Incredible service. I showed up around 30 minutes before closing after discovering a bubble in my tire. I was in and out in around 30 minutes with some new tires under warranty. Customer service was great and I saw the efficiency and speed of the mechanics working here. Everything was excellent. I would not hesitate to buy or have my tires serviced here again.

Went here this morning at a little after 8am, it was very busy. Needed 4 new tires on my work truck and fleet approval. Worked with Brett and he got everything done. Left there at 9:15am with 4 new tires fitted, the spare that was on the front passenger side was placed back under the vehicle. Outstanding fast, courteous and just all round good service. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again. By far the best experience at any tire place I have ever had to go to.

We cannot say enough about Discount Tire located at 4300 Virginia Beach Blvd Virginia Beach. Our business is repairing vehicles involved in an accident and when a tire is damaged we choose Discount Tire as our tire source. The employees are knowledgeable, service is excellent, and the availability of tires is outstanding. Usually we can drop off a vehicle and have quick turn around. Nick Sharrow is the store manager who does an excellent job running this store. We appreciate their professionalism.

I called them because I had a flat tire in a nearby parking lot. They said if I could get my car there they could likely repair it. When I arrived everyone was so courteous and helpful. They found a screw in my tire and they repaired it...for free!! They said they don't charge for repairs even if you aren't a previous customer. They had me in and out in less than 40 mins...and did I mention it was free! Definitely will use them again (for a paid service LOL) as that's a great policy and everyone I encountered was so helpful and professional!

Shout out to Brad and Aaron. I went in to get serious work done on my tires. When all was set, he said, "ok your total is going to be a total of $20 something for the wiper blades. Then I asked him how much the total would be for all of my tire stuff. He said, "oh that's free here" My jaw literally dropped. I asked him, "Am I on a prank show?" hahahahahaha. He was dead serious. They did find a bubble in one of my tires where they replaced it with a top of the line tire, which was around $200 but hey, it is what it is. Not much you can do with a bubble in your tire, it's too risky. Brad and Aaron, if you see this review, YOU ARE AWESOME, and I WILL be back!!!! 11/10 if I could rate it as such. Edit: Oh, and I forgot to add: they are excellent (Brad and Aaron) with communication and SUPER efficient with their time. I was shocked with how efficient they are. If I was at a dealership, I would have to wait 2.5 hours and pay $200-$300 WITHOUT the brand new tire. Dealerships are a JOKE. Thanks again guys!

We had a 8:30 appointment and we were out of there by a quarter after 9 and got all new tires they don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need they're always there to put air in your tires or check on what ever you need so we've so appreciate this place of business

Purchased tires from Discount for my vehicles several times, but not from this location. Always got a great deal and service. But I never been to this location before, but since I was in the neighborhood figured I'd drop in for help with a problem. I purchased a brand new Accord and to my surprise it did not come with a spare tire, jack, etc., just a airpump you plug in. Well that's great if you have a small leak, but no help if the tire for whatever reason cannot be inflated. So I purchased spare wheel, tire, jack, etc from the dealer. Strange that you can buy it all separately, but doesn't come with vehicle. So as I was leaving the dealer I seen this Discount tire and figured I would have the new tire mounted to the new wheel. When I went in the showroom they were very busy, I thought to my self that I would have a little wait here. But when I did get may way to the counter and explained I need to get a spare tire mounted onto a wheel to the man, that mind you I didn't even purchase from them, he said no problem. Went outside got the wheel and tire from my trunk and took it in the shop and did it himself. I was fully aware that I would be paying for this. Plus a valve stem. When he rolled my tire back out of the shop I asked him how much I owed, he said nothing and even put it in my trunk for me. I felt bad so I tried to at least tip him for his troubles, but he even refused that and told next time I need tires to come in and let them have a chance at pricing some out for me. I said sure and he gave me a handshake, if he only knew I have purchased my sets from location near my home already. It's this kind of service that definitely keeps you coming back!

After one tire center stated they were not able to help me with my flat tire, discount tire welcomed me with open arms, quickly found the issue, and serviced my vehicle and had me out within 90 minutes. Amazing service. Oh, and they didn’t charge me to fix the flat. Can’t ask for anything more.

100%+ Highest possible recommendation! I came in today because one tire had a slow leak. Before coming here to Discount Tire, I had visited Costco, and Costco could not patch the leak. Costco still charged me for the visit, and they said it needed to be replaced. Then I tried Walmart tire and Goodyear locations, and none of them could patch it nor could they order me a new tire in a reasonable amount of time. Then I called this Discount Tire location, and they ordered me my particular tire and had it on hand within 24 hours. When I visited them today, they inspected the tire and patched it, determining that a replacement was not necessary. In and out took maybe 45 minutes tops (no appointment and they were helping other customers). They did not even charge me a penny for the tire they previously ordered for me that they now had to keep in inventory. Additionally they gave me a super generous deal on the tire fix. Wow guys thank you very very much. I wish I had called you first.

I came in due to a slow leak, and IF it were repairable, Discount Tire would have patched me up for free. Unfortunately, I had a fat nail in the inner sidewall, and it was not repairable. The were quick to get me a new tire, and were even quicker with replacing it, and Blake was great at taking me through this process. Maybe 2/3 weeks later, I woke up to find my new tire's PSI at a 5 - SO bummed. However, I reached back out to Blake, and he said as soon as I can get in, he'll get me taken care of, and that he did. I was able to pump it up to get it out to them...after a few minutes, it was discovered there was piece of metal...close to inner sidewall, not repairable..again. BUT Blake tracked me down a replacement tire they had on hand, and got me out 2 to 3 games of phone Solitaire later, AND at no cost to myself. I am SO SO grateful, and have loved every bit of time I've spent working with Discount Tire. I definitely recommend this shop.

This is the most professional and efficient tire store I have experienced. Very busy yet fixed my flat for free. Explained I wasn't happy with how the dealership balanced the tires and they did that also in minimum time. This place is spotless. They also have free tire air check. I purchased 3 sets of tires at BJ ‘s. Had a nail in the set on my work van. Went to them to have it fixed, said I had to set up an appointment. On the way home stopped at discount tires to see if they had time. Brad fixed me up with the service guys, they had it fixed in 30 minutes, and there was no charge. Who does that? Had a great experience at the Virginia Beach Blvd location (by Pembroke mall). Victor and his team not only found the problem with my tire but fixed it for free. Tire Choice told me the tire was unrepairable and it would cost $225 for a new tire. I will definitely continue going there and recommend this location to anyone.

So many people have talked highly of this store and I wanted to post my experience as well. I called yesterday to inquire about 4 new tires and Caleb made it so easy with no pressure and within 24 hours I had an appointment and was done. I arrived for my 5pm appointment to a full store and was concerned that I was not going to get out for my next appointment. Nick assured me I was good although I could still see my car sitting in the lot after I arrived.Next thing I know it was done with plenty of time as two mechanics worked on it at the same time. They understood my urgency and were so professional about it. Customer service these days is sorely lacking in so many places and yet despite their very full schedule, got me done as promised. Well they have me now as a definite client and I will recommend only them to anyone who asks. 😄👍💕

They have the best prices and the best customer service I've ever experienced. I came in for a wheel mount, balance, and rotation and was out in less than 30 minutes. These dudes are amazing and I will never go to any other tire shop. Whenever friends and family ask me for suggestions this place is always my number one suggestion. I was going to pay but since I am military dependent it was a free fix. When I get my tires from yall I want to pay full price for them because this is the best service I have at a discount tire and the ones back home in Houston robbed me pretty good. Here it's a 10/10. Best place in town to get tires. I started shopping for tires online years ago. I would shop between Tire Rack and Discount Tire Direct, both ship tires free, whichever had the tire I wanted cheapest would win. Every since they started building Discount Tire stores in Va Beach, I have been a steady customer. Great price, speedy, courteous, service; And they stand by their tires. I called yesterday and spoke with Edgar on the phone. I knew the tires I wanted but didn’t have all the details of what he was asking. He was MORE than patient with me. They got my tires in early and then called and had me in and out. While sitting in the service center, hearing Chance and Nick call people was also excellent. I came back to this discount tire when I got the last tires were from San Diego Discount Tire. They were able give me discounts to where new tire replacement were all reasonable prices. I paid 640 for the initial set in SD but here they were able to bring it down to 400 for what was worth over 600. Update: 2mar20 They fixed a screw that was stuck in the tire for free.

I had a fairly intricate, not complicated, purchasing situation today. Caleb is a master customer service representative who handled it with grace, kindness, and expertise. The situation: I found an instant savings on Discount Tire's website that expired the next day. I also found the tire I wanted for a lower price. And, I needed to have a Disocunt Tire located in GA to install them. So, I submitted the lower price via the Found it Lower? link. Conveniently, this is right beside the price for each tire on the site. By noon today, no price match email so I called this Discount Tire location. It was my luck that Caleb answered the call. I explained that I had to purchase the tires today because I wanted to use the $60 instant savings for Firestone Weathergrip tires. I explained that I found the tire for $64.24 instead of $156. He said awesome. Where did you find it? He looked at it and said yes, no problem. We can price match it and pay for it over the phone. Just call the store where you want it installed and call me back if you have any trouble. I called and I had trouble. I had a lot of trouble. I drove over to this location. Caleb was so kind and knowledgeable. He took care of this purchase every step including finalizing the pay over the phone and having the tires shipped to the GA store. I cannot say enough about how Caleb eased my fears. You see, by chance today we found that the front tires were splitting. His special care will always be remembered. If you need tires, use Discount Tires, match the price (saved us about $360), get the Certificates to Protect Your Purchase at $25/tire (it is worth it), and tell Caleb I sent you.

it was my first time there, and they service was great, they were waiting outside for me when i came to the location, even though it was cold out, they ended up giving me a deal, on the three tires, and since the 4th wasn't that old they offered to trade it in and give me a credit for it, so i ended up getting 4 new tires, would go back to them anything, and with the warranty program i have an added piece of mind
