Great experience here. Needed my tires rotated and aligned for a upcoming trip. Michelle took my appointment and gave some great advice when I arrived. Fast, friendly, and cheap service. When I eventually get 35s put on my wrangler I'll come here to do them.

My front tire was leaking badly and I was able to barely make to this Just Tires location. I hadn't realized that it was almost closing time when I walked in. I spoke to Mike, the manager and he was very understanding of my situation. Not only was he able to take me at the last minute but also had me back on the road within 15 minutes. I am very happy with the service I received and would like to give a big thanks to Mike and James who were able replace the tire and get me back on the road so quickly. Highly recommend this location for its friendly, efficient staff and excellent service. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Went in for oil change with wiper blades that were functionally non-existent. Got great customer service and recommendations for the most affordable and best optimally performing brand of wiper blade for my vehicle. Got very lovely customer service from the salespeople.

Good customer service with Mike but the potty mouth should stop. It detracts from the experience when folks are that casual dropping the f bomb. Mike knows his stuff and is very helpful.

We were visiting the area Memorial Day weekend and got a flat tire late Saturday. They were able to fix my issue Sunday morning at 8am. They did a permanent plug, saving me a lot of money on a new tire. James did the work in 1/2 hr and total cost was $40! I couldn’t believe the friendly, extraordinary and timely service on a holiday weekend. Highly recommend.

Joe & Bob were unbelievably helpful. I had a tire blow out and was desperately searching for a new one to get back on the road ASAP. Joe made me aware of a warranty that came with my current set so I’d get my tire replaced for free. The kicker is that it was thru my regular shop closer to home - so they did all that legwork for me free of charge. These are absolutely stand-up guys and they’ll be my back-up shop going forward. Thank you Joe & Bob. The world needs more people like you 🙂

Scheduled a same-day appointment for a tire replacement through Goodyear.com. Price was more than reasonable; Goodyear even offered a promo code through their website. I was able to get the tire replaced that day, despite the shop being down a tech. The replacement was completed ahead of schedule and the technician put the spare tire back for me. Overall, very satisfied with my experience here.

While visiting Delaware my husband and I needed an oil change and found this place. We went in and had the most amazing customer service there were able to help us right away to get right back on the road. The manager was so understanding about us having our kids and was overall the most amazing experience. As a mother of three kids taking them anywhere can be very stressful but they were so helpful and us having the kids there was no problem at all for them. I would definitely recommend this place for anything and everything.

I can't speak highly enough of this place and their employees. I was a little overwhelmed with choosing a set of tires and Michelle stepped in and made the process as easy as possible. She gave me a few choices of tires they had available for my car and explained everything I never knew about tires. I told her what I was looking for and she recommended the Goodyear Maxlife tires and couldn't be happier. I feel like she was actually knowledgeable about what she was selling and wasn't just blowing smoke up my a$$ like I feel sometimes when I've gone to other places. Now my car rides quiet and no more wheel shimmy. I've recommended this place to a few people already and will continue to do so. If you need tires I would highly recommend visiting this store and ask for Michelle. I know when my other car needs tires shortly I will.

Great experience! I admit I am not car savvy. I'm a nurse by profession. The employees at Just Tires took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand without making me feel uneducated. I greatly appreciate their patience and how they went above and beyond to make sure that my car was ready quickly so I could get into work that night! Highly recommend!

This place is great!!! I am a single mom and am always leery about going to an auto shop to get my car worked on but the men here are very respectful and kind. When I booked the appointment the gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced. And the tire rotation is for the life of the tires even though I didn’t buy the tires here which I thought was great. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me more than what I needed. There was another single woman in the waiting room as well and I overheard the man telling her about what is going on with her car and he was very kind, patient and genuinely wanted to help the woman. I had been here before and had no problems so I’m just glad I remembered to come back again for such great service.

Good service but not too sure about the employees sometimes. Went for tire rotation and told the manager to let me know when the mechanic was going to the car as the handle was broken and needed to open a certain way. Not even 5 minutes later watched the guy walk to my car and before i could get out the he almost ripped the door handle off before i finally got there to stop him. Other than that got a good deal on tires and they rotate and balance every 6k miles

Very nice place. Reasonable prices. Went to get tires for my mini van and found out they have a lot of different services. I will check them out. I just dont like that you have to drop your car off for a simple oil change.

I was thinking i had a bad tire and had them check it. Did not have a bad tire. I was told i needed to rotate the rires more. I was also told i had a bad outer tie rodon the right front. I was not changed for what they did. I had my son do the work that was need. Bob the counter person was great.

2 hours to get a tire changed. Had a blowout and just need a new tire. Literally, it was changing the tire on the rim and putting it back on the car. They did a bunch of other stuff as "safety measures" but I didn't need all that. Had the same thing done at a another garage on a different occasion, it took 15 minutes.

Not sure what to expect when visiting this location review seen 50/50 and owner doesn’t look like anything but automatic response. will updated my experience soon. Update : very comfortable waiting area with public bathroom, quite waiting area the day I went , had me in and out did not rotate my tires as required with service told me tires were not needed for rotation but according to mileage it was due for rotation and oil change . Didn’t complain just didnt sit with me well knowing if I had my dealer warranty my tires most likely would of gotten rotated could tell the oil change was done
