Had a slow leak in one of my tires. Called the shop and talked to Nathan, he got me in and had the tire fixed the same day. Superb service and an excellent customer experience. The waiting room is air conditioned and has complimentary waters. If you need a quick fix or a new set of tires give these guys a call.

I was extremely impressed with customer service. My company vehicle needed a new battery. Every where I went was either getting ready to close or could not do the battery change until Friday . My fleet department called Tire Works on Sahara. They had the battery and had no problem doing the install.. Customer Service was excellent!!

Excellent service and lovely people! I got a big hole in my tire during a roadtrip and came into the shop. They patched it up, remounted the tire, put away my spare tire, and checked all of my other tires immediately (~25 min wait) and for FREE! Manager and workers were all lovely people. Waiting room was nice with a bathroom and free water/coffee. I'm so grateful to these workers for getting my friends and I home quickly and safely for the holidays.

I have visited Tire works for the first time to fix a minute leak in my rear tire. I have been informed that I may have to wait for some time as there were few vehicles ahead of me. The leak was due to a nail and they patched up the tire and surprisingly they did not even charge for it. The manager asked for a smile instead !!! Great service, great people, customer friendly attitude, and I appreciate their business.

I had previously been there for an oil change and replacement of my spark plugs. They also flushed out my coolant and power steering systems. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer care. Today, I came in because my tire pressure light came on. Well, after trying to air my tires, I ended up with a flat tire. They completely replaced the tire free of charge! Super appreciate of that.

Wow! Came in with a slow leak in a tire that I needed checked out because I'm doing a roadtrip. Rick was extremely courteous. They promptly took the car in, I went next door for breakfast burrito. Rick came and told me it was done. They took out nail and patched the tire - complimentary, no cost. I highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I feel you can't do a review on the tires if you haven't used them, so I got these tires in November and the guy hooked me up with a deal since these were not apart of the Black Friday deal. I was on the market for All Terrain and not All Season Road Tires, with that being said he sourced out the only pair for my size cause I was going up a size instead of keeping it at a stock width. Got them put on quick after the delivery was made. 275/65/R18 AT 51 Kumho These tire ride kind of nice on my F150 5.0, went with these tires honestly cause I couldn't really afford the ones I wanted cause I needed tires for my traveling through icy roads and whatnot. After using these for a few months on and off road, they perform actually sweat! Even on road I pick up decent amount of traction when I'm turning off all the computers to flex that American Muscle Ford put under there! Not too heavy plus they are wearing nice! Still feel like they not even broken in with all the driving that I do! Kind of a review on the tires! I like the service too, straight to the point type of people there. That's me all day!

I’ll admit when I first came in I thought it was going to be a mess because they were busy and seemed limited on staff. But “Doug” was very helpful. He kept me in the loop as far as the work and how long it would take. And at the end made suggestions on what they found for repairs. He was knowledgeable and professional. I Will return.

I had a nail in my tire . They fixed it in a very timely manner. The. Crew at Tire works is very professional. I first took it to one of their competitors and was told that I would have to leave it for 3 hours before they could get to it. I went to tire works on west sahara and was helped by Doug at the counter he got my Pacifica into the stall in almost no time. Edgar is the technician who worked on my car and did a great job in fixing the tire and getting me back the road. They didn’t even charge me for the repair! Will I return to Tire Works for all my car needs? Absolutely!

I had some issue with my tires. I went to Tire Works and I arrived there after business hours. The door was closed already, but a guy opened the door. I asked him to check my tires and to see if I need new tires as I noticed a linear tire tear on one of the tires. He checked out my car himself and he gave me options what tires to get. He was patient and he explained the whole process to me. I also asked him to check some parts of the car like the AC, lights, etc, while the car was under his care. He made me feel comfortable and I trusted his car assessment. I can tell he was an expert in total car care. I found out much later that he's Rick, the store manager of this Tire Works location. I was very impressed with Rick's excellent customer service. Rick was friendly and very informative. I learned a lot from him as he explained things in detail. I told him that I will never return to my car dealership for my car's maintenance, and I will take my car to Tire Works for future maintenance of my car. Thank you again Rick for being there at the right moment that I needed help on my car. Do appreciate your superb customer service.

I really enjoyed my experience. They were very nice and very personable. Nate is the best. He worked around my schedule when I had to bring my car in to find the issue that it was previously having. They couldn't find anything wrong at the present time so he told me to come back when it happens again. He didn't try to upsell me anything after they worked so hard to find the error with no results. I did not feel taken advantage of in the slightest being a female with little knowledge of cars. I really appreciate that and will be coming back for all my cars needs.

What a difference! Nathan had my car battery checked and even checked alternator and then was happy to install new wipers. I had a 10month old tire with some kind of sidewall damage. Steve explained that without a nail or other obstruction, this isn’t considered a “road hazard” issue, more of a “driver hazard” issue. I wasn’t thrilled by this at all, but I saw his point. I didn’t blame him, I just did what needed to be done by purchasing a replacement tire. Steve got me back on the road within an hour. I’ve taken my car to Tire Works for various things, and they do a good job for a fair price. I will continue to do business with them.

Incredible Nate Is a true professional he’s the kind of guy everyone prays for when you need your car worked on Let me start by saying this is the second review I’ve EVER given because people in customer service so rarely deserve praise & that mechanics and lawyers tend too have a special place in hell waiting for them . BUT Nate is one of the people that deserves a handshake . I have ALWAYS had such terrible downright criminal experiences with mechanics and mechanics shops ,up and down left and right horrible ! I had truly almost given up , so glad I didn’t have time to work on my vehicle this time ! Any company would be lucky too have such a knowledgeable, professional working and representing their services. I would imagine The only ways you could receive this kind of experience is A- if you owned the shop and employed the mechanic working on your vehicle. Or B. Had a mechanic first family member “ that sometimes drove your vehicle “ working on it . This place saved me!!! Needed to get a new tire and wheel on a Saturday for an Audi that couldn’t be found anywhere so I could get home to Salt Lake. They pulled every rabbit out their hat that they could and made it happen- still not sure how. Would recommend Tire Works to anyone in Vegas!!!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. On my way to work this morning, I hit a screw and had a flat tire. I called and Steve said that he could get me in at 4 and get the tires done. I got there, and they didn’t have the tires I initially wanted, so Steve stayed on the phone for about 20 minutes trying to find tires for me, and had Edgar (a mechanic) drive 1 hour round trip to North Las Vegas to get the tires. Not only did Edgar drive an hour round trip to get my tires, he stayed an hour and a half past their closing time to put my tires on, AND to shine them. The best customer service I have ever had in my life.

Initially, on Sunday 2-16-14 I was calling around to find a specific set of tires for my car, since it is all wheel drive and needed them to be the same as what was on the vehicle prior. As I called around to several other tire shops within the West Las Vegas area, I had no luck whatsoever until I called the 7735 W Sahara Ave Las Vegas, NV 89117 store. Jeremy answered, and was incredibly helpful. I explained to him the situation, and he let me know about the buy two get two promotion, as well as the Tire Works credit card. Since I didn't have quite enough money to get the four tires, I would need to get the credit card to be able to proceed. When I arrived to the store, Jeremy continued his excellent service. He approved me for credit minutes after I filled out the application, and he got the car started. Jesus, the technician also was amazing, and did an excellent job with the vehicle. I told them that I was going to be taking the vehicle for a long trip for my grandmother's funeral the next weekend, and needed to make sure it was ready. I would have never thought to come to Tire Works and receive this incredible level of service. I work in the automotive service industry, and have great passion for both aspects, of course. I will strongly encourage others to come here, and plan on having the guys do suspension work and tires for as long as I am living in the area!

I've been a loyal customer of Tire Works since 2011 and I wouldn't trust my car to any other automotive shop. They have more than one location which helps if I ever have an emergency and can't make it to my regular store. They take my car in right away and are so great with communicating any wait I may have (which is never longer than expected). The staff are knowledgeable about what work I need done on my car and they explain it to me in a language I can understand. The mechanics always do a great job and I never have to take my car back for the same problem. If you need anything done on your car, this is the place to go. Chris, the manager, understands customer service. Sadly, there's many places that don't. Finally! Mechanics who listen to you and want to fix your car. I had been struggling with two issues on my car and spent several thousand dollars have the same things repeatedly fixed and no one would even bother investigating to find root cause of these issues. I was referred to Rick at Tire Works in W Sahara by my friend who told me if “anyone can figure it out, he can.” I had my car towed to him and when he called we had a long conversation about everything I have been experiencing with the car throughout its history. Listening to what I had to say and then looking over the vehicle Rick quickly understood why I kept having the problem and was able to fix it. Then, the second problem reared its ugly head so I took my car back to them and worked with Gus. When he told me what the code was reading I declined the service to fix it because this was the fourth time and I strongly believed that was not the issue. By the time in got to the shop to pick up my car, Gus had done some research and believed he understood why the issue had never previously been completely repaired. I decided to let him give it a shot and he was right. Gus even kept the old parts to show me what was not being replaced by the other mechanics. I have finally found people who listen and I TRUST TO THOROUGHLY FIX MY CAR
