They were awesome, worked with the schedule I had and gave me a great price on a matching set of used tires when mine were bald and a snow storm was coming that day. Meant a lot to me since I was then able to drive safely with my kids. They still believe in customer service and will go the extra mile just to help you out of the goodness of their hearts. Best prices in town. Recently had a flat tire and wasn’t able to get my vehicle to them until right before 5. They stayed late, offered me valuable suggestions, and were incredibly friendly. They got the old tire off, sold me used tire in excellent shape and mounted and balanced it in no time. Thanks guys for being so friendly and happy to stay late to get my vehicle back on the road!

Usually a great place to go, although I’m very confused about the price I paid the other day. I brought in a tire and a rim all they had to do was mount and balance, no instal or removal was required yet it cost me 25.00. Seems pretty high for a simple service. I would still recommend just not sure if I’ll have that service done there again my self.

I had a nail in my tire. So I had that fixed and my tires rotated. I have free rotation since I bought my tires from them I had a pleasant surprise since I had to wait for a little bit they didn't charge me for fixing my tire. Thank you very much you guys are great.

Had an issue with a tire and needed it replaced. Since I drive an AWD, No one in town would replace it unless I bought all 4. Called Gary's and they were very friendly about helping me out. Not only did Gary's have the right size, they even brought me back to pick out the tire myself. They threw it on and aired up the rest of my tires as well. Great experience. Fast, friendly and cheap. Good service. Just overall an awesome place

I brought a tire in this morning to be patched, early in the morning before the official start time. I didn't call ahead or give any notice, but Gary came out and said they'd gladly take care of it. These guys always work quick and give great customer service. The prices are always very competitive. I get all my tires here. They never disapoint.

I've been going to Gary's for the last 6 years and never had a bad experience. They offer new and used tires and they are always honest with you about the state of your tires and they will take the time to explain what certain things mean if you are like me and don't know much about cars and they don't make you feel stupid for not knowing. This little mom and pop tire shop is hidden right off of Cliff avenue. I have never been let down by this amazing little tire shop. You have to love the straight shooting grandmother who answers the phone (and from what I can tell runs the show) everyone here is honest and friendly. No big chain here, just a good hard working family.

Stopped for the evening in Sioux Falls on our way back to Indiana and noticed low pressure in left rear tire. First thing in the morning checked again and tire was lower. Founds Gary's service on the internet, gave them call. They were courteous, gave me directions to the shop which was a block away. I pulled up, they met me, they were very friendly, no hype. They immediately began work on the tire. Found the leak immediately. Removed a 1 inch bolt, repaired it put it back on the vehicle and had me back out the door in less than hour and the price was right. I even asked if that was all when I was told the cost. What a special treat to find, a small, no frills, professional, courteous and honest business. Wish they were in my hometown. Thanks to Gary's Tire!

Was towed in with 2 flat tires, the total for a patch and new (used) bfg ko3 was under 75 bucks, with a turn around of under an hour. The best part of the visit was the quality of the people that helped us. All star quality service.

Something was not quite right on our road trip from Texas. We stopped in Sioux Falls, found Gary's Tire Service on Google, and dropped in without calling first. So glad we did. They warmly took us right in, diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem with one tire (a misweighted tire) and checked the condition and pressure of the other three. In less than an hour they had us back on the road. A very friendly bunch, they were a pleasure to work with, and we cannot thank them enough.
