These guys are the most knowledgeable and helpful people who are super friendly and, honestly so kind! I’ll only go here for all my vape needs. I came in three weeks ago with only quarters to buy a new pen and e-juice. Not only was the gal who helped me super amazingly patient and knowledgeable about her products offered but she helped me count the $57 in change I paid for my new setup! I retuned to get more e-juice tonight and the young gentleman who was there was very nice and understanding and thankfully I didn’t pay in change; and we had a fun conversation about his they counted the change and still have the bag kicking around! What a great store, with great staff! Seriously, they are amazing ❤️

I just recently went to Vapor Lounge like in September and the staff has always been great. Oregon Strawberry is my go to liquid but they didn't have it at the Nic Level that I prefer, However Chris helped me with a different liquid. Today I had a great experience and Chris was awesome! I used to go to a different vape shop but I'll definitely keep coming here! Also, the sweet melon candy fluid he gave me to try is the bomb!! :D

Vapor Lounge is awesome! They have a great selection of mods, tanks, ejuices and disposables. The customer service is the best I'd encountered at any of the other vape shops in town. My wife and I are "casual" vapors, and we visited "Vapor Lounge" for the first time a couple months back. We were immediately struck by the professionalism of everyone in the store. Everybody had kind and helpful insight for our desires and their selection is outstanding. Above all else, however, was the customer service. A clock-change debacle had me standing at their door ~1 hour before opening, but V was kind enough to let me in anyway and was extremely welcoming and understanding of the mixup. I offered to leave and come back during business hours but she insisted on helping me. Additionally, the manager came out and shared some friendly words. In short, I couldn't recommend this location enough. Great product. Great service. Just great.

Superior customer service. Tucker and Taylor helped me put together my thingy. Coincidentally the first two units had some minor defects but they didn't let me walk out of the store with a defective product. They finally found a unit with no defects and let me hang out and test it in a very laid back relaxed environment. They were very "chill" and easygoing and knew how to prioritize which customers needed help while I was being helped. They were casual yet very professional. On top of that my unit bugged out a day later and I live out of state, so Tucker got a hold of the main manager of all vapor lounge stores and the manager personally shipped me a fourth unit and I returned the third unit in the mail. So far this one has no defects and I've been using it for a few days so let's hope it stays that way! Overall it seems this company knows how to select employees whom master in customer service. And for the price of what I bought I feel like I got a steal of a deal with all of the issues that they solved for me. Thanks vapor lounge, Taylor, and Tucker.

I came in today for the first time with a friend of mine who is a long time customer. I was greeted by Sam who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. After he answered our question and got us up to date on products, we made our purchase but found ourselves staying and chatting up the fellow patrons and Sam as we talked about vape and such. Great experience and would definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service. Went in for my Aspire Pegasus and Triton tank i had sitting around for over a year (apparently old and outdated now) but they had coils and got me a new battery, got me vaping before i even left the parking lot. Will definitley go here for all my vape juice.

I am so impressed by the service I received!!! The manager went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I left feeling like a rockstar. The gentleman who greeted me was genuine with his words of welcome and assistance. I came in to purchase a Breeze 2 Tank for the Aspire. Not only did they have it in stock, I was happy to hear it was at such a cheap price. But get this...! There had been a power outage earlier in the day for their part of town which their store is located. The female manager gave me my tank for free because the credit card machine wouldn't let me pay!!! I was not only shocked but extremely grateful. Whoever you were, you ought to be commended by your higher up. I will be returning to this store for all other purchases you can bet your bottom dollar on that. That's how you build good clientele. Amen sista pants, I'm so impressed it isn't even funny.

After having a very bad experience with another shop I gave this place a try. The worker (sorry I'm really bad at remembering names) was super helpful to me even though I'm bit of an idiot when it comes to the whole vaping world. He and the owner were super nice and sympathetic toward me listening to my bad experience with the other place too. Also, I found their prices were really great and selection of liquids was vast. Not just a bunch of fruit and candy flavors, but lots of different tobacco and nutty flavors as well. Highly recommend!

Friendly, clean and knowledgeable are some of the things that come to mind when I think of the Boise Vapor lounge. I never feel rushed and always feel they're excited for me to try new flavors and not inconvenienced. Recently I had a problem with a tank and they took care of it with no problems in store. Very impressed by the guy who helped me Tuesday and I wish I could remember his name . Super friendly and out going and he did not treat me like a number walking in the door . Having been in a regional manager position , I realize that the right staff in a location is number one .Very clean and vibrant store . I also liked the fact that he was behind the counter ready to help with a big welcoming smile and not sitting with a group of friends vaping . Great selection of ejuice’s .They carry Naked 100 which is the only brand I vape and the price was lower than anyone in town .

Im a long time customer of vapor lounge and have been a fan of the way I was treated as a customer. They always remembered my name and would be sure to ask about my rewards and always cared to leave me very satisfied, what can I really say except I found it to be my favorite vape store that I recommended to everyone. Recently however there has been a staff change, and I have to be honest and say it's becoming my least favorite place, I have encountered the newest member the past 6 visits and I have a lot of complaints that I have ignored up until today. I visited the location today and asked for a t12 coil and some 3mg dead president juice, the person is always nice however, he gave me a 6mg bottle of juice which I didn't notice, and if I hadn't of been paying attention the wrong coil. Bad day? No problem it happens. Every visit has been like this, I also have to make a point to use my rewards, otherwise I wouldn't know about them. I went in there once and he didn't even ask for my information :( I am getting frustrated and really miss the old crew, I have so many more complaints of things I have let go, but the overall point of this is to let you guys know that I want to be that customer I felt I was before the staff change, I loved it and you guys :)

These guys are AMAZING. They have always taken the time to help me out or let me see different e-liquids. Super friendly and knowledgable with some of the best prices around Boise. Every single person i've met has been great and always makes me extremely happy to shop there. I honestly don't know a better place to buy anything for vaping than here. This is one of the only places i shop for anything vape wise in all of Nampa and Boise. Stop by, you will honestly have a great experience especially if you're new to vaping.

So I was right in the middle of having a pretty bad day—I lost my voice to layringitis and had just gotten done crying—and decided to stop by the vape shop. As I entered the Vapor Lounge I was welcomed by the staff. Then I explained that I was very frustrated that I ruined 2 cartridges due to getting vape juice inside of where you inhale (if that makes sense) and that I needed some new ones. I also needed a smaller juice container. So they gingerly sold me some new cartridges, fillled up the new juice container with my juice, and even helped me fill my new cartridge. I don’t know the names of the enployees but they were both extremely helpful and nice to me. 10/10!
