These guys are simply outstanding! We ordered 5 tires online for our 5th wheel trailer and had these guys install them. From the moment we contacted them, they were responsive, friendly and totally professional. They were fully equipped to mount and balance our tires. Their service is reasonably priced and they got it done in short order. I would highly recommend them for any of your mobile tire needs in the Nashville area!

My granddaughters's car had a flat in Lot A at BNA. She was going out of town for a Funeral. I tried for several days to get in to take the wheel off to get it replaced. She didn't have a spare or tools to remove the tire. I returned several times over the next 3 days and the lot was full and no attendant on site to let me in. The times I did get in the tools I had didn't work on the Dodge Dart. Each attempt cost $9.00 and the daily rate was ticking @ $20.00 a day. On Thursday, I found the Freedom tire guys and asked for mobile service. The manager said It would be Monday before they could get there. I explained the above story to him and by 3:00 that day he had everything finished.and his service fee was $75.00 less than BNA's parking fee. Great people!

I have waited decades for the service I was just provided. These guys know what their doing and have decades of experience as tire installers and managers for big tire stores under their belts and it shows. They came to the house and had all four of my tires removed and balanced in less than an hour. I have never seen tire installers torque my rims to factory specifications. I am very concerned about my rims being damaged during installation from previous experiences. I could see that these installers knew their trade and were extremely conscientious about all aspects of removing , mounting,balancing and installing the tires. We have all sat in the dirty waiting room areas as the tire shops install our tires and many of us have waited hours. Their prices were incredibly fair and well worth it to have a service brought to your house. I definitely see why they are the only 5 star installers with Tire Rack.

I ordered 4 tires from tirerack, they recommended Freedom Tires Guys as an installer, looked it up and saw 80 reviews and every single one of them had 5 stars so I went for it. Every call I made with them left me surprised, they were constantly outgoing and respectful, They were booked up for a few days, there is bad weather coming in this weekend so I asked them if there was anyway they could get them on before, they squeezed me in the schedule when they did not have to. They did great work, replaced all 4 tires, put the spare back in place, neatly stacked my old tires in the bed of my truck, all in under 2 hours. I have never experienced costumer service in this level, especially in the automotive industry. I would highly recommend Freedom Tire Guys, I know I’m goin back.

I bought a set of tires through tirerack.com and when I made it to checkout they said that the preferred installer was "Freedom Tire Guys." I had never heard of them but I looked them up and they had great reviews, so I went for it. They have a shop but I opted for mobile installation. They were excellent at communicating when my appointment would be and they kept me up to date every step of the way. Ian showed up to my house for my appointment and he did a great job. Super nice guy, quick service, and no issues at all. He even pointed out a couple of missing lug nuts which I probably would have never even seen. Freedom Tire Guys in Nashville recently provided me with one of the absolute best customer service experiences of my life. I was traveling from Florida to Minnesota and while going through Nashville, I hit a pothole that blew out my passenger-side front tire and the tire bead was off the rim. It was 11:00 pm as I limped off the freeway and was able to park in a CVS Pharmacy lot for the night. I knew getting service at that hour would be difficult or expensive, so I took an Uber to a hotel, knowing I’d spend much of the next day for repairs. I searched online for mobile tire services because, if possible, I wanted to avoid a tow to a tire repair shop. After no luck with a couple of firms, I reached Ian at Freedom Tire Guys. I explained my situation and he responded, “I’m really sorry, but both of my mobile trucks are booked solid for the next two days. However, we might have a couple of other options.” He further explained, “my shop is pretty close to you. What if I come over and jack up the vehicle and take the tire off and bring it back to my shop? I’ll repair it if possible and if not I’ll get you quotes for a new tire and get you back on the road as soon as possible.” I said that would be great. Ian arrived, removed the tire and returned to his shop. A short while later, he called and indicated the tire was unrepairable due to a 4” gash in the sidewall. He sent a photo via his smartphone to show the damaged tire. He informed me that he had found a tire of the same size, but it was a different make than the set I had on and he quoted me a price. He then said he found a tire that matched my current set for $30 dollars more. Because my tires had less than 3,000 miles on them, I indicated my preference would be to put the matching tire on. Ian said, “there’s a slight hitch to that. For the marching tire, I have to drive 30-45 minutes each way, depending on traffic, so I’ll have to charge you a bit more for the mobile service. I’ll drive to pick it up, then come back to the shop to mount it, balance it and then return to your vehicle to install it, check the air on all 4 tires and make any tire pressure gauge adjustments, as needed.” I said, “if you’re willing to do that, let’s do it.” So, just 4 hours after initially contacting Freedom Tire Guys in Nashville, Ian had me back on the road to Minnesota with a matching tire, at reasonable costs, without the hassle of a tow job to a tire repair service. It turns out Ian was the owner of Freedom Tire Guys. He could have simply informed me his mobile trucks were booked and he wouldn’t be able to take care of me. Instead, he went out of his way to help me. When I told Ian how much I appreciated the Freedom Tire Guys efforts on my behalf and for going out of his way to get me back on the road he said, “We’re not in the tire repair business. We’re in the customer service business. That’s how we’re building our business and so far it’s working.” And, Indeed it is. I recommend Freedom Tire Guys in Nashville for any of your mobile tire repair or tire service needs.

They patched a damaged tire in my driveway for essentially the same price of going to a tire shop and wasting an hour plus of sitting around. The team was willing to make a weekend call when I reached out about an emergency flat on a different car. I needed some new tires on my truck but didn’t have the time to sit all day in a tire shop. I sent a message to the Freedom Guys via Facebook and within a few hours I heard from Rich, had 3 competitive quotes, and a time selected for the install AT MY HOUSE! With the bad weather in March and potholes popping up like weeds, I busted a tire near my house. Work and life was busy so I needed an easy way to replace a ruined tire that didn’t involve putting on the spare, driving to the shop, hoping they had the right tire, and then waiting as they changed it out. So instead, I called (actually texted) with Ian at Freedom Tire Guys. He responded quickly and asked for a picture of my bad tire so he could find an exact replacement. My luck being what it is my tire was hard to find but they spotted the unicorn in Texas. Ian was very communicative and let me know that shipping from Texas would delay their service but he offered to drive to my house and put on a temporary tire while we waited. A generous offer that I didn’t even ask for. Once my new tire was in the rest of the process was quick and easy. Scheduled a convenient time for them to come out. It took less than 20 minutes and I could pay thru the website. Freedom Tire Guys not only saved me a ton of time, they went the extra mile to get the exact tire I needed and offered to help while we waited. Clearly I made the right choice in contacting them rather than sitting in a tire shopping drinking bad coffee for several hours.

Awesome experience. The team was in and out in 30 minutes on a 4 tire winter / summer swap. Price was insanely cheap in my opinion for a mobile service. When I inquired about non-marring lug sockets, not only did they show the sockets to me, but they took the hint and showed me all the wheel touch points on the equipment in their van to make sure I was comfortable with the wheels being protected. Extra bonus points for putting up with my two young, inquisitive boys who were doing everything possible to make the service a disaster. :) I would strongly recommend them to anyone and will be calling them again when the summer tires need to be out back on.

Ian you really saved my day and my week. I can’t say enough good things about this company or Ian. I had a run in with one of the amazing Tn potholes. Not only was it 20 degrees out early and windy. I was at work freakin out about my tire that was flat and off the rim. Ian was at my place of employment and had me fixed up with a tire within two hours. Not only did he bring me a loaner tire that was not an unsafe mini tire (they have to order a new one) he made sure all my tires were good to go. This weather is not only hard on us but it’s also hard on our vichecles . This is the second time I have had the pleasure to work with Freedom Tire Guys. Almost a year ago Ian came to our home to install tires on both of our vehicles. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Really this company is the best of the best. 5 Star experience! Just had 4 new tires put on my Toyota Sienna and couldn't be happier. Emailed them on a Sunday and Rich responded within minutes. Received a quote and booked it by the end of the day. Kainin came out Tuesday morning (at the scheduled time) and did a fantastic job of installing and balancing the new tires plus checking the alignment and the tire sensors. Great experience! I chose Freedom Tire Guys based on reviews when I bought my tires from Tire Rack, and I'm really happy with the experience. Kainin showed up at my office as scheduled and he got my new tires installed and balanced while I went back to work until he was fine. Her finished when he said he would and had even taken time to clean up my rims, and clean the blue off the white letters. The balance is something I notice right away if it's off and one drive after afterwards says that they got it right. I highly recommend these guys. These guys are really on to something! Their business model is perfect for busy people, on the go, with little time to spare. I have used them twice for a tire repair. The first one was found completely flat before I left to work one morning. I used a share ride service temporarily and when I came home, the tire was fixed and I was back in business. The second situation involved a different car where I noticed a slow leak over the last couple of days and then suddenly the tire was flat. I called Freedom again because they were so fast. Kainin was honest that he was busy with a huge job right before me, but rushed to get there ASAP. He identified my tire leak, patched it up, and I was off in ~ 20 minutes. I was impressed when he offered to do a temporary patch job and follow me to work (so I could safely make it on-time). Luckily we didn’t have to do that, but the fact that Kainin would go out of his way to offer that was impressive. The total cost was $80 which is fantastic given the convenience, reliability, and quick, predictable service.

We were on a roadtrip when our SUV got a nail in the tire and began to deflate. We decided to go to Discount Tire to get it patched up, but 30 minutes later on the road the tire began to deflate again. Ian was called outside of his office hours, yet he came to our rescue and pointed out another cut on the tire. We got a tire from the dealership and Ian replaced it on the spot in under 15 minutes! Ian is a very nice and reasonable guy, I highly recommend Freedom Tire Guys for any mobile servicing needs!

I needed my tires replaced after I got a flat on a drive home from a vacation. It turned a 4 hour trip to a 6 hour experience with a 2 month baby. The thought of my wife trying to take a newborn and a 4 year old to a store to get news tires was not pleasant. Ian was the solution he was out the next day, was on time, and my wife didn’t even have to go outside. Highly recommended! Kainin from FTG was very prompt in making sure that my appointment time was communicated an actually was able to bump me up a couple hours ahead of when I was scheduled which was a plus! Right off the bat he identified and recommended what I needed to do to make my new tires last the longest. The service is super fast! Just had five tires installed at my home. Ian and his team went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced correctly. Installed five new TPM sensors that I had purchased on ebay and then reprogrammed them to turn off the car tire pressure light on dash. I will use them again and next time ask them to find the best tire deals for my car. They can find some really low prices comparable to any discount tire store.

Walked out my door to run errands and dang! flat tire. I knew I had roadside assistance and put the distress call out for someone to call on my behalf. My insurance agent was first to heed the call. When I cleared out the back of my car to pull out the spare tire, No Spare Tire! 😱 I messaged such to my insurance agent and he assured me to not worry, and he contacted Freedom Tire Guys. I received a text with ETA, and Kainin arrived right on time. In less than 15 minutes Kainin had the new tire installed, checked the other 3 tires, and ensured the low tire symbol on my dash was not illumunated. Never wrote a review for a restaurant or anything. Just had Ian from Freedom Tire Guys (FTG) come to our apartment and replace 2 back tires in 30 minutes. The quote was fair and in line with others. Price aside, FTG will be our only call, ever for wheels and tires. They know what they are doing, are 100% focused on doing a good job and doing it right; IIan went above and beyond. By far my best experience working with someone in auto repair. Most importantly, they weren't salesy, trying to upsell like many large tire companies are. Ian told us some other issues and honestly told us how they needed to be addressed. FTG has earned our trust and business as long as we are in Nashville.

I decided to try a mobile tire service Freedom Tire Guys. It was the right decision - techs Joe and Carlos called me in the morning with their arrival time. They were on time, they were professional and accurate with their work. I wouldn’t think twice about using this company again. I never write reviews, but I wanted to because of the great service I received from Rich who helped me on the phone to set all this up to Joe and Carlos who did a great job installing the tires.
