I love these guys! Full disclosure, I’m that guy who gets excited about buying tires, or anything car/truck related. That being said, I have about a year long process of researching (which drives my beautiful wife, absolutely crazy) anytime I upgrade/change something on my vehicles. But once I make up my mind, I want it now! So naturally, I show up to Tommy’s without an appointment! They not only squeezed me in, but took the time to thoroughly go thru each tire brand I was considering. They also had the 3 brands of tires that I’ve been stewing over, in stock. Mind you, I have already done a years worth of research on my own, but their insight made the actual decision super easy. It makes a huge difference seeing them in person, side by side. Plus having an expert to bounce ideas off of, who has their finger on the pulse of what people want out of wheels and tires. They explained the difference in the brands and styles, what was popular, and what was outdated technology. Also, once you factor in shipping, they beat the online store’s (custom offsets) price. Installation can take a minute, so they have video games for the kids (or me in this case) in the waiting room, and tons of cool rims to look at. This is the second time I’ve bought tires from Tommy’s on west center. Also, I believe they have free tire rotation for the life of your tires, when you purchase them there.

10/10 recommend! Honest, fair, and excellent service! As a younger single woman, I absolutely hate any car related maintenance. I went in to replace all 4 of my tires after blowing one on the interstate. Tommy looked at mine and told me I really only needed one right now. (I still got all 4 because that was super scary and I didn't want to take chances with kids). They serviced it in a timely manner for the best quote I've gotten in the last 2 weeks. But beyond that, I had a rubber piece hanging off my car door for a year that they screwed back in for me without me even asking just to be nice. And also gave me some tips and tricks for cheap fixes for other cosmetic issues on my car. For less than any other tire place would have charged me, my car looks and drives 1000X better! I couldn't be more satisfied. Locally owned and they go the extra mile. I'll never go anywhere else.

Amazing customer service! We had a nail in a tire and I called to make sure it was OK to drop it off to be patched. The person on the phone said it was an easy fix and to just drop by. I pulled up and also had my baby with me. There were a couple guys outside and one just asked how he could help (I wish I would have gotten his name!). I told him I had just called and was about to get the baby out. He stopped me, and said there was no reason to drag him out. He popped my back open, grabbed the tire and told me it would be about 20-30 minutes. I went to grab some coffee and a car wash. When I pulled back up, he was outside, waved me in, had the tire ready and brought out a payment device so I could pay right there. He loaded the tire, I paid and was on my way, all without having to take the baby out. Thank you, so much! :)

I bounced around everywhere in Omaha for a week (Jensen, Discount Tire, Lyles) trying to get my tires mounted with vinyl white-wall inserts. Everyone gave me trouble, declined me, and/or said they’d have to charge extra. A friend suggested Tommy’s. I gave em a call and right away they said, “no problem!” — great price and got it done in 20 minutes! Securely mounted with a great look. Highly suggested

These guys were really nice and got my tire fixed within minutes of me getting there. Very affordable price for what they did and me and my kids were on our way. Would highly recommend them and would definitely go back for any other tire needs while I'm in omaha. Had a nail in my tire and they got right to it and was able to patch it to quickly. Great and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have bought complete sets of tires here before, they do come up with deals, and you can find coupons on their website. Waiting room is cooler and a bit darker which I like but the nose from the AC and compressor of their vending machine cooler is pretty loud and of course the shop is loud, but they do have seating outside so you can escape it if you have autism.

If you want great customer service and best value for your money then go see Tommy. I went in to Tommy's to talk about a rim switch for my C5 vette. I just so happened to speak with the owner. I didn't have an appoint.ent but that didn't seem to matter with Tommy. He stopped what he was doing and answered all my questions about what I wanted done. After telling him what I wanted to do.. instead of saying "Yeah we can do that"...he went into the pros and cons of making such a switch. I appreciate all that Tommy did and will look forward to having him do work on the 2 vehicles that I own in the future.

And speaking of great selection if you need new rims I highly recommend coming here to get them they have the best selection I've seen in store and a great variety at that! Highly recommend! Awesome group of guys! I called them to find some odd sized tires for my teenager's beloved 43 y/o mutt of a Chevy pickup. Tom talked to my son & listened to what he was looking for, showed him a few different rims & tires that kept within his price range yet would still look "super cool" on his truck. Once they found the set my son liked best, the shop guys had them mounted, balanced & loaded up in my car in about an hour or so. My son is thrilled with the way his old Chevy looks now & I appreciate the time they took to work with a young gear head.

I would definitely recommend Tommy’s tires for anything tire related! I had my vehicle in at Firestone who quoted me almost double what Tommy’s was giving me for new tires. I also had a tire repaired there that Firestone said was a ruined tire but actually just had a nail in it and needed a patch! Tommy was willing to talk to me about what my vehicle actually needed instead of handing me a paper with a bunch of random junk like an air filter, breaks, etc... the usual auto shop upselling.. he got straight to what I needed! His pricing is great and I will definitely be back and recommend him to anyone!

I had new tires put on last night on my work truck (by a tire shop in Lincoln), and this morning I went to get in my truck and noticed one tire was flat. I called up a few places and they all denied to help me out with my problem unless I waited till the afternoon. I then called Tommy's Tires and they told me to bring it in. They had my tire fixed right away from when I brought it in and even determined what the issue was on why it went flat. I tried to pay them for helping me out and they told me not to worry about it. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have been able to go to work today on time. These guys are the best!

These guys were wonderful! I ruined a tire and needed a replacement A.S.A.P. They had what I needed, could put it on right away, and charged a fair price. I had the pleasure of listening to the boss interact will several customers whilst I was waiting for my car, and I must say, he has a beautiful repertoire with everyone who walks in the door. The shop is tucked back off Center & 144th, so it's hard to see from the street, but look closely for it...you won't be sorry you did.

Sold me a set of new tires and 20" rims, Ford stock rims. 3 rims were ok but have chips, 4th rim is a mix match. It's been months I've been trying to get a rim to match, no luck. Was even willing to swap out but wanted to charge me about what I already paid. But have to say, good guy's and good service.

Thanks to the influx of public swimming pools being built by mother nature in the middle of every major cross street in Omaha, I had the opportunity to replace a blown tire at Tommy's Tires and Customs. After i had a flat tire the "J" word wanted to sell me 4 new tires for $750 plus installation and taxes for my pathfinder, went to Tommys and paid $45 dollars since my flat need to be replaced and the other three tires were fine. Staff was courteous and service was very fast.

Went to Jensen's and Discount Tires to get a set of 26 inch rims put on my truck, and neither could do it. Went to Tommy's, and they had the equipment and time to do it, not excuses. I live in Lincoln. My son just turned 16 and drove to Omaha to help out his Aunt by taking his little cousin to his football practice and take him home. They stopped to put air in the tires. I still don't know how but he blew two tires out at the air pump. Me being an hour away felt frazzled about what to do. I googled local tire store and was directed to Tommy's and thank God I was! Plugged a nail pierced tire that another shop couldn't do. Only cost twenty bucks. Location is a bit offset from Center. Have to go through the Ace or Old Chicago parking lots. Will definitely stop here first next time I have a tire problem.
