Don't go anywhere else!! I've been dealing with Tire Giants for years and never had 1 complaint about them. Very professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is always happy. Brandon and Tim are amazing, working on 3 or 4 cars at a time, they have it down to a science. And the prices are better than anyone else to, don't sleep on Tire Giants!

I have been coming here for years, my tire size is difficult to find but they always have them here. For being used tires they are always in great shape! However, I and my husband have just purchased new tires from them! They offer financing and that is wonderful for us! They even get the tires that day if you order in the morning. The service is always friendly and we never wait long. I recommend to everyone I know

Went with the intent to purchase two new-used tires. One of the guys offered the option to buy two brand new ones and he’ll have them shipped in an hour that day. Everything went well and got a great deal on brand NEW tires. The waiting area could definitely use an upgrade. Looks dirty and outdated, although, the great service makes up for it.

Back in May I purchase brand new tires for my and my wife car. First of all the price was beyond affordable for eight new tires I saved at least $300.00. Also the customer service was great the tire technicians had both of my vehicles ready in less than 2 hours. I can't say enough good things about this place. I have been there 3 times in the past 4 months, twice to replace 2 older tires, and just today to replace one of those, tires thanks to someone slicing my tire. The tires are used but looked brand new. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hr. The other 2 times, I was there on a Saturday and was in and out in about an hour. The cost is so reasonable, I don't know how people can complain. My son recommended this place and now I recommend to everyone I know. Thanks Tire Giants!

Besides the service being pretty slow compared to the other used tires shops I'm use to visiting. And my price going up then original price they told me and the tire guy putting on the wrong tire size the first time around smh. So even after all of that the non sense they service turn out to be pretty Good because he helped me with another tire problem that I was having for free that wasnt their issue and I am thankful for that so yes I would definitely go to them again if I have another tire issue!

Love this place! There's usually this hot chick at the reception who is extremely nice and helpful. This place has great tires and they even offer a 1 year warranty! Can't beat that and I haven't had any problems with tires from here

Today, 3/2/2017, i bought 2 tires for my Dodge Ram and was very satisfied. They were originally $150.00 for both tires with 70% tread life still on them and they gave me a 20% discount for being a firefighter, thank you for that. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs good used tires.

Awesome place! Great prices and fast service. The dealer wanted almost $300 and I got my tire including mounting and balancing for $65! They are hidden in the very back of the lot. Friendly people, great service, great prices!

Came out in the morning to 2 flat tires. Knew I needed 4 tires and had my SUV towed to Tire Giants. Spoke with Jackson to determine which tires I wanted. Work was done quickly and inexpensively compared to other area shops. Barbara called me shortly before the work was completed. As soon as I pulled up, they were pulling my vehicle out of the shop. Tires look great, SUV rides beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. You will not get a posh waiting room here but they keep their overhead low and pass the savings onto the customer. I’ll definitely be back!

I basically live in my car. My tires were so balled and I got a flat. I had extremely busy weekend planned running with around with my clients and needed new tires fast. They took me in with no appointment or wait time. They definitely saved my day and weekend. I highly recommend for anyone.

The Vaping Tom!!

I showed up at 7:20am to have 2 of my own tires I stalled. They were supposed to open by 7:30am but we’re running a little late. I sent them an email and got a response quickly that they were just running a little late. As soon as the guy arrived he took my car right in and had me out in 20 minutes. It was $15 a tire with a $2 per tire throw away fee. It all came to $36 with tax to have 2 of my own tires installed and balanced. Thanks to amazon and tire giants I bought 2 tires and had them both installed for less then $140, I cannot complain about that one bit. Sure he was a little late, but he definitely made up for it with taking care of me and getting me out of there fast. Thank you Tire Giants!👍🏻

Good prices, but lack of service and product in my experience. I needed two front tires for my Audi S5, pricing was good... but my car had a bad shimmy between 60-70mph which indicated the tires weren't balanced. I went back, they told me the tires were balanced and the reasoning was I needed new rotors. This was after I had taken the car for an alignment, got new brakes and rotors and was told by both service techs at the other locations that the tires didn't appear to be balanced and that was the reason for the vibration in my steering at that speed. I know this is fact because today I replaced the tires I bought at Tire Giants and the ride is perfect again. My advice is if the price is good, great...but I wouldn't listen to the tech who assisted me there.

Not the most friendly staff I've encountered however, they get the job done time and time again. Whenever you have a bad tire come to these guys, they'll fix the problem in no time at all. I have been here twice now, for problems with tires I've gotten somewhere else. Usually they'll charge you between $50-65 depending on the labor involved. Also, they know how to remove your wheel locks (without dmaaging them) which is very important to me. The best part about these guys is that there's a warranty given on every tire you purchase, can't beat that. Also they are a cash only business, so keep that in mind or you'll be hiking to the nearest ATM machine.

These folks treated me well. I showed up early on Saturday morning and I didn't realize I should have placed a tire order before arrival. They still managed to get my tires there within 15 minutes. I was out the door less than an hour later. I highly recommend the Kelly Edge A/S tires they sold me. Ignore the people complaining about the waiting room. You're here for tires, not a spa treatment. It is definitely a worn down business park, but the service was good and I never felt unsafe at any time.

I am knocking two stars because of appearance not being very professional (except the waiting room that was the nicest place there) and because they did not have the tires I ordered and they had to substitute them. Not happy about that at all, pissed me off, but their prices are really cheap for used tires and installation and the staff is pretty nice.

The Good: Staff was pleasant, in & out within an hour, and was given a significant military discount (much appreciated!). The bad: Called beforehand to confirm availability of a used, 4 tire set advertised on Craigslist 4 days ago. Was told those weren't available, but several other sets also CL advertised were. Arrived from NJ within 45 minutes of call -- and was 1st customer of the day -- to find none of those sets available. Was told manager is on vacation this weekend so computer inventory hasn't been updated, even though some of those other CL ads were a month old. Only one set of 4 available in my size (not advertised), so that's what I ended up with. The Ugly: The used tires I bought look to have only ~ 5/32nds left (again, my only option other than to leave), but at least the sidewalls aren't cracked/dry rotting as was the case with what I was replacing. On the drive home I noticed steering wheel vibration once speed exceeds 60 mph. Management's response to other reviewers who have complained about this identical problem indicates nothing can/will be done to correct this defect. It's apparent the spin balance machine is unable to handle or out of calibration for highway speed. Overall, Tire Giants satisfied my immediate need for an inexpensive, safe set of tires (guaranteed!), but I'll have to go elsewhere for a rebalance soon.

I have no experience purchasing tires. My car needed tires to pass inspection. I searched the web and found tire giants on Torresdale Avenue in Philadelphia. I cannot describe how helpful, easy and fair priced the tires were. I took my car out of the shop that was charging me over $1000 dollars and drove it to Tire Giants and I was taken care of immediately, courteously and efficiently. The 1st set of tires I got for my Lincoln Mark viii were ohtsu tires. I had a very bad vibration. Set up an appointment with my local garage for a alignment and have the front end checked. the front end was good and alignment was dobe. Still had a bad vibration. Called tire giants that day they upgraded me to the nexen tires. No more vibration. They were a little hesitant at first but overall experience was great. Thank you tire giants

I called and didn't know what tire to bet for my car. The front desk lady I think her name was barbra. Yea that's her name barbra. Anyway barbra helped me find a good brand at my price range and they even gave me a one year warranty. Yes that's right a one year warranty. They had me in and in under 20 min which was awesome cuz I had to go back home and play some halo. Great place just needs more advertising and needs to relocate somewhere where you don't have to pull into an alley towards the dark gates of hell.
