Amazing service from the beginning, to every single time I came in. One time they even let me in as they were closing up. Offered me coffee and water and had great conversation. Great prices and they work with you whether you get paid weekly or bi-weekly. Knowing I had warranty and roadside even after I paid them off is an amazing feeling. Paid mine off today and I will definitely be back next time I need tires. I refer them to anyone who needs wheels

I am giving RNR a plus 5 and more they was always excellent and polite very knowledgeable with the customer care telling me everything about there service giving me knowledge of everything that's going on with this store services, I brought my tires at all RNR every employee had a smile on their face greeted the customer as someone come in the door, the manager was very polite and introduce himself to me he did not only just pass me by and say hello, this manager is a Plus five stars and plus more I had a bad situation where I had a dummy time on my car and no other spare this company I called them a triple five for five stars very experience with customers care and introduced himself to me each customer as someone entered the building no matter how busy there were they asking me for something to drink each employee was intelligent with customer care. The service with RNR was very experienced in customer caring and being very nice. fixed my tires they was just was a perfect company. by mistake I dialed the wrong number but God send me to the right place. I Thank you all at RNR company employees for helping me. Keep up with a great job and keep smiling.

The only problem I have is I was told that 4new tire's I would get a front end alignment well when I went in to make a payment I asked about it because my truck is going from left to right like I'm drunk the other guy said they only adjust tow in and tow out, to me that is sorry false advertisement.

R&R tires are the best thing going. I’m a traveling nurse and needed a good set of tires. Instead of paying all the money upfront they have 6 months same as cash option. No credit needed. They even fix, tow, and rotate your tires. Wow you can’t beat that!!! Tony is a salesperson that any company would love. His customer service skills are the bomb and he has an eye for what looks good on your car. I love love love my tires and rims. Go check them out. They’re located in Little Rock Ar. Stop bringing Jacksonville employees to your location, their attitudes are HORRIBLE. Mabelvale customer service has always been #1, friendly, above & beyond. Props to Ulyssess (hope I spelled it right) bc he has been friendly all the way from greeting me when I walked to in the door to completion of fixing my issue. The man working the front desk, however, that “use to be in the Jacksonville location” is awful. Cuts you off while you’re talking, doesn’t let you explain the problem. Wants short answers when he asks questions. He is just NOT friendly. I didn’t catch his name & he doesn’t have a shirt on w his name on it. But advice to you, as I’ve always said, if you’re THAT miserable in your job, there are so many other people lined up, WAITING, to do it for you!!!! When I purchased my tires the men working at that time were also extremely nice & helpful. Don’t bring bad apples to a good location!!!!

20 yrs plus of getting tires and hands down this is the best place for them, I will never set foot somewhere else, everyone was super cool and straight to the point, took a while to get everything done but you can always expect some wait time when you don't have an appointment, definitely recommend you to at least stop by and check them out before you go anywhere else.

Heading to Missouri from Louisiana to take our son to college....we JUST got brand new tires from R&R in Louisiana....30 miles from Little Rock, Arkansas an 18 wheeler lost a piece of metal right in front of us and no time to swerve...we ended up with a blown passenger front tire.. between Bossier and Little Rock R&R Mr. Cody got me connected to Mr. Cody and Mr. Cody got in touch with Mr. John from Bossier. Thankfully they were able to order a tire from the distribution center not far from the Little Rock location and fix us up! Special thanks to these guys and special thanks to Mr. Ulysses for putting the tire on and making us laugh! They were all so nice and helpful!!

We bought wheels and tires from the little rock location, but when we had a problem with our tire and all the surrounding tire places couldn't help, they did. They fixed us up and had us out the door EVEN THOUGH they were fixing close. Definitely great people. ♡

My experience here on December 11th was awesome. I had a flat tire a couple weeks ago, and the tire I needed was not readily available in most stores. I ordered one from Walmart, and today I went to get it fixed finally. The people at Walmart said they couldn't get the tire off there because of a stripped lug nut. They also told me one of my other tires was going to burst. They said I had to take it to a dealership or major automotive shop to get it off. Now I didn't have money to be getting 2 new tires really. I heard about this place since it's right next door, so I walked in, and the people there were so nice. Antwan especially helped me out, since he was able to get me 4 brand new tires, insurance, and roadside assistance for my car and all I had to do was make simple payments on it. Payments I can do. My husband and I both work, so we can easily afford this. They were able to get the lug nut off, and even stated that it was easy so the Walmart people I guess were just too lazy? I don't know, but they got me my tires around 1 something and I was out the door with all the paperwork in my hand by 2 something. They really try to work with you, as long as you've got a job that pays, some references, a bill in your name, then you are good to go. I would recommend this place because they're so awesome. I will be going back again and again. I just wish they fixed cars too instead of just tires. Thank you so much for everything, you've saved me a lot of grief and hassle. I appreciate it!

I was the first to arrive and it seemed like everyone was getting their vehicle worked on before mine. The lady said “we go by first come first serve” and “appointments” i was first and i had an appointment. Would’ve been fine but i didn’t not plan on sitting 2 hours waiting to get tires so i asked for a refund and left. It’s a work place i get it, but 2 hours was too long for me
