only place I could buy vape liquid during quarantine, but they always seem to run out of the flavor or brand I like. I had bought a bottle of it a week or two ago (they have to pop the cap off to add the nicotine packets) and when I got home to use it the cap busted off and half of it spilled all over me, my desk, my work... A week or so later I went back and mentioned that while checking out, just to let them know, and they ended up giving me a new bottle for 15 bucks. And that's why I go back. Some of their things are not priced. They make up prices. One employee charges you one price and another employee charges something different. Their receipts are not itemized so it does not say what you purchased if you need to return something. A little on the expensive side. On a plus note, they are very helpful and take time to inform you on their products. They have a huge selection for items. Very nice staff. Quality products.

Man this place is like a second home. I come in here sometimes for hours just to hangout and talk to the staff. It’s a very cool, chill, welcoming environment with chill music on, incense burning, and people always laughing. Lots of what you are looking for, but all of these reviewers who say "at good prices" are either foolish or don't know what they are talking about because virtually everything in the store is marked up much higher than the competition often times by a very huge margin. That being said they have an awesome staff, always have some sweet new stuff and they will work with you on the price most of the time with almost anything.

This smoke and tobacco shop is by far the very best in Columbus. I highly recommend any smoker to check it out and look at their vast selection of glass and other smoking utensils :-) the staff is very helpful super cool . I've never seen such unique glass. They have multiple defenders that are local here in Columbus. It's always nice to get locally blown glass and the prices are fantastic. I had the pleasure of meeting Muhammad it was working at the time and he made it a very enjoyable experience! Get in your car and get on down to the smokehouse in Hilliard off of Roberts road!
