I needed 4 new tires. Called and they gave me an appointment within 2 hrs. Omar serviced my car. Super professional, skilled and muy elegante..lol He checked my car out for safety and explained everything he did. My baby Nissan got brand new sneakers and I was back on the road in an hour. Very professional prompt service. First they tested to see if the screw even pierced my tire. Once they saw it did they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Reasonable prices. The technician tried to refuse my tip but I insisted because of the exceptional service.

I had a flat and had no key to remove my safety lug nut to change the tire ... 5 different places turned me down . These guys were so nice and professional and told me to get my car towed to them and they’ll take care of everything . Within 30 min , they removed the safety lug nut and had a new tire on . I was extremely lucky to find them ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything tire related . Would give 6 stars if it was an option !

Great experience. Knew I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I drive 30 miles a day to and from work so I needed to take care of it ASAP. Called my usual auto care place and they couldn't get me in til the next morning. Happened to notice Precision on my way home (pass them every day, never noticed it). Called and they said I could bring it in right away. That was awesome! Took it there and they immediately got to work. Saw there was a nail in my tire causing the leak. Said he could repair it. Took them maybe 20 min. Super friendly guys and you can tell they know what they are doing. Overall I am very happy. My tire is like new. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks guys!!

Stopped by to get a nail removed out of my tire. The tech pulled it out and there was no hole! Didn’t charge me since their was no service done, but I really appreciate the time he took to pull and inspect! 10/10

Absolutley AMAZING serivce! I called in made an appointment to get a tire changed, and oil change. Not only was i in and out and my car worked on immediatley when i arrived, the mechanic fixed my break lights for free and refilled my liquids free of charge! He was very professional, courtious and did an amazing job, i will be going back to fix other issues for a very fair price. My personal expierence was EXCELLENT! i encourage anyone to go get their car checked here!!!

I wont go anywhere else for tires. These guys are the BEST! Always get me in and out quickly. Always had suggestions for me when i had a wonky hub that i couldnt get fixed and wore down my tire so fast they were able to help with less wear. Never felt like i was treated different as a female. Always respectful. Service is awesome. They are just all around good guys ready to help at any time. They have good prices, great service, ast and friendly. Wouldnt go anywhere else and always recommend this place.

Total professionals, prompt, courteous service and righteous pricing even for the out of towner. Towing a bike home 100 miles and 40 miles in a tire blows out in middle of construction and was in the cattle chutes so had to drive a mile carefully to not destroy aluminum rim. Siri guided me to PREClSlON Tire and thankfully they had one in 13” to get me home. There was no Out of Towner pricing, I know, having a Tire business in our family for nearly 50 years and working there myself on weekends for decades, I know the business and I didn’t get “ the business” from this place. I got a fair deal, quickly,& with a smile. Thanks again!!

The best tire and repair shop in Delaware THE MOST HONEST SHOP. Saved me thousands of dollars on transmission dealer said transmission and Omar and Yousef told me it’s not transmission is trans sensors. Now after changing trans senors drive like new since then I drove 40k miles and runs beautiful. I drive a lot for Uber and Lyft. I go nowhere but PERCISION AUTO FOR LIFE THANK you guys SO MUCH.
