I have been coming to Kennedy Tire for two decades now and their level of service has declined. I remember when Bob was still there and everyone seemed a lot more friendly. The quality of work is still good, but there's room for improvements. I had my wheels rotated and balanced but they placed the weight too close to the caliper and it rubbed, made noises, and fell off. I brought the car back in and notified them, but they seemed reluctant at first, like I didn't know what I was talking about. They fixed it and I was on my way. Unlike a lot of tire shops, they still use a torque wrench when putting the wheels back on the car. Props to them for still doing this.

Went to get 5000 mi rotation, sat outside. I felt unsure of what 2 young guys were doing to my rotation. They were preoccupied with having a foul mouth conversation, laughing and carrying on. Made me wonder if they got the job done properly. Foul language should be prohibited on work premises.

Love these guys! Bought tires from them a couple months ago. Have had repairs done by them. They take appointments and have great communication. I wish I had found them sooner. Avoid Discount tires at all cost, especially if you have schedule.

Had a tire repaired for the second time, no warranty unless you buy the tire there, the tire had a slow leak & the price for a tire repair increased from $15 to $25 since last year, many new employees there now & I only recognized one employee from when I was there last year & I hope the tire was repaired better this time compared to last year

Great place nice and friendly people. The two times I had tire repair. And the best part for me it was all English speaking. No offense to the Mexican shops here around town, my Spanish is none so communication is so somewhat difficult it's just nice to see friendly and understanding faces.

UPDATED REVIEW Went back 2 years after the original review and I am still so impressed by their prices and customer service. I will continue to come back for all my service needs! Can't say enough good things about this place. I brought my car in for an alignment that my dealership didn't fix. Cheryl in the office was so nice, my car was fixed perfectly the first time for a great price. Will always bring my vehicle here first!

Hands down a great tire shop. I’ve made two purchases here recently, and both experiences were great. I have oversized tires which normally tire shops will give you a hard time about, Kennedy took care of me without any complaint, which is rare in this business. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone I run across.

Kennedy always provides service for free as long as you bought your tires from them. Including rotation regularly. I cannot tell you how much money this saves. Their friendly staff always helps without a question as soon as they can get to you. I've been going for over two decades and the longest wait I've had on my car getting serviced was about 25 minutes.

Very quick in efficient. I was in-and-out with 2 tires in about 30 minutes. It's a small shop so you can see everything that's going on. The showed me the tires and gave me options. They were only $35 apiece including mounting and they even reset the tire pressure sensors. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because I was not told that I should wait in a specific area or where to go and kind of had to follow people around and ask questions. Overall I am very happy with everything. I would definitely recommend going here for either new or used tires.

I reccomend Kennedy for any tire service. I purchased 4 new BF Goodrich Comp Force 2 tires. The "pit crew" had my tires on quickly and were very friendly. I was back on the road with fresh tread in no time. I like the $70 rebate too!

Great place to buy tires or service your car or truck. Quick service 30 minutes for a full set of tires to be installed. I like that they give you one price for everything. There are no surprise fees or services added to the price quoted. I have purchased tires there for twenty+ years.

Two years ago, I bought four new Michelin tires for my Camry. Kennedy Tire offered the best Michelin prices in our Metro area. With my purchase, I received FREE tire rotations for the life my tires.Today, after I picked up a nail, I happily learned that they fix my flats for free, too! They have plenty of techs, so appointments are not necessary. Including today, I have never waited more than 20 minutes! Great people! Great local business!

Got my michelin pilot sport 4 s tires installed here. The crew went out of their way to get the tires i needed.They had them delivered to their shop in 30 minutes. Installation took another 30 and i was on my way. Great people to work with i would trust them to put on more high performance tires.

I brought in my Nissan Altima because it wouldn't start. They got to it the next day and after charging the battery it fired right up. I went to pick it up expecting at least an hour of labor to pay for. They did not charge me anything. I am blown away at the honesty of these fine people. They just gained a loyal customer and will be getting recommendations from me about them forever. This is how you do business, folks. Thank you for everything from the friendly service to the complete honesty and integrity I received. Very highly recommend this place.

Ten bucks or so to fix a leaking tire. Totally worth it. When they are busy it's hard to find somewhere to park. Older gentleman basically yelled at younger guy who took care of my tire to get back to work when he was talking to me after the fix about tires. So he has no sense what customer service means and needs to stick to doing manual labor or retire. But front desk was friendly and young guy was great.

If you are looking for fancy overhead, this isn't the place. But if you want an honest deal and fast and efficient service, then you have found the spot. I cannot say enough good things about this place! As a single woman, I always worried about being ripped off when it came to car repairs and tire purchases. But I don't worry about that at Kennedy's! They have proven themselves and have a customer for life in me!

Our family has used Kennedey for years. They may be one of the last places to take your car that will never try to cheat you or sell you things you dont need. May times over the years i have taken my car in and it was a simple fix and Diane disnt even charge me. They are fast, friendly, honest and reliable. We wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

As far as I'm concerned Kennedy is the only place to buy tires in Wichita. My first car over thirty years ago was a 74 Monte Carlo and I bought the tires at Kennedy. I have bought every set of tires since then from Kennedy. I went to one other place one time to get a flat fixed and the service there was so awful compared to Kennedy.. Once you buy a set of tires at Kennedy you get free rotation and free flat repair for the life of the tire. And Kennedy uses patches not the plugs that are guaranteed to fail.
