I appreciate that they were able to immediately repair my tire which had a nail, however I feel that they charged me way too much ($25) for the service that most tire centers offer free of charge. Felt sketchy at the location. Also no employees had a mask. Will NOT be returning here

I took my Honda Fit in to have some new tires put on rims and installed on the car. The customer service here is outstanding, they are attentive, polite and know their stuff. I cannot recommend JE Wheels enough, the service is fantastic. I plan on recommending them to everyone I meet looking for tires or assistance with tire issues. Great folks. Very busy place. However the staff takes the time to consult, look at your car and gives advice. They took all the time I needed to educate and assist me. Fast, professional service. These guys were great! Great customer service. Everyone was super helpful and kind and explained everything really well. For a tire shop, it doesn't get any better.

These guys have been awesome to me. Very honest, hard working group of people who keep the professionalism up, which i appreciate. I purchased four TOYO AT tires for my truck, the salesman helped me pick out options on their B2B site and got my tires in ASAP. Put them on in a time sensitive manor, and even drove my truck down to my work (about a mile away) just so that i didnt have to go pick it up. Awesome customer service, thank you my dudes!!!

Came in and told them I didn't want anything fancy, just a couple replacement tires. Waited about 5 minutes while they looked in the back and got a great price! No one tried to sell me anything extra I didn't need or up sell me on "fancy" tires or talk down to me because I don't know every technical thing about tires like at the other places I've been to. Great overall experience and quick service. Def. recommended.

Very considerate people who work there. They r always trying to get u the best tire u can afford. Best price I found for my car in an regency situation. They rotate tires for free that u bought there, they make sure they r balanced when they rotate them. I talked about getting new rims for my car to match the color of my decals. I was told I can get them powder coated at a place for reasonable price. Very good company to do business with. Thanks JE tire n Rim..

While driving to work, my tire was damaged from the street construction. I didn’t know what to do, so I pulled into JE Tires which was the nearest shop I could find on Google. They were so friendly, I think they are the most down to earth and professional shop I’ve ever been to. They came out and greeted me while I was looking at my tire. They told me that I was really lucky because the damage is repairable and not too severe. They took my car in and repaired the puncture in a snap. After I got my car back and I looked at the cost, I wanted to give them a big hug!!!! It was sooo cheap, like next to nothing!!!! I asked them if it was a mistake, they told me the repair was common and they had all the equipment to do so. Hands down the most honest shop ever. I will definitely be back for all other services!!! Thank you sooo much for everything, you truly saved me from costly repairs or a new tire!!!

I had 4 tires mounted/balanced but they were all left at 45-50psi instead of the 30psi they should have been at. The job was done quickly and for a good price, but I expected to get the car back with the tires at the proper pressure.

Great service! Went to Firestone with a nail in my tire and they said no way they could fix it. Their solution was to buy 4 new tires. Walked in to JE. And they had me fixed up in 15 minutes! Dirt cheap and great job! Highly recommend these guys!

Took my BMW sedan in to check a rear tire leaking and they were outstanding! Addressed it immediately, explained everything and set me up with a reasonably priced tire. My son even got to play Madden 15 on the Xbox while we waited a short time! Highly recommend this place, especially if you are female and not knowledgeable about cars. They made me feel respected and fully informed while being cost sensitive.

These guys did a good job even though I had to go back there because the tire that I got from them wasn't good they made it good and they gave me good service and they were friendly I'd recommend that anybody go to them if they have need for tires I'm going to go back to see them for an alignment because they did a good job and they were honest
