People at smoker friendly very friendly courteous and the have everything I need and the cigar humidors which is a really nice walk in human door but when they get going and get their new Uma door built and their new cigar lounge it's even going to be better because it's gonna be twice as large

Nice to me but not to my wife. They wouldn't order more of her brand of smokes no matter who asked them to, then after rubbing us the wrong way was snide to my wife every time she went back. I don't know her name, but the dudes cool, and the chick is a B..ch

Notsure if this is the right store, bit this review is.for the Smoker Friendly by Murdochs. Most times I go in there, most employees are extremely friendly to me. A couple months ago, I went in one morning before work around 10:50 a.m. I had scrounged up enough change for a pack of Marlboros. The dark haired blue eyed girl was extremely rude to me and refused to take the Canadian quarter I received in this USA. I have never left this great USA, got that Canadian quarter in this great nation, and she refused to take it. I took my American quarter back and made the rude lady take it. Then today, the one armed dude is nice to me kid, bit always kind of standoffs to me. I helped make a small mess while paying for my items, and proceeded to help straighten it out with him as I said how cold a day it is to be towed. I paid for my items, said have a good day, and got absolutely no response. How hard is it not to be rude? So, that store lost my business if I don't change my mind. Just a tip to all customer service employees: if you can't be nice you shouldn't be working in customer service. Kindness goes a long ways!

Great employees I absolutely love going in there and they know how to treat bullet he just looks forward to seeing his friends always have rewards for him if we end up just walking by it he is not happy with me and when we are heading home and have to pass by and not go in he will continue to try to walk back to it. He knows he has friends there and gets treats from them all in all awesome selection and great people hands down one of the best tabacco stores I've been to. Keep it up guys !!

Never Here

I always love coming to this location because they always have whatever I'm looking for in stock. Other locations fall behind in that Dept. I am always greeted by friendly and helpful employees who do all they can to make sure you're needs are met. Timely and professional. The super cool cigar kickback bs with your buddies area towards the back is pretty sweet too. Over all 5 of 5. Hit this place before any where else if you can help it. You won't regret it.

A great place to get cigars... a beautiful walk in humidor with lots of premium cigars to choose from at reasonable prices...the staff are super friendly...and if you're a truck driver like I am, just passing thru looking for cigars, this place is in a shopping center with easy access....just roughly 1 mile north of Walmart,...from I 80...

Not just cigarettes, you can also get gas, cold soft drinks, candy, wraps, cigars, everything you need for rolling your own smokes and every brand of cigarette you can think of. Always a smile to greet you, and usually 2 employees working so the wait isn't very long, they have a drive up window, makes it really convenient for me and my dog always gets a bone. This is one of 2 Smoker Friendly stores in Cheyenne. Fair prices at both SF stores.
