Needed a new locking lug nut for the wife's new car. Discount tire ordered new ones and had them shipped in short time. I got the call the nuts were in so here I am to get them installed. I can't say enough about the transparency they provide. Especially as I saw the order screen as they were typing it in. Scheduled an appointment for a blowout. Needed all new tires. The service was amazing. Quick easy decision on a good set of tires. No headaches at all. Quoted an hour for the work but only waited around 25 minutes. Awesome experience!

I blew two tires on the highway last night, and knew my best option was to have it towed to Discount Tires. I was able to call and leave a voicemail last night to make them aware of what I was doing, and go first thing this morning to get it taken care of. Ricky was very helpful, and I was very thankful for my warranties on my tires. They got me back on the road in less than 3 hours, and under $100. I can't say enough good things about discount tires.

The staff here is the best! They were exceptionally kind and helpful to me. I showed up late in the afternoon with my back tire leaking and was in need an emergency fix. I didn't have an appointment and had no idea what I was going to do. Even with a line half way around the building-- the staff got me on the schedule, stayed open late to help me, and charged me nothing for the trouble/time I cost them. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

They sent me a reminder email to check air pressure. So I was in the area stopped by they checked my tire pressure serviced each one no Hassel. The tech said good morning pulled up to the air service unit boom done. I spent $5.00 at another pay pump when I did my truck. Free at Discount Tire and a technician did the work. Every where I travel I look for a Discount Tire they are what other Tire people think they are. Very professional.

Made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait an hour. I showed up 15 minutes early and still waited over an hour before my truck was taken back. Only took 25 minutes once they got it back. I made an appointment to get a tire fixed that had a nail in it. They said if I had an appointment then it would only take 15 minutes. I arrived 5 min early, It took 30 min just for them to get it into the bay and another 30 min before I left. I am sure this is a shorter wait than a walk-in but they should not say one will be in/out in 15 min with an appointment. Not true.

Drove here on the rim right at opening, super friendly staff and fast service. Arrived at 8, out by 8:35 for 4 tires with a pre order online. Text message updates and the staff kept me in the loop about the status of my car. A little bit higher than Walmart price wise but not much, about 370 for 4 plus warranty. For the customer service and time I’d say worth it.

I would like to give a shout out to Ricky at discount tire at 5924 West Memorial Rd OKC. This guy went above and beyond for my wife and I. We were traveling home from Stillwater OK and were in dire need of a new set of tires at a moments notice on a Monday. We called his store and the tires size we needed were not in stock. However, Ricky informed me that there was a customer that had ordered the tire size that we needed and they had the four of them in their store, and they were not coming for their appointment until Oct 7. He consulted with his manager if he could sell them to us to get us on down the road. Then he would order the original customer the replacement tires that he provided to us. His manager agreed and they got us in his shop at 3pm that evening and got us all fixed up. Man, this guy is top notch! He truly went a over and beyond and got us going down the road with a new set of tires. I can not thank him enough!! Ricky you are the man! Discount needs more people like you!!

Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional staff in a clean shop! We left Firestone (a relationship we had for 20+years) over dishonest and upselling practices, and have not looked back since using this Discount Tire location. We only have 2 tires left that have not been replaced by this Discount Tire location (still have plenty of tread) and one of those had a flat in rush hour traffic on Thursday afternoon/evening when the shop was already closed. Our roadside repair service changed the tire. My husband delivered the vehicle to Discount Tire on Memorial Rd. around midday on Friday for repair. They were very busy, but told us that it would be finished today and they would call us. A little after 3 pm, we got the call that it was ready. They repaired the tire, drained ALL the tires and refilled them and set them to the proper PSI. All of this for "NO CHARGE" the manager said. INCREDIBLE. The manager also delivered a tip to the man who performed the work while my husband watched. They previously adjusted the PSI during the winter weather change at no charge. We will of course be back, and we bragging about this shop to everyone we know! Hard to find honest services nowadays, but you will get it here without a sales job!

I had a great experience with this D.T. I originally bought my all-terrain Michelin tires from a DT in Yukon in 2020 & purchased a lifetime warranty that is now paying off. I had a nail in one of my tires It's too close to the side wall to be patched... But because I have that warranty all I have to pay is to put a new warranty on and I get a new tire covered at 100%. When the tire arrives on Monday, DT on Memorial & MacArthur will call me & I'll owe only for the new warranty I'm purchasing, $35. 😁

The guy at the desk was so nice. He told me that it would probably take 3 hours and he seemed like he felt bad telling me that. It ended up taking about an hour and a half. Definitely nice transition from having to deal with the ones who work at the Del City store. Quick in and out just getting air but if you think it is not worth mentioning. I suggest you go sit somewhere at another location waiting for someone to walk up to assist you 25 mins later.

The website stated that tires were available and in stock, but the turns out it would take a week to get the tires in. Went with another set of tires. They took good care of me, to make it up. After years of using Firestone only because I had paid for a lifetime rotate and balance with them, you can imagine my impression of tire shops not being too strong. I decided to try Discount Tire because I had heard good things and I was tired of being treated like scum and jerked around by the idiots at Firestone. My experience with the staff at Discount Tires was wonderful. Not only did they treat me with kindness and respect, they were honest, straightforward, and to top it off really fast. I purchased two new tires, Sean helped me with the tires and was very helpful in picking the right ones. I believe the gentleman who worked on my car was Matthew, he was very nice to me and had my car ready in about 30 minutes. Overall a great experience, I would recommend this location to anyone. I can't tell you how much it means to me as a young woman to be treated with respect when I go to get my vehicle worked on. And with my purchase I got life time rotate and balance checkup... So I never have to visit a Firestone again. :) Thanks again to the staff at this Discount Tire location! They've earned a lifelong customer!

GREAT MANAGER! Manager honored the warranty on tires I purchased July 2019 at the N. Penn location when they would not help me. They had a 50,000 mile warranty and I only got 8,000 miles of wear from them. This manager gave me over $100 credit on them towards new tires. I won't go back to the N. Penn location, young in-experienced uncaring representative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Very Impressed! It was pouring down rain when I arrived for my appointment. A gentleman with a giant umbrella came to my car and walked me inside so I wouldn't get soaked. The store was very comfortable and clean. My wheel was cracked causing air to leak out of my tire so they put on my spare. They wrapped up my tire & wheel in a huge bag so my car wouldn't get dirty and gave me the specifics for my wheel. All of this and didn't charge me anything. This place is my definite go-to for tire-related matters! Every time I have gone in I have received excellent customer service and the guest area is always tidy, with both water bottles and coffee available. The prices are always less than what I expected which is another major perk of doing business with these guys, and they really do seem to care about your tires and how they impact your driving safety. I took my car in after hitting a pothole and noticing a tire was losing air (thanks, Oklahoma roads) and they took great care of me! They repaired the tire and sent me on my way for MUCH less than I expected and kept me hydrated and cool in their air conditioned building. I'm 100% satisfied. Thanks, guys!

So far I have been here twice and they have been simply wonderful. I just brought in my used car I just bought as one of my tires was very low. They looked at and said if they find anything fixable, they will fix it for FREE. Really? In 2019 where do you find anyone doing anything for free. Shoot! most gas stations charge for AIR. So basically I got my tire fixed which had a nail in it for FREE. All that with a smile on their face. Checked all of my tires and said tread was good etc. Come on guys who gives you that kind of service in 2019. Kudos!

My experience with this store was exceptional. I took my car in because my tires were worn out and I knew I needed new ones. They promptly greeted me outside before I even went into the store. They measured the tread on my tires and walked me through the entire process. They explained how my tires were manufactured in 2009 and that they needed replaced. They didn't pressure me into a sale. They physically showed me the measurements of the tread wear and signs of damage. I had rotated my tires regularly but it was obvious it was time to replace them. They showed me the options and discussed the pros and cons of each potential tire replacement. The entire process from the time of pulling into the store and driving away with new tires was about an hour. I had dreaded going into the store because of long wait times, but they exceeded my expectations. I will return to this store for any future tire needs.

I went to this location only because of the excellent reviews. Very satisfied. I called first to make sure they had my tire brand and size then drove right over. They are very thorough. Tires balanced right and lug nuts not over tightened (I did my own quality check with my lug wrench when I got home). I'm pretty anal when it comes to my vehicle. I would go back to this location for more tires, no issue there.

My first experience was with our corporate Mercedes Sprinter Van, we put on Michelin tires, 5 star rating for customer service and price. Second vehicle was an SUV and I put Pirelli on it, turn around time was an hour, extremely fast and again A++ customer service. This is the only place I will be bringing my personal and corporate vehicles. The staff is the best, prices are amazing and quality of work is 5 stars all day.

Had a flat, called the other store around the corner first. They said they did quality work, but could not plug the tire until sometime the next day. Brought rim and tire to Discount Tire and try had it fixed within 10 minutes and even loaded it up in the truck for me. They would not let me pay, and simply asked for my future business. The staff is very professional and "welcoming"! There is no doubt, this store will have my future business.

This location needs to keep doing what they’re doing. I’ve bought my last two sets of tires here even after shopping around for lower prices. Just got new tires put on this past weekend. Made an appointment and they said 45 min, but were done in 30. They’ve never balked at doing a free tire rotation and even do a thorough job inspecting the tires during the free rotation. I also appreciated they showed me they changed the valve stems when they put new tires on. I got the repair/replace certificates this time and the last time on my new tires because it seems like a very cheap insurance policy. I will definitely be continuing to go here.

Free tire patches and friendly staff! Edit: I got a tire patched about a month ago and it started leaking slowly. I took it in today to have it checked and they said since their repair didn't hold properly they would replace the tire with a new one for free. I can't recommend their service enough. Always a pleasure to work with discount tire techs. They are knowledgable, polite, and efficient. We all know what they can do. I have gone with DT since 2007. They are always honest with me and take care of my issues. I came in at 8am with a nail in my tire, and got out in less than 30 mins. They brush off the rust build up off the mount points and torque down the bolts. Sounds like pretty regular practice, but it is not at some other places. The tires they sell have updated manufactured dates and they are honest. Good managers and techs at this location.

First experience at a Discount tire and I must say I was very pleased to be proven wrong about something first thing I did was call all the different tire retailers and priced tires for my car....discount was one of the lowest but not the lowest so I showed up at one of the competitors shops and was hit with an outrageous price to mount and balance a tire on top of that the so called warranty they offered covered nothing but manufacturer defects which if you live in Oklahoma city you know the amount of road hazards that are all over the city pot holes rough roads and all that.... well I went to my nearest discount and was greeted in the parking lot by Jake the guy I talked to on the phone immediately he started asking me questions and helping me out, he told me about their coverage basically anything happens within the mileage of the tire I chose and if they can't fix it they will replace it free of charge let me tell you I'll pay slightly more money for that kind of peace of mind any day..and to top it all off they even rebuilt my tpms sensors. the guys here are very respectful and professional Jake has won my business from now on

I bought 4 nnew tires here, but was 5 months late bringing it back for the complimentary rotation. Don’t do this. Anyway, I began having a loud wha wha sound from tires as they rolled, and it became a hum going over 50. And Thomas told me I needed to get the bearings checked, GAVE ME A COUPON TO A COUPLE OF SERVICE CENTERS WHO COULD HELP ME. Well, I want to thank him and his good training for caring beyond the limits of just Discount Tires and what they could do. He was right saying if your problem is vibration, we can look at it, but if its sounds, you must go a step beyond us. I did, and it was a wheel hub, expensive but I saved 10 percent and appreciated their care.

Always a great experience here! Just fyi you should always get the warranty. I just bought my tires a couple months ago and got a screw in my tire where it couldn't be patched. If I hadn't bought the warranty I would be out almost $80 for a new tire!

Memorial location ROCKS!... I addressed an issue with the manager at this particular location, and he went beyond my expectations to fix the problem! Definately a 5 star rating which is solely due to the marketing manager Tyler. I went into the shop needing a new tire and a new rim .Tyler instantly greeted me outside. Trying to gather the information needed from my other tires, Tyler instantly took charge and started measuring the tread on all my tires. He didn't try and sale me anything that I didnt need. He got me a tire and a new rim . Driving home after the service was done something didn't feel or sound right so I turned around and instantly took my car back. Tyler again assisted me. I explained my concerns he didnt hesitate to place the car back up on the lift and have several technicians look at the problem. Needless to say a horrible mistake was made. Tyler instantly took ownership explained the situation and completely fixed the issue as well made up for the mistake. Customer service at its finest! Tyler was very honest and helpful. He went above and beyond to fix the mistake and even took me on a drive to ensure the safety of the service. I will for sure be going back solely because of the honesty and integrity of Tyler. Thanks so much!

i vent to get verify TPMS warning sign for spare tire as the original tire has flat in my car, they not only explaining about the warning sign and also taken care of repair the Flat tire with no charges. absolutely free. the front desk (styne) and engineer (logan) are very professional and the place is very clean. i have enjoyed my visit by watching how they are fixing it and enjoyed the music they are playing in the workshop. impressive services. keep up good work. :)
