I have a 2016 BMW X3 and needed new lug nuts (wheel bolts). I tried 7 other spots in town who didn’t have the right ones. Thankfully, someone referred me here and they were so helpful. Despite being very busy, I was in & out in under 30 minutes with a $6 tan so I’d call that a major success. Waiting area is pretty nice too.

I like Tommy's they're Really nice and the service is Usually quick. The only problem I have is I always seem to have a uncommon Rim size. So the last time i went there the only used tire they had for me was"gently" used so it was 80 bucks!! That being said I love the fact that they do 90 days same as cash. so if you're ever in a bind this place Will get you Right.

I called ahead because their appointment app online was not working. They explained that it was better to call 30 minutes before coming so they can give you an accurate time frame for service. Service was quick and excellent, and I got a better price than what I was quoted on the phone.

The customer service is great!! The store has all kinds of blingy rims on display. I bought a new tire instead of used, because it was only $35 more. I am a repeat customer and I will continue to make purchases from Tommy's tires. I drove in on a donut 5 minutes after a flat. I am a female and I was given a fair price. I will buy the rest of my tires here new.

I was a walk-in to the N. 60th location on a busy Friday morning and was helped immediately. First off--as I waited for my car, I observed how quick, efficient, knowledgeable, & friendly Troy was- great at multitasking!! It was very busy with customers in the store & calling. There was a young pregnant girl waiting for her car a few seats down from me when Troy gave her the news about her "other tire also needing replaced ASAP as it wasn't safe to be driven on". I overheard the young lady tell him she could only afford to take care of the one tire. I interrupted their conversation & told Troy that I would pay for her other tire. I was genuinely concerned for this young soon-to-be-mother (even though I didn't know her), & really wanted her to have a safe vehicle. Pleasantly surprised, Troy said "he would take care of it for her". The young lady was so amazed & grateful & so was I!! It's hard to come by caring people who want to help others! I am very impressed & wanted to be sure people knew of this random act of kindness. I am now a customer for life! Also, despite of how busy it was, my car was done in less than an hour! Keep up the great business Tommy's Tires!! =)

I have been to Tommy's a couple of times over the past couple of years and have always had great service. Even when they are busy I have never waited more than an hour. I was in yesterday with 2 nails in my tire, they had patched the same one a few months previously with the same issue (appears I am a nail magnet). I ended up getting a new tire due to where one of the nails were, they showed me where and why it may not be good to patch it again. They even discounted the tire because it was one of theirs, even though the damage wasn't any fault of theirs! Great service, always friendly, they explain what they need to do and the price beforehand and it is never more than what they quoted(if not less)! I would and have recommend this place to anyone!

The guy that asked me what I needed and what not made me feel heard. Then, I waited 45minutes. I know they were busy and it was 5pm already down the hour to close, but I literally was the last person to leave and I am pretty sure three people that came in my after me were taken care of before me. I wasn't told what my tires needed until after it was done and had to pay. It was an ok experience. Nothing to make me feel "I'll be back".

Great old school tire shop atmosphere. I needed to have a bad tire swapped on a rim with one that I already owned. Went to one of the franchise owned stores and was told they couldn't do it because they were different brands but same size same same tread wear etc. swung by Tommy's and was in and out in twenty minutes and it was super affordable. Regardless to say they earned my business next month when I can afford to get all new tires and rims.

I called and visited about a dozen scrapyards and wheel shops looking for rims to fit my car. It's an older car so my hub pattern (5x4.25"/63mm bore) is kinda rare, and factory rims are out of production. I'd spent a week searching east Nebraska for *anything* that would work. Finally I called Tommy's, who not only had a generic that fit, but it was brand new and even the same width as my other wheels, for less than $100/rim. Highly recommend this place if you have obscure wheel specs and you're frustrated with trying to find what you need at the junkyard
