Just extremely helpful, knowledgeable, wonderful and patient. I want to give a special shout out to Jay and Martin who helped me out and we’re always so kind and helpful. You can really trust these guys to get your car back in shape and forever my go to spot in Los Angeles!

Tire shopping is confusing. Which tire is better? You do your research and read contradictory reviews. All you want is a place you can trust. I'm relieved to say I found American Tire Depot to be a place I can trust. There's a big sign on the wall that says "Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction." It includes the direct mobile phone number and email of the manager, Jason. To me, that shows they're serious. Their site gives you simple options, like "Good" and "Best." Choose what fits your needs and budget. More surprisingly (given my past experience with tire shops), THEY DON'T TRY TO UPSELL YOU! I chose a simple tire and called the store for advice. They could have said, "Buy the one that's twice as expensive, but they didn't. They said "given the number of miles you drive this one is a good choice." Today when I went to get the tires installed, I was asked if they wanted me to check the alignment. An alignment job is $99, but they check it for free. I assumed they'd simply say, "Oh, yeah, you need this!" whether I did or not--but they didn't. I didn't need one, they didn't push one on me. That's integrity. I was told it would take 90 minutes to install the new tires and do an oil change. It took 85 minutes. They have seating outside, and it's also in an easily walkable neighborhood if you'd rather take a stroll. You don't pay till the tires are installed and all the work is done--and the total was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. I was dreading getting new tires, but American Tire Depot made it easy, fair and honest.

Due to the circumstances I found myself in today I had to change my appointment with the shop and make 3 different phone calls to make sure everything would be all good. Each time I called I spoke with a different member of the team. And lemme tell you. Each person I spoke to was very kind and accommodating to the lame situation I was in. Amazing customer service there considering I just purchased and changed tires on both of our cars there in recent months.. Be prepared to wait though because there are always a line of cars waiting to get worked on. Oh, they also will check ur tire pressure for free if uou are an existing customer. Was referred here by an app from Allstate. All locations near me have 5 star reviews. Came here for oil change and tire rotation. Mauricio assisted me and was great. There was a few people in line and phone ringing off the hook but he handled it all with ease. Prices are the best in town. Will be coming back and with another vehicle.

Just took my car to these lovely people. My tire was leaking air and I had no idea why. I gave them a call around 3:30p asking if I could bring my car by to see what the issue was. The service in the store was great, staff was prompt and professional but on-line experience needs a lot of improvements. After I choose tires to buy and added them to the shopping cart there is no option to pay. So it is not clear was my request ever accepted. Also, I did not get any confirmation email, luckily I got a call in two days saying that my tires were delivered, but since I was not sure that my reservation worked I could have easily gone to some other vendor.

My experience at American Tire Depot was absolutely great! The staff at the front desk was kind, courteous and even though at times they were slammed with phone calls and work orders, they still were cool and easy to talk to. I want to also send out a special thanks to the technician Edwin who was extremely transparent, knowledgeable and very kindhearted when dealing to my vehicles needs. went in friday after looking for my tires at multiple shops & being told it would take days/up to weeks for my tires to come in. they had them in the early the next morning. they put up with my busy schedule & after rescheduling, finally went in monday morning for my brand new tires & planned for new brakes as well. got a call halfway through the job & was told that as much they wanted to take my money, my rear brakes wouldn't need any changing as they were still basically new & only the front brakes were worn down. went in to check it out & of course everything checked out. glad I found this place. professional, honest, & quick work.

Don't book an appointment unless the shop confirms they have the necessary parts ready to go. Spent almost 4 hrs waiting for parts that never came, left the store without my issue being resolved. The workers are very friendly. UPDATE: The following day the shop called to explain the issue and all the parts were now ready for the service I needed. I went back to the shop and fixed the issue I need with my car in a timely manner.

This is the place to go. Honest & trustworthy. I’ve had multiple cars serviced here over many years. Completely trust Anthony and the team. Never overcharge. Never claim any work needs to be done that doesn’t. And very good communicators on steps and adjustments made along the way. Be it wheels and tires, installments of lift kits, or other road related issues, this is where you should go. And if they can’t do it, they have great referrals for other trustworthy talent in the valley.

I needed tires for a Porsche 911 S. These cars have different size tires up front VS rear.This being said, tire shopping can be tedious and time consuming. At American Tire Depot the service manager laid out all the options for my car and ask specific questions about the type of driving I'll be doing. A set of sports performance tires were selected and the pricing was very straightforward and amazingly competitive. I had shopped around to make sure I'm not overspending on tires. The people at the VanNuys location are amazing! I'll be taking or other family car there shortly for brakes and tires.

I got a great deal through Groupon so I took my BMW 630i for an oil change and a few other things. They did a great job on that part, but the thing that really got me was the customer service. ATD Sherman Oaks is a great place to get tires for your car! The employees here are friendly and highly efficient in their work. I had a set of four tires mounted/balanced/installed in approximately 1.5 hours. I've brought my previous car, a 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport, and my current car, a 2016 Audi A4 Quattro, to them for tires and ATD always does a great job with the pricing, installation, and maintenance of my tires. I recently had a set of four Michelin Pilot Sport All-Seasons installed on my Audi and they are absolutely wonderful and balanced perfectly. The other day, I was on the freeway and had hit an object that caused my right rear tire to go flat. I phoned ATD and Mauricio took care of having a new tire ordered and delivered to have installed on my Audi to replace the one that had gone flat. ATD's road hazard warranty is well worth the money for the peace of mind knowing that low profile/high performance tires cost $$$$$ to replace and only having to spend $ on the applicable fees, etc. to have it replaced. I highly recommend going here for your tires!

Due to a slowly leaking tyre while enroute on the 405 I didn´t want to challenge Murphies law. I actually looked for America´s tyre due to warrenty but ended up here. They said they could fix the leak, caused by a bolt by patching the inside of the tyre. Within 10 minutes I was back on the road again, just before rush hour. Helpfull and friendly staff!

Love these guys already. They did a wonderful job. Took a little longer that I thought, but that’s because there were quite a few people getting tire stuff done besides myself. They also told me that I had needed brake pads in the rear and my mechanic had told me I needed rotors as well as pads. Tells me that American Tire Depot is very honest and spot on. The process online at first I thought so convinient.. I did the apt online they called me that they didn't have the tires in stock sure it happens so I placed a different order never got a call saying that they didn't have the other tires. I arrive for my apt and have to place a different order for tires that they do have in another store was told to come back in 2 hours so pointless to do it online besides that they know what they are doing great service.

I was just there yesterday and had the best experience. I was in a predicament. I picked up a huge nail in my tire and was heading out of town that morning. I pulled into the shop and told them of my problem. Right away they stepped in and patched up my tire. Took about 15 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I left. Staff was awesome. They even check the rest of my tire pressures. My frustration was gone. I made it back home safely, to good old AZ. No issues found with the patch. I highly recommend American Tire Depot on Van Nuys Blvd to anyone. A good and honest shop where they will take care of you and your vehicle. THANK YOU!

My car needed a wheel alignment and since this is not often in my life, I didn’t have a place in mind. This shop is excellent! I avoid large shops like this for years basically because i was being a cheapskate and buying used tires (like a dummy). After a recent "cheap" purchase went wrong, while driving on the 405, I finally said ENOUGH let me just spend the money. Not only was the price lower than I was expecting, the service at A.T.D. was exceptional. I wish that I could remember the gentleman's name who helped me (i believe he was the owner or manager) but highly recommend this shop and will continue to give them my business.

Maurico is the BEST!!!! My tire was slashed from debris off of a truck on the 405. He was so nice and worked hard to make sure that my car was fixed up and I was on the road safely. It was time to change my tires on my Honda Accord. I spoke with Mauricio initially to discuss the Continentals (the OEMs) that came with the car and he told me to consider the Generals also. As I did more research, I stopped in the next day and was helped by another tech (sorry I forgot his name). I decided on the Generals AltiMax RT3. I was shocked at the costs to purchase four tires. But they were able to give me a good discount in addition to a rebate shaving off over $100 in the end. They ordered the tires for the next day and it took 45 minutes to install. Overall, the experience was easy, the guys were helpful and informative and gave great customer service. I highly recommend.

Went last year and got my tires. I wasn't impressed by the customer service AT all. Things were not properly communicated and I left feeling taken advantage of. They have a wonderful warranty which I finally had to use because of a nail in my tire. Called and Mauricio helped me immediately. He set up an appointment and I showed up the next morning. My tire was repaired free of charge due to my warranty. He was everywhere, answering phones, putting air in tires, dealing with guests. He was HUSTLING!!! He never made me feel rushed and answered every question I had (even though a gazillion people were waiting for him). I off handedly mentioned my bad experience when I bought the tires a year ago. He stopped everything, brought up the record, listened to my concerns and explained everything to me (which the guy last year never did) . He apologized with how I was made to feel last time and made me feel heard. He's got his customer service game on point!!!! Due to his performance alone I will 100% recommend this place. Good tires and good service. I've got the new tires for my 96 Jeep Gr Cherokee right before New Year 2015 and it was a very nice gift for me. Good tires, quick and professional service for the best price I could find. I bought four GoodYear Wrangler 235/75 R15 SR-A tires and I'm very satisfied with them. They look nice and they perform very well. The car became softer and essentially more stable on freeway and city driving. Off-road capability is also increased. Although rolling resistance is noticeably increased (because of softer and wider tires), the fuel mileage is not affected much (because of bigger diameter of the tire: 75% of 235 vs 75% of 225 which I had before). So, the tires fit perfectly to my car and it still can make up to 30 mpg freeway driving. Not bad for 19-year-old and 5-thousand-pounds-heavy Jeep! And as I already said, the car became noticeably softer and stable thus more comfortable, safe and pleasant in driving. Thank you, guys!

This is one place on where I will be a FOREVER Customer and Loyal at that. Today I had the wrose most horrible day dealing with a set of bad companies that deal with tires. I was out and about for almost 8 hours trying to get my tires replaced due to one of them having a Bad Factory tear on the inside of the tire. I got here at 6:45pm, right before they closed and this AMAZING WONDERFUL Gentleman asked me how I was doing and was super sweet to hear what happened. He said he was sorry for what happened and that he would be happy to help. Within minutes of getting there, the guys out in the garage did the alignment, changed out all 4 tires and also told me that I had 2 other problems with the Tire area and helped me in every way to get my car back on the road safe for me to drive. It took these gentlemen 40 min.s to get it all done right. They helped me with everything, got me a warranty on the tires and more. I couldn't have been anymore happier, they made my day better. America's tire is not the only place to buy tires. There is even a great place and Hazel team and Oxnard the North West corner that handles used tires new tires I buy all my tires there now because it was closer to my home and I thought their prices were right as I know other people that made a body used tire That went bad or flat in <3 months and I've been driving on their tires for years and one of them is used but it was in perfect condition. If you need new tires and have something specific you want do go to American tire and support them. They had a hard time getting off the ground but I always see cars now in-and-out of that place so they're up and running fully for years now and they do sell a good stock and can get you whatever you want.

These guys were honest, didn’t lecture/scold me as a lot of mechanics tend to do to single women, or scam me. In fact they gave me a free filter. This was a $1500 job that could’ve been more, easily. They knocked it out in one day too! So nice. So friendly and down to earth. You could see everyone working FAST and they were really on top of answering their phones which were ringing off the hook. I had gone to a few mechanics and most of them were giving me a run for my money telling me ALL my mounts needed replacing. They reassured me I didn’t need the extra work other people were trying to charge me and could even wait to replace the one I only needed replacing. There's no worse time to have a flat tire than a Saturday...but that's what happened to me this morning....I got a quick air fix from AAA, then headed over to my nearest tire dealer to figure out what the problem was...and it being Saturday, when I arrived at American Tire Depot, they were jammed! But thanks to the friendly professionalism of Mgr. Freddy and the hard-working Jesus, I was on my way in just 20 minutes! First, they made sure the TV in the waiting room was tuned to my team's football game while they handled the repair...and then, when they determined my tire just needed a valve stem adjustment, there was NO charge! So of course I I tipped Jesus, and then he double-checked to make sure that ALL my tires were properly inflated -- what a kind gesture! As a result, if I EVER need new tires or ANY tire repair work done, American Tire Depot on Van Nuys Blvd. in Sherman Oaks will be my first and ONLY stop...thanks again, Freddy and Jesus...you guys are THE BEST!!!

Wow! Got a nail in front driver side tire tread and leaked down to 18psi from 49psi over night. So I figured I'd now have to spend $200 on a new single goodyear tiree. Randomly searched and found these guys next morning. These guys said oh no prob, I'll have it fixed in 5min. Sure enough, they patched it with some amazing quick and easy process that still after 4 weeks, has held tire pressure on my 2015 JEEP Grand Cherokee! And said it will hold and melt/seal hole indefinitely. They even heard a clicking from my engine and told me what it was best guess since I asked about it. They said 'lifters'. Sure enough, it was the 'lifters' that had gone bad. These guys know cars in general as well as what to do to repair, quick fix, and SAVE customers money. Bringing my Jeep and wife's car to these guys before anyone else. I've literally never had an experience like this before in Auto. SO RARE. TRUSTWORTHY! KNOWLEDGABLE! FRIENDLY! FAST!

Excellent. William really took care of me like family. First of all I had all my brakes done a couple months ago...very satisfied, but this review is about my 2001 Toyota Solara engine job. First of all, another mechanic told me I had a sticky valve (it was making a serious tapping noise at certain RPM's) and not to worry too much, and to try some valve cleaner fluid in the gas tank. William explained to me that no, I needed a valve job and that if it broke could ruin the whole engine. A valve job is not cheap but I said go ahead. 3 to 4 days later he called me to say it was finished but come to find out that the horrible noise wasn't from the valves, it was in the lower block of the engine and that wasn't good and I needed a new engine. Ugh!, right? He then told me he wasn't going to charge me a penny for the valve job, gave me a really great price for a new engine complete with rebuilt long block, new water pump, thermostat, timing belt and tentionser, and including labor. There were also a few minor things I asked him to do also like like a burnt out bulb, recharge air conditioner, he said he'd take care of those extras no charge. Ok, wait, it continues. 3 days later he calls to say my car is ready their just putting final touches...fluids, etc. I go over and as they try to start the car to test everything, something inside the new engine blows a hole in the bottom block. Apparently, a wrong part had been installed inside. Not William's fault of course. To say the least he was very upset. So now he had to do it all over again with another new engine. Well, it turned out to be another week, he paid for a car rental for me, had my car washed and cleaned inside and out, did all the little extras I mentioned etc. Honest, great work, customer oriented. My car runs beautifully! Thank you Wil.

American Tire Depot installed tires for me and when one of the new tires punctured, this location was unable to replace the tire same day, due to misthreading the lug bolt. We were promised the car twice only to be told they had to order parts and it would take another day. It is taking 2 days without my vehicle just to get the tire replaced. American Tire Depot could have ordered the parts immediately from the Toyota dealership across the street, but refused, saying they only deal with their own distributors. Left w/out a car 2 days for a simple tire change.
