Discount Tire always has great prices and super friendly staff. They will get you taken care of in a jiffy and make sure that you are good to go before you leave. They have places to sit and free water inside as well. It’s a very well clean store as well. They will take great care of you here. We always come here for our tire needs!

Bought tires for multiple cars here thinking the price was right. If you are buying they work well with you and everything seems great. So great in fact you even buy the road hazard. That’s where things change. You now have to make an appointment to have anything done. They will say the accept walk in appointments but then tell you it will be 2-6 hours before you can get a flat fixed or your tires rotated which is included with the cost of the original tires. Being a little older I appreciate how older less commercialized tire shops are ran. I will be returning to a locally owned shop at the end of these tires lives. Shop local not a place you have to make appointments online! I had to give three stars because getting the tires was great. Support after is the problem!

Stopped by with no appointment and they quoted one hour. I was out in 30 mins! Super impressed! All of the techs were super nice and genuinely seemed to love their job and being there. They got the nail out of my tire and I was good to go. Highly recommend! Best automotive customer service experience I have had in a long time.

First time customer, and will be a returning customer. Took in my vehicle for a slow leak in one of the tires. The culprit was a bolt through the tread. Discount Tire repaired it free of charge and made sure the psi was correct on all 4! Had to wait a while, but it was worth it. Customer service is top notch.

Came in to get a flat fixed. Tire was not bought at discount tire. Turned out that the tire had been fixed for flats several times before (only 3 flat fixes are allowed). At the time I could not afford to buy 2 new tires. The sales mgr. did not want me to leave with the unsafe damaged tire and gave me including mounting and balancing, free of charge, a used tire to get me on my way. All this on my promise to buy my next set of tires from them. I’m getting my new set out on today. Great staff, professional and caring. Best place for service.

They have a really good thing going on here. If you never been you must visit them. They have free tire repair at no cost to you as long as it's fixable. I suggest if you are low on funds and tire are low go check these guys out. The service was great I'll be back in April to get a set of new tires.

They are the best in town when it comes to wheels and tires. Hands down. I’ve visited several tire shops around town and none of them pay attention to detail like Discount Tire. There is a reason why you are required to schedule appointments just to get in, you can’t just show up and have them fit you into their schedule. They are the Chic-Fil-A of tire shops 😂

They were very quick, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me out. They fixed my tire in a timely manner adjusted my tire pressure sensors, that were messed up before they had my vehicle in, and were extremely helpful in a discrepancy with my insurance. I highly reccommend this store and especially their manager Bill.

I don't normally leave reviews but this places deserves it. I went in to get my tire fixed because I had a nail in it. Unfortunately they couldn't fix it because of where the nail was. A new tire was way more then I could afford but instead of sending me away they found a used tire with the same amount of thread and replaced it for $20. Absolutely amazing customer service. The person that helped me his name was Dom at the store at 21st and maize. Times are hard right now and I highly appreciate the care I got at this store. He literally told me to just pay what I could afford. I will be coming back here for tires and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Easily located on the corner of 21st and ridge road. There are two ways in and out off of these busy roads. I made an appointment, with a very nice man named Victor on the phone, he was super kind and funny. Upon my arrival the day of my appointment they were able to pull my car in and service it very quickly. They politely removed a nail from my tire and had me back on my way. I was very impressed with all of the kind staff that I encountered on this visit. And when I am in need of tires I will definitely be going back. Discount wheels and tires was the first place I've ever purchased brand new wheels and tires from. They're prices are reasonable and have a great selection. They were so busy and it was incredibly hectic.. But every employee was very polite and professional.. As my wait as a walk in was longer than they quoted me, I began to get frustrated (being insulin dependent I was getting worried) and they kept letting me know my order in line and apologized several times for my wait time. You can’t ask for better service from start to finish. Fast, knowledgeable, and professional is the best way to describe my experience! I waited less than 3 minutes for a service tech to come out to my car and analyze my tires and my main issue, which was a leak in one of my girlfriends tires. My tech was courteous and told me my tires were getting low without ever being pushy and told me about some sales coming up. Never once did I feel pressured into buying tires on the spot. After the quick Inspection I was told to wait in the lobby until they could get to my car in 30-45 minutes…it actually only took 15 minutes to attend to my issue. After about another 15 minutes the gentleman fixing my tire showed me a metal object had pierced the tire and he was able to patch it. I asked what I owed him and he said “Nothing it was free!” I didn’t expect that and offered to pay and he would not take it. It was a pretty cold day and for them to do that was outstanding service. I have been to this location for issues in the past with tires and they keep exceeding my expectations! Love this company, this place, and this staff!!!

I had a tire blow out over a weekend on my way to work. I ordered a replacement pair of tires but it was projected they wouldn't come in until after I would get back from a week long trip out of state that I was taking. The tires arrived early and I asked if I could come in the Friday before my trip. I had already made an appointment for a Monday a week later, but they said I could come right in whenever. I went in that Friday morning and they had my tires looked over and ready to put in a bay minutes after I got there. They gave me a good overview of my tire conditions and were very nice and respectful, even listening to my inputs! I even ended up buying an extra tire after some thought to change out a spare I had right then and there. I would definitely give them a try again in a pinch and would be happy to come back, it was all so quick and easy.

I had a very positive experience at your Tire Discount location. I was driving from Arkansas back home to Colorado when my low tire pressure light came on. I pulled off the highway where I saw a piece of metal in the tire and could actually hear the air hissing out. I was so scared I would be stranded in the middle of Kansas! I googled Discount Tire and saw a location about 10 miles away, praying that I would make it there before the tire went completely flat. I was in full-on panic attack mode by the time I arrived to the store, where Jorge took great care of me. It was 430pm on a Saturday afternoon, only 30 minutes before closing time, and he assured me he would fix the problem and get me back on the road. The tire was destroyed, but fortunately you had my same tire in stock. $24, a new tire, and one hour later I was back on the road. I highly recommend adding the certificate for replacement on all new tire purchases. I am so thankful there was a Discount Tire close by to help me in my time of need. Kudos to Jorge!

Excellent customer service, very friendly and accommodating employees! I bought a brand new set of 4 tires when my old ones were getting low on tread. I bought them online and had an appointment scheduled to put them on when they came in. They got me taken care of very quickly. In and out in probably 45 minutes for a completely new set of tires. Just a day ago I must have ran over something on the highway because I had a completely flat tire within a minute after exiting the highway. I got my spare on and drove straight to discount tire. I had to wait one day for transport of a new tire from another warehouse, but that was because of the new year holiday. I got an immediate notice once my tire arrived and was fit in as a non-appointment on a very busy Saturday and was taken care of in less than 45 minutes. Damion, Ethan, and Keithan were all incredibly kind, helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend going to discount tire for all of your tire needs! They won’t disappoint. 😁

First interaction that I had at Discount Tire was with Tyler when I called to see if they had tires I seen online available in stock today. Tyler was polite and said we are busy but come on down and we will fit you in. When I go to the store I was greeted by Austin and he was polite as well and very quick to get you checked in. He got me set up with Damion who then did a walk around with me at my vehicle and recommended tires. I made my pick and they went to work. Ethan, Damion and Austin were very polite and professional even when their compressor went down with a store full of people waiting for vehicles. Great overall experience. Ordered tires online and also made the install appointment. Highly recommend doing it this way. My car was pulled right on time for the appointment. I was done and back out the door in about an hour, even a bit less on a Saturday eve . By ordering / appointment online while prepaying made it so quick and efficient. Went in to inquire about some new front tires for my work truck. Ethan was my sales rep. He looked at the current tires and determined they were not the correct OEM size and actually too big for the rim. I ordered the correct size and made an appointment for the next day to come in and have them installed. I showed up a little early and they got me in quickly. I walked across the street and got some lunch. Came back and waited a few more minutes until it was completed. Rides and drives so much better. Thank you Ethan for the recommendation as well as the knowledge about what is the correct size for that wheel. When the others get worn I will have Ethan get me 4 more for the rear duals.

Service is incredible and always friendly but I went in for a simple tire rotation showing up 15 minutes early for the appointment I scheduled the day before and was told 45 minutes I would be out of there. It took more than double that. I understand they are always busy but what's the point of scheduling an appointment if you are still going to be stuck for that long? Took way too long!!!

We came in for a flat fix and rotation. Our wait was longer than quoted and they forgot to reset the TPMS sensors and reset our tire pressures. Even though we had to come back and we waited longer than expected, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and service. I filled out a survey after the visit and I received a personal email from the store manager. This is a good business with a culture that is evident. Store was clean, employees were positive, and the experience positive, even with some hiccups. I will be returning! They have earned my business.

I got a flat tire on a Friday night.. my tire was completely ruined. Called the store Saturday and they said they had already gotten their tire shipment for the day so they wouldn't be able to fix it until Monday. I don't remember who was on the phone but they offered to drive to the warehouse themselves to get the tires I needed to get it fixed that day. Once they found that the tire was in stock, they went to pick it up and changed all 4 of my tires! Very well done discount tire! I appreciate the kindness and customer service I recieved!

I had been here before, hence the reason I came again. I had lost control of my vehicle and ruined a tire (nothing major, and I am fine). I was worried about the safety of my car and needed a new tire as is. I went there and they helped me right away. The entire exchange took maybe an hour and I walked away with a full set at a very reasonable price. Everyone there was super helpful. Not a bad experience from them ever. I also really liked that everyone that was in close contact to was wearing masks.

I was simply calling around to pricecheck.. however Bill picked up the phone and WAS EXTREMELY polite and helpful. 10/10 would recommend based on the customer service. If they care that much about a pricecheck to make sure I was completely satisfied then I can't imagine them doing anything but a perfect job.

Fantastic. I called a week prior to make an appointment for a tire rotation and balance. I purchased the tires from a different store location, full disclosure. This was my first time coming to this location for service. Keep in mind that when I purchased tires from Discount Tires (or at least at the time I did) I received free rotate and balance on the life of the tires. The manager was the individual that checked me in. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Very nice man. He even asked me what tire pressure I wanted in the tires or would I like them to put the listed pressure in them from the door sill of the car. I’ve never been asked that. As a guy I like knowing the details of how my vehicle was serviced. I felt that I was treated as if I was the only customer that they had all day. That means a lot to me when this was a completely free service. Exceptional service. Definitely recommend.

Had air leaking out of the valves of two of my tires. Austin was super helpful and friendly. He fixed the issue in less than 5 min right in the parking lot and checked all of my tires and made sure they were aired up. All the employees I saw seem happy to be there and that's something customers notice.

I am upgrading the rating of this store as their management reached out to me and did a very good job of making things right. I appreciate when a company or person can accept making a mistake, and then make an honest attempt to make things better. Thank you.. On January 6th 2020 I purchased and had a set of $1300 Michelin tires installed on my Yukon at Discount tire on 21st and Ridge. The tires are awesome, but the service is all about quantity and not quality. I was all excited to see my new set of tires, but I was extremely disappointed to find them very dirty with installation marks all over them. I will have to spend quite a bit of my own time to make these tires presentable. I'm normally not a complainer but this was really disappointing. Anyone can install these tires. I would recommend finding someone who cares enough about the customer to do their job and sell a clean and presentable product. A management failure as they obviously accept this type of service.

Can't recommended these guys highly enough. I'd called around for 3 days trying to find a good price on the tire size I needed. They had the lowest price by close to 100 bucks. A lot of places give you little short snippy answers but Austin was great, taking the time to explain all the pros and cons of my options. They offered to stay past closing hours to get everything done to make sure I had good tires for the Thanksgiving drive!!! (Even seen the store manager Bill in the garage helping out his pit crew guys with another car) Wish I could give this place 10 stars!

Called ahead and made an appointment with Shawn who was fantastic. He answered all my questions over the phone (I needed 4 tires and I had ordered TPMS sensors online and he was happy to install at no charge since they were going to have the tires off anyhow... Including programming the new ones). Although there was a slight miscommunication with the appointment time, I was immediately greeted when I walked in by William, the store manager and after answering a few questions, he scanned in the sensors to make sure they were all functional and looked up my pre approved financing information since my card hasn't arrived in the mail. They had the sensors and tires mounted and balanced in about an hour and were extremely professional and courteous through the entire process. The tires look great and I'll definitely be back, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you Discount Tire!

Shuan really helped us out today, coming from Minnesota before we left stopped at discount tire in Woodbury MN for a rotation they had failed to tell me we had a bulged tire and not much left. We got to Wichita and noticed 2 bad tires on one side and the 2 new tires on the other side Shaun pointed out that Woodbury should have never put the 2 bad tires on one side and they should have acutely been replaced. That being said Shuan down here in Wichita gave us a warranty on a set of new tires he was polite a listened to my frustration of the Woodbury location he made it right and we know will have a safe drive back to Minnesota thank you Shaun

This is a very good tire shop. One thing that I really liked about this shop is that the techs use torque wrenches to put lug nuts back on. I've had to replace lug nuts from other shops hammering away at them with an impact wrench. I wish that the people at the counter would give more information without asking life of tire and how far off balance they were. I purchased brand new tires from this company over a year ago and I started to loose air pressure in my right rear due to a nail puncturing the tread. I showed up unscheduled and was greated by Ethan Bullard, this young man met me outside and helped me before I could even make it to the door. His communication was clear and friendly and got me scheduled in right away. I was extremely surprised at how fast they handled my repair and how quick they got me in and out the door because they were swamped with customers. Luckily I was watching them work on my car as I had seen a worker loose grip on a tool and it hit my rim and bounced off. Also the manager Bill watched the whole thing. Our truck has been in the shop for 3 weeks and all other issues were fixed but the vibrating, which was actually worse when we got it back. I called Discount tires first thing in the morning & Hudson was assuring they would take a look at it but to start with rotation and balancing. I arrived around 9:30 and the truck was back by 10. I have sat here and listened to them talk to each other and any customer walking in & the customer service here is unbelievably amazing. It feels like a new home! The "up sale" is a bit aggressive for the uninitiated. Also unique:two separate service writers made a run on me to pay up front for work that was not even finished. Also, this site does NOT do re-alingment after installation. They're new so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. After leaving, the vehicle handled oddly above speeds of 50MPH and had a pronounced "shimmy" at 60-72 MPH. It was brought to my attention that "sport" tires should not be recommended for cargo vans. My original service writer ordered correct tires and scheduled the van for exchange within 24hrs. Again, the manager had to intervene to upsale the cost of of the the correct replacement tires to complete the exchange. All this may sound like an exercise in frustration, but it has actually be very enlightening. And, after all this: my cargo van drives out well now.

This last weekend my daughter got a flat tire. I first took it to the Walmart Auto Center in Valley Center but was met with rude staff who basically ignored me despite the fact there were three employees at the front desk and I was the only customer in line. Once I found out the wait to get it fixed was going to be too long, I decided to try Discount Tire at 21st and Ridge because of a friend's recommendation. After I parked and started to walk to the front door, a nice gentleman ran out of the garage to greet me and ask how he could help. He followed me to my car to grab the tire and examine it first to make sure it was even fixable. He carried my tire inside and quickly got all of my information. Not only was the wait about half as long as Walmart, but they also fixed it for FREE whereas Walmart charges $15. I was blown away by the customer service and because of that, we will be back in the future.

Buying a set of tires here was a good experience, but when I came back for a tire repair, I spend 2 hours sitting and watching the guy tried to fix a sensor. I was told they can replace the sensor, but the tire was unfixable, which is a lie. I took my car to another tire shop down on Central and exit off 235 and got my tire fixed in less than 20 minutes. 10 minutes were spend on inspection and talking to me. I will recommend going to another shop for simple tire repairs even if you buy here. I feel they will put their best effort into big $$ repairs or sell. 2 hours of waiting for just diag nostics and a tire sensor is bad customer service. Staff were professional and courteous. they just need a little honest to their customers. Be considerate and let the little repairs go to another place if it's not a business priority here.
