Came in with a flat tire , turns out there was a nail stuck in it . A very fast service was performed and the issue was fixed in less than 1 minute and no new tire was needed. The manager Steve was very nice and friendly and let me go at no cost ! I will definitely will be returning for any other issues with my car and will also recommend to friends and family !

Seriously took care of me. Patched two holes on trailer for me, and installed two tires for me that I brought to them from online. They were very eager to give me advice on which ones to buy and even let me buy online and bring mine into them. Unique application because of trailer tires. Highly highly highly recommend. Employees are also really cool and easy to talk to.

Steve was a great guy with all his men were very helpful. I hit a pot hole and ruined my front tie on the passenger side they took me right in and fixed me right up. Clarence was super helpful. I called before driving to his location to ask if I needed to make an appointment. He told me that I can just bring the car in and that it would be a 30 minute wait for the service. I just needed an oil change and one of my tires had a nail. When I arrived, he looked up my information promptly and took my car keys. My car was ready at the estimated time. He walked me through the service that he did on my car and recommended that I change my tire soon. I appreciated the advise and got quoted on new tires. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The quick and professional service is what keeps me coming back to Mavis. Thank you.

Steve was really great help. I knew calling at 10am for a same day Noon was going to be hard to get. He set me up for Noon the next day. 15 minutes later he called me back saying he can make it work and I was in and out in about 30 minutes for oil change and flat repair. I was driving around with a nail in my tire and my car alerts going off when I stopped at a gas station and saw Mavis. I actually called the North Bergen store by accident and they were super helpful. When I pulled in to the Harrison location, Dajee was there and took care of me immediately, which I greatly appreciated. He took care of it quickly and fixed the air levels and sent me on my way, stress free. I will make sure I always use Mavis going forward for all my tire needs!

Got a flat tire on I-95. After multiple calls to AAA and a third party tow experience, ended up at Mavis to get a new tire myself. Easily the best part of this whole nightmarish experience. I was very pleased with the service at this location in Harrison NJ. After reading the reviews at 3 other locations I was scared to bring my Lexus to any Mavis store. Rhonda was the first person I interacted with at the Harrison store, she was so pleasant and assured me that the horrible reviews I read would not happen there. Next Jerry the Assist Mgr spoke with me and recommended a great Continental Extreme Contact tire and I purchased a set of 4 new tires. My wait time was great and I didn’t have to spend 2 hours like the other locations mentioned. I truly recommend this location, you will leave with a smile on you face.😊

*Short* They treat people awesome at this location. I will be a repeat customer!! *Long* I was a frequent customer of Mavis Tire, until I had a bad experience at one. When I saw this one in Harrison was opening in my area I figured I'd give this new one a try. When I went in to get an oil change Luis was great! He was helpful and went over everything with me, also applied the coupon that was online without me having to ask. He asked if I had any other concerns with my car, I told him I was concerned about the brakes, he said they would take a look and let me know. I got my oil changed and my tires rotated (for free) and he was very transparent about my brakes. When I was finished with my oil change I got a call from Raz who let me know that I didn't have to get them done right away and explained all my options. I really appreciate the work they did, because as a woman sometimes mechanics try to scam you (like I was scammed at the other Mavis). Thank you to Raz, Luis, and all the staff there. Team Harrison... you all are awesome. I will be bringing my other car there also.

I have visited these guys twice in the past months and they absolutely rock!! Due to a small air leak on my front tire on the passenger side, I was advised to replace it on my first visit. This second time, I noticed that the same was happening with my front tire on the driver's side and chose to just replace that one as well. The best part of this last visit is how quick everything was handled. I was starting to take a nap while waiting that was cut short..LOL. I will return soon to obtain 2 new tires for the rear..thank you guys!!

Was across the street at Speedway and my battery died. Took a chance and went across to Mavis to see if jumper cables were available. The manager went out to his vehicle and loaned them to me from his trunk. When I got done and the car was started I turned around and one of the techs was leaving the Speedway store, without saying anything to him, he asked for the cables and said he would return them. Quick and awesome service!!!. I couldn't find my tires size anywhere close to Kearny. Not only did they have it on stock but the price was better than any other shop within the area. He told me the problem was that my battery was dead. He gave me a boost and also told me that I can get a battery from Mavis. He provided me with a excellent price on a battery. He gave me excellent service without me having to ask for it. He was quick to come up with a solution and resolve my problem.
