I had my tire lose about half of the air in it yesterday while on my way to some important meetings. It turned out to be a stem issue on my tire. Mike at Tire Warehouse made sure they got my car in right away, and they got me back on the road in 10-15 minutes! Excellent customer service and repair in an incredibly timely manner. All around a great experience. Give them a try. I believe they'll earn your business.

My family has been coming here for years and now that I'm in the area I am as well. This place doesn't look like much from the outside compared to the bigger chain stores. Don't be fooled though. Tire Warehouse in Manchester has competitive prices and service like I've never had before. Friendly and helpful staff who are more than willing to help a customer. Not once have we ever been pressured to buy anything we weren't looking for.

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced. Dealership told me it would take 4 hours. Brought it to tire warehouse and the two gentleman had me in and out in 30 minutes! Great service.

I find it to be very difficult to discover people who I trust with my vehicle without overcharging me or treating me as if I was brainless. I feel like I have a working relationship with the employees at Tire Warehouse. I trust them; if they say I'm good, I know I'm safe. If they say, get ready to get a new set, I don't think they're trying to upsell me. I have a Subaru and it's very important to keep ALL of my tires safe, as I can't go around buying 4 new tires every time I run over a nail.

07/23/21 - Following up on my review below. The company did the right thing and was able to help me out and give me a partial refund for the misunderstanding. I adjusted my review to 5 stars for the quality customer service by Theresa to get this corrected. I got new tires about a year ago. Anytime in the past I have put new tires on, an alignment was done by the servicing company. This location does not make you aware that you should have an alignment done on your vehicle after you get new tires from them as they do not do alignments. This would of been nice to know. My new tires lasted only about a year with less than 10k miles on them. I also had them rotated once after 5k miles and they did not mention anything to me about wear on the tires. They will not do anything for me which means hundreds of dollars down the drain due to a simple lack of communication. Very disappointed in the service and will never be going back. If I could give zero stars I would.

Tire Warehouse was great. The pricing is very reasonable. Our car uses low profile tires due to the fact it's a sporty model of the Chevy Cruze. They tend to be pricey. Brian replaced my front left due to a flat. He was awesome! Quick and friendly service. I plan on returning during the spring to get some Yokohama's put on our baby. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great tire service!

Excellent service all the way around. Pat was extremely professional and clearly laid out my pricing options for 2 tires yesterday. My vehicle was not on site at first. He told me to come back with my vehicle, and they gave me a balance and rotation on all 4 of my tires. I do not recall the other young man's name, but both he and Pat tackled the work with speed and professionalism. I would also like to thank the Tire Warehouse company for being a business that honors veterans and active service members with a military discount.

Tire Warehouse Manchester already has almost 430 reviews so I'm not sure how much I'm really adding, but I'll leave my two cents. Scheduled an appointment online to get snow tires taken off, and my 'summer' tires put on my 2002 Buick Lesabre. They took me in right away, and I was told they'd be done in about 45 minutes. Half an hour later, 15 minutes earlier than their estimate, they were all set. Price was more than reasonable, staff were kind and respectful and the Buick felt fine driving off. I have no complaints! I'd happily go to these guys for future tire services!

Mike and his crew at Gold street in Manchester NH are my go to guys for any tire requests or problems. Since I basically own a fleet, I need a shop like his to keep rubber on the road for my tools and toys, and they always come through. Thanks for not being a typical cash grabbing storefront who loses/breaks my lug covers (VIP, I’m looking at you) then charges me for the experience, while arguing with me about my choice of product. In other words, Mike, thanks for treating customers like customers instead of walking talking ATM’s.

I have been using these guys for many years and have always been happy. Recently I had an issue with a tire that wasn’t very old.. They were great about getting it replaced despite the fact the actual tire model had been changed. They are the best at what the do and you can be confident they offer the best price or will match it.

An absolute pleasure to do business with! I stopped in because I ran over a screw in my truck. I explained the situation to the courteous employee behind the desk, Pat Gracyalny. He assured me that the tire could be fixed quickly and I wont have to worry about a thing. The technician who fixed it, Mike Schmidt, was a marvel. He was friendly, and able to get me in a bay and back out on the road in less than 20 minutes. I will come back multiple times if it means my vehicle is in good hands likese guys. I absolutely love this Tire Warehouse! You can’t beat the customer service you receive from the gentlemen at the desk or the team of guys working on your tires. They are some of the most polite people you will meet, I never feel like they are trying to up sell products to me or tack on unnecessary charges. You get a clear and honest opinion from team members when making decisions about tires. As a woman I don’t feel like I am being spoken down to or treated differently than male customers. Went in right before closing on a Saturday with a huge screw in my tire. They were more than happy to stay late to help me out and patch it up. Did it for next to nothing and were so nice about it. Outstanding fast service! My daughter got a flat in her 2014 Chevy spark and was stuck on the side of the road without a spare. I called Tire warehouse and they had a similar tire in stock brought the tire in & the Tech at the counter not only sold me the tire he mounted & balanced it in a matter of minutes . This was on a Sunday @4:30pm In my opinion he went above and beyond to get me out of there very quickly while my daughter was sitting on the side of the road. Thank you again!!

This place is AWESOME!!!! I experienced quality service and excellent information regarding my car tires! I brought my tire here and they noticed I had a nail in my tire! It was only $30 to fix it! WOW! After they were about to put the tire back on my car, the tech saw a 2nd hole and they patched it up free of charge!!! These guys are GREAT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ran over a screw in my tire. As this is our only family vehicle I frantically searched for a place that would take me today for a plug in tire. All places would tell me I have to make an appt and that they’re booked out. Tire warehouse in Manchester didn’t hesitate and told me to come in. Come to find out it was only part of a screw in and didn’t actually puncture my tire all the way through. They sealed off where the screw was and was on my way. Thank you guys so much. The most courteous a d efficient guys around! I found nails in my tire and went in for repairs... Was expecting a modest bill for repairs, balancing etc... Instead, they removed the nails finding no puncture, and refused to charge me! Can't praise these guys enough! If you need repairs or replacements for tires go here.

Saw my tire quite low a few weeks ago and measured a whopping 12 PSI. I called several other locations who told me it would be hours before they could help me out before getting a gentleman on the phone at tire warehouse that said he could help me out immediately. I have been taking my cars mostly to Tire Warehouse in Manchester for over 20 years. Love these guys. Great service especially on my wife's car with low profile tires on alloy rims. Watch for coupons on their website to save money. Open on weekends but typically busy in the morning. Their schedule usually frees up by late afternoon which is when I go.

I highly recommend tire warehouse in Manchester! I popped a tire and pulled into the Kia dealership where I got my car and no one helped me. I am pregnant and could not change my spare tire. My husband is out of town he called tire warehouse and an employee drove right over to help me put my spare on then I followed him back and they repaired and installed my tire in 10 minutes. I am so appreciative of them and cannot believe no one at the dealership would help me out. We will be going here from now on for fast and affordable service and good integrity!

I was a little weary when I first arrived, seemed like a small place. Still figured I'd give this place a try. I walked in, everything was very clean and professional looking! I first spoke to a gentleman, Mike, very nice, we went over the different options he had available for me. I ended up going with the Yokohama he reccomend as I put a lot of miles on my car, very affordable too! All of their crue jumped on it and finished all 4 tires in about a half hour! I'm not sure if it's because they weren't that busy but I've never seen a place do tires this quick, I usually have to wait a couple hours! After I paid for everything, I had a question about the tires and Jeremy was more than happy to answer it for me. I'll definitely be coming here from now on! Thank you

I can not say enough great things about this Tire Warehouse and specifically working with Brian. My first experience was when I got a bolt in my tire and it went flat. Was told by another shop that the patch wouldn’t hold and I needed a new tire. Brought it here and Brian took a look and said that the patch may or may not hold but that the tire was perfectly safe to drive on and if it didn’t hold the tire would go flat and bring it in then. With an all wheel drive I would have had to replace all 4 and Brian never tried to pressure me into spending that kind of money when it wasn’t necessary. Glad I listened! Been driving on the tire for months now without issues. Today when my other car failed inspection because of the tire tread I called up and Brian said to bring it right over. He took a look and it did need new tires. Had us in and out in an hour and gave us a great price.

We had a family emergency and we’re about to drive to Mass, when we noticed a large tire bubble. I drive AWD so needed to replace all 4 tires. Once I explained the extent of the family emergency, we were told “we have 4 guys, you have 4 tires, let’s do this.” We were in and out in 15 minutes. Excellent customer service. I called Tire Warehouse in Manchester to see what options I had. Quickly the assistant manager Brian gave the options and stated they only had 3 tires in stock of the tires I wanted. Listen up fellow human beings!!! Tire Warehouse on Gold St in Manchester New Hampshire is the place to go for any tire services!!! I'm sure they can do other stuff but I came specifically for tires. I was bringing my sons car in because the front tires were so bad that the tread was showing. Complete negligence on our part, we just have not been paying attention! I made it to the top of Gold Street and got a flat! Not only that but I had bent my rim as well. Such a bummer! They said no worries just get the car down here and they will fix it up! Thinking that it would take hours before my car would be ready I called for a Cassie to bring me back to my other vehicle which was at the airport. 10 minutes later tire warehouse calls and tells me that my car is ready! I honestly could not believe this because I thought they would have to get a whole new tire for me rim that is. they could have taken Advantage of me....an uninformed girl on the side of the road with a dog...haha, but they did not! The customer service was over the top and they made the whole situation so much less stressful than it could have been! I will be perfectly honest here. Buying tires always sucks. I don't own a flashy car so I'm not interested in appearance, so it is not fun. I have used Tire Warehouse for several years and this location is new to me. I blew out a sidewall in April that obviously could not be repaired and they got me a new tire at a reasonable price. I brought my car to the dealer the other day (I despise dealerships but my oil changes are free) and they found a screw in one tire, very close to the sidewall. They told me that because my other tires were so worn that I really needed to replace all four. I understand why it's not ideal to purchase one new tire when the others are worn, but I declined to have them replaced there and went to Tire Warehouse in Manchester. Brian showed me the way that the tread is measured and said that because the others weren't as worn as the dealership warned me about, he was comfortable replacing the one damaged tire. I do have snow tires for my car because it is hands-down the worst damn car I have ever driven in the 30+ years of driving in New England weather. Brian told me that I should think about getting a new set of tires next spring and steered me toward a set of tires that was far more expensive than I expected. When he explained the mileage expectancy of the tires, the warranty, and the tread pattern compared to the stock tires (2018 Hyundai Elantra GT. Don't even consider buying one), I felt far more comfortable with the purchase price. As a woman who has a fairly decent grasp of how cars work (Thanks, Dad!), I find that the stereotype of 'car guys' trying to screw me over is fairly true. I always respect a business that doesn't try to upsell unimportant things and try to pass them off as a good value or a critical issue. Seriously?! The dealer was pressuring me to pay over $60 for a $20 air filter, as though it takes an ASE certified mechanic to install the damn thing. I am very comfortable and trusting of Brian's recommendations and I do plan on coming back in the spring.

These guys took them off and saw the people at Walmart didn't do all the steps to seal the tire properly, so they did that, as well as putting tire sealer as backup, and replacing some bad lugnuts.
