What holds them head and shoulders above any other place is their genuine kindness! There are at least 50 other tire services that are closer to me but I would never go anywhere else. I revisited Nashville this week, my former home of more than 24 years. Had a little car trouble but knew exactly who would help me out. Bass Tire is my go-to for those occasions when I have a bad tire. I picked up a nail a week or so ago and called to see if they could work me in. Aaron got me right in. While I waited a steady stream of the men who are the backbone of our workforce came through in need of service. Everyone was greeted kindly and as a friend. When I was done the cost to plug my tire was under $25 and Peter rushed out to let me know he’d aired all of my tires up as they were low. Love this place.

Bass Tire will take care of you. They will listen and help you. They make the tire buying experience one that isn’t a drag. It’s refreshing to go to a business where you can trust: they do what they say, they are fair, they are comprehensive. Keep in mind that they are always busy, so understand that you may not get your tires right that second you walk in the door. However, don’t let that deter you! When you buy tires from Bass Tire, they fix any leaks you have due to nails or whatever else your tires pickup on the Nashville roads. When I went in to have them fix a leak, they not only checked that tire but also checked the other tires as well to make sure they were ok. A lot of places will only do the specific thing you ask them, but it’s nice to know at Bass Tire they will have your back and do the job right.

While I was waiting, one of the employees came out to speak to an elderly gentleman about the warning light that was on in his car. He said "It's just the tire pressure monitor system. We can fix it, but if it's not bothering you it won't hurt anything to leave it as is and save some money." That's when I knew I'd found a good shop. This is the only tire shop I haven't had to go back and have my tires rebalanced several times. I highly recommend them.

Bass tire shop used to be a great place for tires and other services. Since Steve Bass retired from the company. The customer service and maintenance of the facility went down significantly. My vehicle needed tires balance and rotation. I took my time off from work and went there several times to service my tires, but unfortunately everytime they mentioned I have to leave the vehicle all day for tire rotation, or come there early at 7:00am to service the tires. In the past tire rotation and balance was about one hour or less. Now it's getting absolutely ridiculous. It will be my last visit to Bass tire shop. They lost in touch with reality and customer service! Update: Thank you Mr. Bass for outreach, and I appreciate your time to answer my concerns. I will keep in touch with you to bring my vehicle in couple of weeks.

Used these guys in a pinch as I had run over debris on the Interstate and had a leak in my tire. Service was great and staff was polite. Only issue is it took over two hours to plug a tire. But I guess if the business is that good then everyone goes there. So I guess it's a good thing?

One of my TPMS was broken and it was on my Audi RS7 so I knew it wouldn’t be as easy to find without having to order one. The first auto parts store I visited said they could have one the next day. Then the gentleman told me about Bass Tire and said if anyone would have one they would. I got there just 30 minutes before closing time. Very friendly staff, they had the exact sensor and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Total cost $130. Versus probably $500. at the Audi dealership. Highly recommend! ,

Prices are creeping up quite a bit. The techs smudged grime all over driver side interior of my car with 1,500 miles on it and it's not coming off. Just to patch a tire. Probably going to need a new mechanic for that reason. But they are very trustworthy and honest.

I recently took my car to Bass Tire for an oil change and for them to look at the drivers side rear tire. The Customer Service area was clean and the staff were friendly. I hadn’t made an appointment, so I was ok with dropping it off and picking it up later that day, which they assured me that they would be able to take care of my car that day. They called me early afternoon to let me know it was ready. They did the oil change and ended up having to patch my tire. The service cost was cheaper than where I had been going! BASS TIRE is the BEST!! I thought my car had a transmission issue so I had it dropped off at a local trani shop cause Bass doesn't do them. They had it 18 days. I called 3 times and asked about it, they'd said "we'll look at it today." Finally day 17 found it had a bad misfire. Called Bass and talked to Phillip, had it towed within hrs and Phillip had it ready in less than 24 hrs!!! NEVER EVER WILL I TRUST anyone else with my cars.

I want to thank all the great folks up at Bass Tire, the most honest trustworthy team I have experienced. Took my car into Express Oil up in Hendersonville and they tried to hit me with a scam. Before I let them go any further on my truck I called the crew at Bass, they told me to bring it on by before going further. Took my truck into Bass today and they are saving me $3k on a simple repair. All of this was over an oil change, Express quoted me on the wrong part and I would have been left with the same initial problem if I hadn’t gone to Bass. As a female I was nervous about taking my car to a new place because I had been told before that the tire couldn't be patched and that I needed all new tires for my car (it was less than a year old). These were the nicest auto people I've ever met! 1st of all, i picked this place because it offered a rebate on my tires and had the best reviews. They have a tool on their website that gives you a quote of exactly what you'll pay when you leave and the quote was the same when i was done! It was very easy and pleasant to make an appt and they were able to get me in THE VERY NEXT DAY at any time I wanted!! I was greeted by multiple people upon arriving. After dropping my car off, which took an easy 3 minutes, I had someone pick me up because I had a lot of errands to run. I called periodically during the day to check the progress so I could plan accordingly. They were ALWAYS nice no matter who answered the phone and NEVER acted annoyed that I was calling. This is major to me because I hate feeling like a nuisance. I ended up getting back a couple minutes after their closing time. They were still there waiting for me with the best attitudes. Then the sweet man who did Most of my setup gave my son some cool matchbox cars and they let my mom come in and pee!! I can't stress enough how awesome everyone's attitude was. EVERY SINGLE PERSON. We found ourselves in the middle of a family vacation, 100’s of miles from home, with a flat tire. AAA was able to get the spare mounted in record time, but we needed a shop to repair the tire. So we searched online for a tire shop able to get us back on the road. We found Bass Tire. Lots of customers who shared their happy experiences. Our call to the store was met with a cheerful voice that welcomed us over with a promise of a quick turnaround. The greeting at the store counter was equally warm and the car was on a rack inside 15 minutes. The work itself was done and we were back at the counter no more than 30 minutes after our arrival. The folks at Bass Tire are incredibly kind, communicative, and competent. I brought my car in for a tire rotation and a clicking sound in my engine. Rather than finding something to charge me extra for, they found that I was out of oil which was causing the noise. Of course this was an easy fix and they changed my oil for me which was much cheaper than I was expecting to pay for an engine problem. I dropped it off in the morning without an appointment and they were able to get it done by the afternoon. They also called and texted a couple of times throughout the day to give me notices of what they were working on and how much it would cost as well as some tips on how to keep my car running well as it nears 100k miles. I came to Bass Tire a few months ago after running over a pothole that put a hole in the side of my tire. They looked for the tire I needed and ended up driving to a separate location to pick up the specific tire I wanted that matched my other three. Replacement was very quick and cheap, and they were always as professional as anyone could expect. I returned a few days ago with grinding, squealing brakes. They quoted me an estimated $500-$550 to replace my front brakes and rotors (about $300 less than what Lexus quoted me for the same job), so of course I jumped on that. After dropping it off as a last-minute job on a busy weekend, they called me and told me it would be only $415 to complete the job—much less than what I originally planned on paying. They could’ve charged me their original quote and I never would’ve known the difference, but they did the job for much cheaper—shows just how trustworthy this place is. Next morning, I picked up my car. These brakes have never worked better. No squeaking, no squealing, no grinding—never been smoother! Bass Tire is the quickest, most efficient, and cheapest shop in the area, and they have the best customer service and communication anyone could ask for. I’ll be back in a few weeks to have my front lower control arms replaced (quote for this job was $800 less than what Lexus quoted me). Can’t wait to be back and to be satisfied yet again!

By far the best service I've received. I called one of their competitors for a quote before I got the recommendation to go here. I was told their price couldn't be beaten. They were WRONG! Cheaper price and better service at Bass! I dropped off my car, went to work and picked up and hour before closing. I had already paid by phone before getting back. I drive a black Tesla(fyi they are very Tesla friendly) so I had access to my car without the key to put my stuff in it before going inside to get my key and receipt. As I was walking to the building an older gentleman wearing a Bass Tire shirt approached from the side heading into the store as well. He told me how he liked my car and we started chatting. After about 10 minutes of good conversation I interrupted him and asked his name. To my surprise it was the owner Steve Bass himself! We talked for another 15 to 20 minutes. I felt like I knew the guy my whole life! People like that are hard to come by and that goes a long way with me. As long as these guys are in business I won't buy tires any where else. Shout out the Aaron and the team for the great customer service! 5 stars isn't enough for these guys!

I had to get a flat repair today while driving through Nashville. stop by Sam's Club since my tires had road hazard warranty. at 4pm they were worried about leaving at 4:30. Went by Firestone and Good Year and they were closed, called Midas, of course they could patch after they eluded too if it was repairable, so working on selling a new tire on the phone. called Bass Tire spoke with Stanley. he said they patch tires but close at 5pm. followed up with bring on in they will take care of it. We got there and Stanley greeted me as neighbor, and one of the employees started writing it up. I never had a great experience dealing with car repair shops more or less with flat repair. In my 51 years of life I had the best experience getting our flat repaired than any other automotive transactions and many business transactions in my life. I told a friend if they get tires anywhere in the world and not Bass Tire, he was getting bad Service. I live about 3 hours away, but there is a very good chance that I will make a day trip out of it and drive to Nashville to get new tires next time in need. I could worry about road Hazard service. but a nation wide chain failed today with out of state travelers while Bass tire was still there after closing to take of us and a few other customers. I’m so glad I went! Everyone I interacted with there was kind and considerate. Steve spoke with the folks waiting as if he knew each and every one—it felt like I was being welcomed into a family. And with the quality of service, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a room full of regulars! When a business puts people first, it really shows. My tire was patched up within 20 minutes at most, and there was no charge. I thanked the man who patched my tire, who was just as kind and lovely as everyone else had been. I dropped my vehicle off and was given a courtesy ride to my home. Awesome! Approximately 10 minutes after arriving home, I received a call and text from Bass Tire. Stating your vehic is ready foir pick-up. I called Mr. Phillip. He said Bass Tire wasn't equipped to repair my vehicle. I have no issue with that. I just wasted part of my morning. I originally took my car to a Firestone and when they told me I needed some expensive work done I wanted a second opinion. After going to Bass Tire they did confirm that work was needed but they also found other necessary repairs that Firestone had missed completely. Everyone is friendly and they all have the same mission- do right by you & your car. This place is busy but that just shows you how great their reputation is. Bass Tire is my go to for all of my maintenance and repair needs. Their business ethics are on point. They’re honest, kind, friendly, thorough, prompt, and fair. My first encounter with Bass was for a brake pad concern. The dealership told me they were in emergent need of replacement for hundreds of dollars. Bass was going to charge me much less to replace them. BUT - when they checked them, they discovered I actually had thousands more miles to go before needing replaced. They showed me pictures to verify this and charged me $0 for checking them even though they could have easily charged me for labor (or just replaced them and I would never have known they were actually fine). I’ve been a loyal customer since then. I’ve worked with them for tires, a battery issue, a tire patch, and, yes, eventually for brake pads. Highly recommend. :)

Bass tire personnel are tireless hard workers that know their products well. Their administrative system is efficient. They greet you promptly upon arrival and get to your needs quickly. The garage staff must be just as efficient, because they deliver what the office staff says you need just as promptly. Not a lot of loud talk necessary between the two. They all know what they are doing and get it done. They are generous with checking out low pressure indicators in the winter or rotating tires per a schedule they sticker inside your windshield without cost. Then they always shake your hand and thank you for coming in. When the time for tires is necessary, they detail your cost to the penny and offer alternatives if necessary. Always good coffee and doughnuts in the waiting area. Classic old cars, no problem. They even helped me put air in a warehouse cart tire once. Steve Bass said, “if it’s meant to hold air, we will fill it”. I have personal later model vehicles, classic cars over 50 years old and company vehicles. I trust all my tire needs to Bass Tire Co. I showed up at Bass Tire yesterday morning with multiple tire issues, and in desperate need of an oil change (and no appointment). Jeremy was at the counter and as I began to tell him my complaints, he said let’s just go check it out. He looked at the car and said all four tires really should go ahead and be replaced. He also explained why the tires were wearing poorly on the outside and suggested an alignment. These were original tires and the car had never been aligned so I agreed. Jeremy told me it would be 3-4 hours, but knew I was waiting and said he’d do his best to get me out of there sooner. Less than 2 hours later, I was back in my car. Terry was able to do the alignment ASAP before his first appointment arrived. They took the car down the hill to Jiffy Lube where they get a negotiated discount (because Bass doesn’t do oil changes), and back into the shop for 4 brand new tires. During my wait, I was greeted by the owner, Steve Bass. He shook my hand, thanked me for coming, and even offered donuts and coffee. The customer service was out of this world. Bass Tire is not convenient to my home, but I will NEVER go elsewhere for tire needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Steve, Jeremy, Terry and everyone else who had something to do with my stellar experience yesterday.

I came to Bass Tire with a slow leak in one of my tires. Tire Discounters said they wouldn’t touch my 3 year old Ford Fusion unless I agreed to buy at least two new tires and tire pressure sensors. Excellent service. I have a 2017 Ford Taurus. Chain retailers such as Costco and Firestone were unable to Supply a replacement. Even the Ford dealership who sold me the car could not replace the 20-inch Michelin Tires that came on the car. EDIT: The owner followed up on this review and made it right. I dropped my car off at 7:30am on a Monday, and I didn't hear from them until 2pm on Tuesday when they called to say it was ready for pick up. I wish they had told me when I dropped it off that they wouldn't likely get to it that day, and I wish they had called to tell me what was wrong and quote the cost before just going ahead with it. Even when I picked it up I had to specifically ask what they were charging me for. That said, the price was reasonable and if weren't for these two complaints, I'd give them 5 stars.

Went to Bass Tire for a tire pressure indicator issue on my car - not only was I greeted very kindly when I walked in, the gentleman came out from behind the counter to immediately check on my issue. He spent time checking out all the tires to confirm the issue and proceeded to fill up all my tires and make sure they were at the right pressure, which resolved the indicator issue. He also took the time to educate me on where I could find the tire pressure sticker for my car to make sure it was taken care of correctly in the future as well. Stopped in without appointment on what appeared to be a very busy day. Asked if they could air up tires to clear low pressure alert and rotate tires. They worked it in within 45 mins and very reasonable cost. I gave them a $20 which included a $7 tip. Super nice and accommodating staff.

They were recommended to me several years ago and I refuse to go anywhere else. When I was having a particularly odd issue, they were able to properly diagnose and repair it. The owner then personally went through every item line by line to determine which were absolutely necessary in resolving the specific issue and which repairs/ replacements were made in discovering the true problem... I was not charged a dime for anything that did not directly solve the problem. I could go on and on with other stories about their professionalism, personable service, or all-around expertise in their trade. These are genuinely great people who enjoy helping regular folks solve their auto problems and needs. I recommend whole heartedly.

I came in for a second opinion on a tire that a Firestone dealer had deemed irreparably damaged as the "nail was in the sidewall" - it wasn't, it was in the tread, reason for which I had my doubts on the diagnostic. When I got a flat due to a pothole on I-24, I thought I was going to have a terrible day. Since I didn't have a spare, I had it towed to Bass Tire, and that changed the course of my day. I got a text as soon as the car arrived to let me know that it had been checked in for inspection. We were in Nashville for a weekend baseball tournament over the 4th of July weekend. I went to get the car out of the parking garbage and realized that I had a flat tire. After putting on the temporary spare, I called Bass Tire to determine if they would have time to fix the tire. Jeremy told me to bring it in and that they would take care of it. After our morning baseball game I drove to Bass Tire where Jeremy greeted me and said that they were busy but since I was from out of town that he would get it taken care of quickly. We dropped the tire off and went back to the hotel. No more than one hour passed and so received a call back from Jeremy that the tire was fixed. When we picked up the tire, Jeremy offered to change the spare and mount the new tire. Little did I know that all of this great service would come without any cost. Bass Tire / Jeremy would not take my money. I can’t say enough about the great experience I had with Bass Tire - their customer service is an example to all companies. Thank you for making my problem go away quickly and without any further stress! I highly recommend Bass Tire!
