These guys are awesome. We went in on short notice to have my rims put on my Tacoma, and also needed new tires, my bday present. Dane was professional and friendly and wasn’t pushy with the tire sales. They worked with us as far as getting the right parts that we’re needed and made sure we were 100% happy, all the way to pulling out of the shop. They have a nice and professional staff as well. Highly recommend these guys :)

I was incredibly pleased with my service today at Delta World Tire! The staff members I interacted with were incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They had a new tire replaced on my vehicle in about 45 minutes. Experiencing a flat tire while out of state with my kids was stressful, and I’m so grateful for the staff members who went out of their way today to make this entire process so smooth for us! Hit a curb and had a slow leak. Prior to coming here a guy wanted to charge me $50.00 for a USED TIRE. (no way)! Now I'm panicking. Googled nearby tire repair shop and Delta was it. Dane clearly understood my needs and jumped right on it (Thank you) And a NEW TIRE cost me less than expected.... ☺️

I brought my. Car in early to have them mount a new tire i had to special order from Shreveport. Not only did they replace my tire and balance it, they checked all the others, added the proper air, found a nail in the right front one and fixed it without even asking. PLUS, they charged half of what I was expecting. I had interactions with all three of the staff behind the desk, and have never met nicer, friendlier, more professional people. I will return with any work my tires or brakes ever need again. Cannot say enough nice things about them. Their waiting room was immaculate, comfortable, big screen TV, refreshments, etc. An A-1 experience all around.

I'm not really the person to leave a lot of reviews, I kind of just keep the experience all to myself. However, this time I felt so satisfied that I had to leave review for 1st time customers. Now for a person that's scrolling right now to find a bad review there's no need. As a first time customer not from New Orleans I had initially brought my Mazda 6 18 to get serviced in the dealership because I did not purchase it in LA. So I was so super hesitant to bring it to any shop rather than the dealership. However I took a chance on Delta and dude they really set me up nice, I give them 5 star across the board on my experience. I initially brought it in for a wheel alignment and a rotor cup problem. However, Dane who by the way is a super nice guy and really honest dude he was such a big help, and he let me know that it was neither rotor or the wheel alignment but bad tires. Mind you I would of never thought that it was tires because I just bought the car used last year and when I brought it to Delta it had 30000 miles on it, so I was thinking tires; what? After Dane gave me thorough explanation about the problem he had the shop take real good care of me by replacing them for me at a great price. I drove test the block there was no leaning or buckling in the braking from high speeds and the handling was really good too. My Mazda is a GT so I was really keen on that when I got into it to drive it around. Overall, great shop thanks Delta!

Great place. I brought my Tacoma here to fix two flat tires. I got a call about an hour after I dropped it off saying “there wasn’t anything wrong with the tires.” I explained that they were obviously flat that morning, and they promptly checked again - finding two tires with large leaks. I appreciate when a business can admit when they made a mistake, still provide a great service, and not grumble about it. I will be back

Hit a curb (oops) on a Friday afternoon and this place was nearby. I was fully prepared for a super long wait, possibly even not getting my car back until after the weekend, due to the timing. But when I came in, they were super friendly and accommodating! They said they would try to have my car back by the end of the day, which I was already thankful enough for. Only like two hours later they called me back and said it was ready! I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service, and the price was very reasonable too!

My wife and I are in town for the weekend in New Orleans from Milton, Florida. When I was parking on Friday I noticed a low tire pressure alarm on my left rear tire. It was late afternoon and to late to take the car in for service. I contacted the shop on Broad Street and was told to come in on Saturday morning. I was there before the shop opened and second in line. My car was looked at and no tire issue found. The mechanic corrected the air pressure in all four of my tires. When I picked my keys up I was told no charge. I certainly expected to pay for the time the mechanic spent on my car. I am beyond pleased with the service. What a pleasant surprise. Your shop gets my biggest recommendation.😀

I love this place! I have a 2006 Scion tc (71,000plus miles) and D.W.T. is the ONLY place I go to for ALL of my wheel/tire related maintenance! Mr. Micheal, Mr. Andy, Dane and Jason are ALWAYS personable, polite and pleasant. They explain everything to you and I have never had a problem because they provide quality work and service. Have been going for years now for alignment and new tires on 3 different vehicles. New tires come with lifetime free rotations and I especially appreciated Michael Fairchild at the front desk making sure I could get in for a rotation when I needed it. Really good service.

They always seem honest and never try to get me to do work on my car that seems unreasonable. Prices are fair and people are friendly. They are usually a bit busy, which is probably a good sign.

I dropped my truck off at 730am and for an alignment and tire rotation. I asked Mike how long it would take and could they call me when it was done. He called exactly when he said he would and let me know my truck didn't need an alignment, only a tire rotation. The service here is great and I appreciate their honesty. I've Delta in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you Delta World Tire!

WOW was I impressed. I had a flat tire on the way through New Orleans, and decided to stop by Delta based on their reviews. They did not do this place justice. The employees were friendly, professional and fast. They patched my tire, and even remounted the spare back under my Jeep. Cheap too! Nice work.

I recently went into this Delta location because when I was living in Maine I was told my shocks were going and I would have to have them replaced. I drove across the country anyways without a hitch and after some months of living in NOLA, with its wonderful roads, I assumed the shocks were definitely in need of replacement. I went in early, was told they could get the van in within the hour, and after no time I was brought back to the garage to talk business. The mechanic explained that although they had the ware of a vehicle with 230,000 miles, they were still functional and didn't necessarily need replacement. He also mentioned certain bushing were wearing but that it wasn't an emergency, just something I would want to take care of before getting new tires. I was pleasantly surprised at his honesty. I wasn't charged, they didn't try to tell me I needed something I didn't, and I even got a delicious cookie while I waited. I choose this location because so many reviews raved about their honesty and now I'm leaving my own to back that up. Thanks guys!

We called and they had a replacement tire in stock, gave us a quote and got us right in. Had it replaced within an hour and we just grabbed some food at Whole Foods across the street. I always love folks who go out of their way to help others. Delta World Tire did just that. My niece hit something in the road, busted a tire, and unfortunately, didn't have a spare, just the pump and slime I made a call from Mississippi, spoke to Mr. Chris, and within minutes, he had a solution. My niece's safety was first, and then the car being fixed was next. He sent a tech to help her(which is not a normal practice, I'm sure), and she was on her way home shortly after that. If you have tire/car trouble in New Orleans, I urge you to keep their number handy. Thank you to Delta World Tire, Mr. Chris, JJ and the rest of the crew. You saved the day!

Went up to Delta convinced I needed new brakes since I had been hearing a squeaking in the front end when I brake for the last few weeks. They told me they looked pretty new and I didn't need them. Could've so easily replaced them unnecessarily and charged me and I'd have been none-the-wiser. They didn't even charge me for the assessment. Very grateful for the honesty.

Brought my Camaro to get the new rim's and tires installed. They did an amazing job. Fast plus a great price. Then on top of all that they took my old 22's over to my work. Which is across the street. But still they offered to do it and wouldn't take any money. I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent service and prices. We were heading to TX from Florida and made a stopover in Nola. We had a bad wobble in the car and thought it was wheelbarrings. The took care of it, sent us on the street car to eat Beignets and listen to jazz while they fixed the car and found out it was just a bad tire in the back. They totally could have charged us hundreds since we clearly had no idea and went in telling them we thought it was something expensive. So honest and really nice people!

I’ve been to delta world tire twice and they are always kind, honest and efficient. They never do more than is necessary to fix your car and I have not waited longer than an hour, if that. Highly suggest! Easy to get to location too.

I don’t know why I bother trying to go anywhere else, 3rd time getting a new tire put on a rim here, always helpful, courteous, and friendly staff. Fast as all get out, and always sensitive to my price point and can try and work with me (within limits of course!) highly recommend if you need to replace your tires, can’t speak on the other aspects cuz I haven’t been here for that.

I have been here a number of times to get tires patched or replaced, both with my car and my wife's. The guys who work there have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience. They always do great work on the cars. Recently they put out complimentary coffee and a fountain Coke machine which is another great plus. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
