Customer Service is great my tires had a leak or something were going low and told me to come in on my way there my tire lost it’s life. I pulled over and Called them and they quickly asked for my location and were here in a quickness. Helped my put my spare and made sure I made it to the shop safe. I didn't have the best experience at this location because the manager Tom was asking for alot of money down for something that should be able to work with customers but he didn't have a great customer service attitude. I was very upset and very disappointed when I left the store. I was going to get rims and tires for 2 vehicles and I guess he didn't want to make a sale. I came the next day to speak with a different person and her name is Katie and she is the best. Kat and her team helped me and my husband out and we are both very satisfied with the outcome and because of them 3 I will recommend my family and friends to Kat and her team only.
