So impressed with the level of customer service. Usually I always feel pressured into buying something I wasn't expecting. Although I knew I needed one tire the technician made me aware of my other front tire, but presented it as a choice and left it open for me to make a choice. I feel that other places may have tried to negotiate me into a 4 tire package when I only needed 2. They also promised to get me out in time for work and made good on that promise. My car is running smoother and because of their honesty and efficiency I will definitely be back when the time presents itself .

Efficient, friendly service and competitive prices with the capability of being able to order your own specialty tire online and having them deliver it there -- all overnight. They can do this with a single tire (unlike a COSTCO, which requires the purchase of two tires). The staff is responsive. The company is VERY attentive to customer service, and is responsive to any and all concerns.

These guys are awesome! Took in my Range Rover to get a new tire and they ended up patching it FOR FREE! They could of easily sold me a new tire like other scam artist shops but they were honest and said it could be fixed with a patch. Service was fast also. Thanks for your help Juan.

From the moment I called for a quote till the end of the actual service I was so well cared for. They were honest, fast and great at making recommendations. Other places were much more expensive and recommended work I didn’t actually need. Thanks to Luis Martinez and Frank I saved several hundred dollars for something another place said I needed right away. Sealed up my tire quickly! My only feedback is there should be better communication with their call center. The call center told me to come in at a certain time thinking I had an appointment, when I went in it was a 2-3 hour wait. The call center shouldn’t make appointment times if they don’t know what’s going on at the shop. But everyone at the shop was helpful and got me up a running quickly. Thanks!

I had a great experience here. I got a flat tire and they were able to book an appointment for me same day. They repaired the tire *for free*, refilled the other low pressure tires, and I picked up my car 1.5 hours later. I thought there might be a catch but there wasn't. And I'll compliment the friendly and courteous service throughout!

They were so honest and did not make up any stories to force me replace the tires. They even tried to refuse a little tips as my appreciation! My service was excellent today. I didn't know I could make an appointment but I was. My wait time was about an hour and 30 but it's always a wait for the tire place right? The associate that assisted me was very polite and helpful. Whenever you purchase tires from American Tires Depot always get the warranty it's so freaking worth it!!

I would like to begin my comment with thanking to Mr. Gupta and Luis for their customer focus. I have oil leaking problem with my 2006 Civic. I got 3 different inspection and quotes from different mechanics. Finally I could find Mr. Gupta and his team. These guys are amazing. They could find exactly where the oil is leaking. Mr. Gupta is very talented, experienced and most important honest. He clearly informed me about the problem and his solution. Every step is explained to me, which parts have to be replaced, how much will those cost, how long will it take... Hopefully my problem was fixed thanks to their engineering approach and integrity.

This is the second time my wife punctured one of the tires with a screw, and it is also the second time I’m bringing the car to American Tire Depot for repair. They were professional and quick to have the car ready in 45 minutes, even dough they previously told me it could take one and a half hours at least. You may not know this, but American Tire Depot wouldn’t charge you for fixing a puncture; if that is not the best service and customer service, I don’t know what it is. I have recommended American Tire Depot to many of my friends and family, and it is the only tire shop I would consider for my tire needs.

Stopped by here for an emergency low tire pressure. They seemed busy being one of the few places open on Sunday, but took care of it for free. It was a nail in the tire and they could have sold me a new one to replace but patched it up free of charge. Seemed like a really honest shop and I’d return here for future needs.

I am here on business from Ohio and got a flat tire on my rental car. I called American Tire to see how much it would cost to get the tire fixed and your employee (I don’t remember the gentleman’s name) told me it was complimentary and would be free! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing because back home no company does that. Your front desk guy, Johnny (I believe that was his name) was very polite and courteous! If this is how you treat a customer that you are not going to receive money for services rendered, I would love to see how you treat a paying customer! 5 star experience hands down!

Like many of us here in LA we get flat tires. I got a very bad flat tire on my way home this afternoon. I had to have a tow type of flat tire. I didn’t know where to go and I took a chance on this shop. I am completely blown away. They immediately got me in, changed my tire, gave me an oil change, and fixed another hole in a different tire in about an hour and a half. The best part? They did not price gouge me! Very fair prices and exceptionally friendly & helpful staff. Unlike any shop I’ve ever been to. I’m definitely a happy & returning customer! Do yourself a favor and check this business out.

This was my first time coming to this location. Love, American Tire Depot. I usually go to a different location but they're they're nitrogen machine was out. They recommended I come to this location. I'm always trepidacious about going to a new place, even if it's the same company. Well the quality and service is outstanding at this location for sure. Luis, Johnny, and Juan we're all fantastic. Had another positive experience here. They ordered tires for me on a Saturday and they called me 10:00 a.m. Monday as promised to let me know I can come in to get them installed. The price for the tires and installation along with wheel balancing was better than other places and I was in and out in approximately 2.5 hours. This was a bit longer than they had estimated for me and when I brought it up they were kind enough to give me a small discount at the end for my inconvenience which went a long way for me and showing that they cared about my time.

Pretty impressive outfit! From my arrival through to the completion of my tire repair, I experienced nothing but professional, friendly service. I mean, no one is in a good mood when they go for tire work, but I left with a smile on my face! The wait time was reasonable, the mechanics and coordinators were focused, and work was complete within the estimated time. My issue had been a slow pressure drop in a tire…no nail was found but a small hole was, and it was patched for FREE! I have zero hesitation in recommending this place to others - I was at the CulverCity branch, but I bet the others are run as efficiently, you feel a sense of pride from all the staff.

Highly recommend these guys. Everyone here was super friendly and accommodating. Came here to have wheels and tires mounted to my Supra. I’d called the call center and they assured me there was a particular set of tires at this location. There was a miscommunication about the availability. When I arrived the tires were not in stock. Luis went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, finding a set of tires that met my budget and performance needs and that I was happy with. My experience at American Tire Depot was extremely positive beginning with my initial contact with Israel. He was courteous and professional throughout my entire visit. He was helpful with his suggestion about the best tires for my vehicle and kept me updated on the progress. What really stood out was his honesty, which is hard to find these days. I asked about a particular service, that the dealer said I needed. After checking he told me that I didn't need that service at this time. (He had no idea the service had been recommended by the dealer.) After I told him, and without saying anything negative about the dealership, he simply apologized and told me that he would be happy to assist me with the service when it was time for it. Because of the excellent service and honesty that was provided by Israel, not only will I definitely be a return customer, I will also recommend the Culver City location to family and friends!

I went in to this tire shop yesterday after having seen good reviews on Yelp. I requested a tire check. I was helped right away and my car was taken in within 15 minutes. The guys working the front desk are very helpful, I was told I needed 2 new tires and a tire alignment. The total was under $300 with tax and installation. After and hour and 45 minutes, I walked out with my new tires. I immediately noticed a difference driving my car with the alignment. I am satisfied with the services and would definitely recommend this place.

He was able to patch up my tire *for free* and I was in and out within 5 minutes! Would suggest going in the morning before they open as there is usually a line and they don’t take appointments for nails. Would 100% come back here!

Initially, I was a walk-in to schedule an appointment for the following day. The technician discussed my needs, full set of tires is what I wanted. He took a a look at the the make, model and existing tires. As I noticed and he did also, one tire was worked to the point of not being safe. We discussed the availability of replacement tires and that the job could be completed immediately. We discussed further details and I had a LYFT pick up to be home by 2p and a LYFT return when my car was ready at 4:30p. Pricing, warranty and service were worth the experience.

These guys are the nicest and talk to you real without trying to rip you off. Best prices in LA too for new tires. Only downside was it takes FOREVER regardless if you have an appointment or not. I've never been to a tire place that lasted under and hour and this was a 1.5hr appointment. But I will be back because the service and the prices. Oh and parking is weird and tricky. Wish they had an actual parking lot.

Came in with a flat tire out of recommendation from AAA. They found a nail in another tire and patched it too! I was expecting them to try to upsell me while I was trapped but instead they handled me my keys and let me go on my merry way! Really great service and I feel they got integrity (can't say that for a lot of places!). I used American Tire Depot online and placed an order with a scheduled time to come in. Within a few hours the store contacted me indicating some difficulty in supplying the brand of tire I wanted but offered a solution which was reasonable under the circumstances. They later called me when the tires arrived -- within a day. The Culver City store that I used was very efficient, and I'm glad I selected them for the tires I wanted to put on my car.

Love coming here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They explain and showed me the problems with my vehicle. Prices are definitely less then taking it to a dealer. I had a terrific experience at the American Tire Depot in Culver City. The person at the desk was friendly and was able get my car seen quickly. They identified the problem and offered me a recommendation on what to do. They even gave a good deal! I'd give them 4.5 stars if Google Plus allowed that fine a grain. Really a terrific experience -- I brought the car in, they patched my tire and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is the waiting room. Kind of bare bones. Plastic chairs, a rest room, and a TV that showed nothing but ads for American Tire services. (They do a lot more than just tires.) But the TV wasn't so loud that I couldn't read, so I was okay for the hour or so that it took to patch the tire. Good place. Strongly recommended.

Right off, another customer told me how long he had been having his car serviced at American Tire Depot in Culver City. Omar helped me by going and looking at my car parked across the street, first. He looked around for a good price for the full set which I knew I needed. He explained differences in brands and told me which tires are sold under different names but are the same. He stayed in touch all day with updates and was patient when I had an issue with my bank not posting a mobile check deposit. He included a free inspection and gave me a detailed list of what needs servicing next, why and how much each costs. This shop is huge and riding in my car feels like new again.

The guys down at ATD took great care of me! I purchased a new set of tires for my Subaru Forester a couple months ago at the Culver City and had a great experience in store. Fast and friendly service. Just this past weekend I was doing some suspension work and discovered that when the tires were installed, they cross-threaded or stripped some of the lug nuts and bolts. Im up in Washington state right now so I called up the shop and they told me to take the car into get fixed at a shop here and they would reimburse me. Got my wheels fixed, called up Frankie at tire depot and they issued a refund for the amount that I had to pay in repairs. Fantastic service!

Update 2022. Great staff as always. Communication is top notch. I had a small lift kit on my truck, and my alignment was off. Normally an extra charge would incur, but since I had already had an aligment with the same lift kit 2 years ago not much was mis aligned so paid a normal alignment fee. They checked my brakes and fluids on the house. Great staff, just waiting times drag, but you always see these guys moving. Transaction went smooth. Alignment was done. Though my syeering wheel is now crooked. I called them back and rep was very professional and asked to come back when possible to get it fixed. Gave me a deal. Will be back.

Excellent Experience! Great Customer Service! It was close to closing time but I had one tire that had a slow leak and another tire that was bubbling and about to pop. I needed at least two new tires but knew that would take some time to get replaced. Our customer service agent who was there looked up the tire inventory on his computer to ensure he had the tires we needed. He was able to get me a good deal to replace not just the two bad tires but all my tires, and he stayed there well beyond closing time to ensure I got everything done and that my car was safe again. While inspecting my vehicle they tightened my belts eliminating a squeaky situation. And no additional charges imagine that. I have found my automotive needs repair shop. The last place I went to charged me156 dollars to open my hood and hear the water pump grinding and charged another 700 to change along with thermostat. I cannot believe that they patched my tire that had a nail in it for free. A bit of a long wait but I had a clear schedule and it was unexpected. Rudy was very accommodating, which I appreciated as I was so flustered. OK, I got a nick in the side of the tire, just a tiny one, took it to pep boys because I work next door to them. “You need to replace it.” Took it to American, “it’s fine” 1500 miles later, no problem. Got a leak around the stem on my truck. Took it to Pep Boys, right next door. “ you need to replace the tire” (the tire has about 1000 miles on it) when I asked why the lady told me that the tire was cracking. Took it to American, they replaced the stem, when I went to pay, the guy at the desk told me to just tip the service guy. I only had $8 cash but he said that it was fine. Took two work vehicles in there today to have one tire replaced on each. LOVE THESE GUYS. Pep Boys, good luck with your “what ever the problem is, tell them they need a new tire” plan of doing business. I’m never coming back. XXX

They found and removed a nail and patched up the hole and they did all this for free! I could not believe my ears, nobody does anything for free these days. Since I was doing some long-distance driving through the desert by myself in the early a.m. I thought that I should perhaps find out why my car dashboard was telling me I had “tire pressure problems“. The car dealership where I just had my tires rotated during my last tuneup three weeks ago basically said they were closing soon and couldn’t help me until next week. I literally pulled into American Tire Depot less than 20 minutes before closing. ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. The young man behind the counter ever so kindly said that HE would take a look and check my tire pressure at least, something, since they were closing soon and there were people waiting for their cars. In case it was JUST my car computer or some random issue that unfortunately is beyond me. Something about peace of mind. Would you believe I had a very large screw imbedded in my tire. He could’ve told me anything, sold me a new tire, 4 new tires, ANYTHING!!! He smiled, handed me the keys as his guy fixed it already and told me to have a safe drive. I look forward to purchasing my next round of tires at ATD. I can attest that service like this is rare, and that this restores my confidence in both our youth and in what a true business practice should aspire to be.

They argued with me saying that the nail was there prior but I found that very hard to believe considering the moment I drove off the lot the numbers on the air pressure started to decrease on one tire and the next day the light came on.... It couldn't be repaired — it was a side wall puncture — but Israel looked up my record and reminded me that I had bought the Roadside Hazard policy (which I had not remembered ). The techs at American Tire Depot inspire confidence in their knowledge base right off that bat. Just tires wanted to replace a warranty tire but was out of the replacement so supposedly they claimed they would upgraded my tire but wanted to charge a fee!! A fee for the warranty I had already paid for!!! American Tire Depot simply repairer the tire for free!! First experience with this shop was having a tire patched. I hadn't bought tire from American Tire Depot but they still patched it for free in a little over an hour. When I needed to replace my tires I called to make an appointment and they let me know that if I bought tires that are in stock I could come in anytime, which was perfect for me. While replacing my tires they found that a couple of my wheels had a significant dent and called to ask for approval to fix the tires. When I came in to pick up the car they showed me pictures of the damage and repair which was very appreciated.

Just showed up this afternoon and these guys fixed my punctured tire, plus advised me on a couple things that needed to be fixed under the hood. They explained exactly what needed to be done immediately, gave me a price for parts and labor, and a time frame. It turns out that there was another small issue found when making the parts switch, which these guys asked if they should just fix now since they were in the spot, and save me paying for labor again to fix it later. If you want to get a good deal, i found its best to call and talk to joe over the phone first, don't give him the opportunity to judge you before you get a deal. Over the phone he was cool and helpful. So i got all four new tires for 450 including installation and balancing. Then after he sees me he told me that my shocks were shot (he never even looked, and they are fine) quieting me 800$ for four shocks. ...ok. ... i found the same model by the same manufacturer for 22.00 and 26.00.... now i understand that there are expenses to running a shop, but seriously. The guys at ATD are angels of mercy. I came in because I had a slow leak in one of my wheels due to a nail and even though I had no appointment and it was right at their cut-off, they took me anyway and got it sealed and replaced my missing valve cap all for no charge! AND they had it done 30 minutes earlier than expected. If I ever need to buy replacement tires or get my car serviced, I know where I'm going 👍🏻

Pros: very cheap if you come in knowing what you want and everyone is really nice. Con: They will try to sell you stuff you don’t need, maybe because I’m not a guy. Came in with a overtightened screw on my tire, but needed them rotated since I had a front wheel drive and the front wheels had less tread. They called me and said that it was recommended to have the worse tires in front and that I might need new tires(even though mine were less than two years old) and also told me my suspension was going out. I told them to just rotate them anyways and then as i drove up to SLO and had an engine issue, I found out where the bolt was missing(the one that had issues getting out) the thread was ruined. I ended up taking it to my mechanic and it cost another $85 to fix it. I won’t specifically blame it on them, since it was a combination of costcos fault too, but wish they informed me about the thread. However, other than that, the staff who did the fixing were very nice! 6k miles later, suspension and tires still looking great.

I had the best experience today at the American Tire Depot in Culver City. Already when I called around Noon today Sunday 1.18.15 the new manager Diego there sounded on the ball and very professional on the phone he immediately answered my questions and proposed a plan of action to find out what I needed with my tire, then set me up for an appointment within the next hour. I went there, it's easy to find,and the good experience continued. Within a very short time my car was up so they could see if my tire could be fixed or if I needed a new tire. In 1 hours all my problems were solved. They fixed the tire and I was ready to go. When I asked how much I owed them he said no charge. I am delighted that they could fix my tire. He was the 4th person I had gone to. He was the only one who knew how to handle the situation in a professional manner. He proposed a plan and followed through on it. Had the tire not been fixable he has already detailed what our next steps were going to be. Diego is a great problem solver, he is a great listener and is a go getter. Went here to get a flat tire replaced. I was served right away but the whole thing has taken more than two hours to get my car back. Not only that, but the person that helped me added alignment service without consulting me. It came out to about $100 more than what I originally agreed upon. I drove here from the heart of Brentwood to get two tires replaced...although it's not the longest journey through Los Angeles, it can be hell during rush hour! Vic was at the counter when I walked in and the store was packed. I was a "walk-in" with no appointment so I was not expecting any special treatment. Vic was SO incredibly nice and accommodating despite the obvious rush of customers! He took wonderful care of my car, and most importantly, he was HONEST. I did my research prior to coming in but stayed quiet as he described what my car needed (maintinance wise) and then proceeded to help me choose the best tires for my needs. He didn't try and sell me the most expensive tire he could, in fact, he initially recommend the cheapest tire quote I have ever heard! I personally wanted my new two tires to be OEM (originally equipped manufacturer) parts so that there would be fluidity throught all four tires. Naturally, when you choose a better quality part the price is reflective of its quality; so I was prepared to pay a little more...AND EVEN THEN I GOT A DISCOUNT! Long story short...don't trust anyone else with your tire needs! These guys are amazing and will go above and beyond for you! Vic is the best! I've already gone back in the same month for a separate vehicle!! Thanks guys!!
