I could not be more pleased with this shop. They have always done stellar work at fair prices. The staff is friendly, and the mechanics are more than capable. Today, they did some minor work on my car, but they have also serviced my RV in the past. There isn’t anything these folks cannot do, and I recommend them without hesitation.

I have taken a few cars to Kinneys over the last couple years. These guys are honest, friendly, and thorough. They stand behind their work completely, and without question. Without getting into details I'll tell you- they have worked some pretty complex issues with my newest rig and I never doubted that when I took the truck to them- the issues would be fixed. The almighty first impression goes a long way, but I admit I give places a second chance most times cuz we all have a bad day. With that said, no need to give a second shot as my first impression was fantabulous. I had suspension issues, called and they were able to fit me in the same day and got it completed within a few hours. Add to that the friendly staff and the ride to and from the shop so I could wait in the comfort of my home, I have found my new home for my auto needs.

If you’re looking for a automotive shop that’ll be upfront and honest, this is the place. Might be a little pricey but it’s worth it knowing they won’t try to add on additional unneeded repairs. Exceptional customer service! I’ll definitely be back for any repairs that I might need on my vehicle.

Third got an over the phone quote and turned out there was a lot more work involved but as always Kinneys is 5 stars and kept their original quote. First appointment got double booked so took a while but the guys were very apologetic about the situation and second visit they stuck to the verbal quote offered for the service where most people would have billed as much as possible.

I chose Kinney's because they work on hybrids, and so many shops say they do not. The reviews on Google led me to believe that the folks there are honest and have integrity. I had what my oil change shop called a possible transmission leak, but they could not see any source for the leak. At Kinney's, Rich got it on the rack and assured me that there was no leak except from the oil filter that had just been changed! I also wondered if the coolant system needed flushing or the transmission fluid serviced even though that wasn't due for another 25K. Rich checked both fluids and said they were fine and no service was needed. The only recommendation was for a fuel injector flush and clean, as my mpg had dropped from about 37 to 32 recently. They did that while I waited. Today, a day later, my mileage is 38 mpg--almost the max possible for the car! GREAT SERVICE, HONESTY, and KNOWLEDGE. Highly recommended! I will return when I have any problem.

I had brought my car in to get my transmission repaired after being told that it would be difficult at best and most likely would require a replacement. Long story short they got to repair done but unfortunately the car started acting up again a few weeks after I've been there. I contacted the shop again with my issues and I was personally taken care of by Kinney who was very knowledgeable, understanding and got me squared away. My car is running great now and I couldn't be happier. I really appreciate the service from the shop and the care. Everyone was very nice along the way. I would highly recommend these guys!

Went in to see what was going on with my tire because it was slowly losing air. Turns out there was a huge screw in my tire! The customer service was amazing. I was in and out in 30-45 min, and they did not charge me for finding the screw and patching up the hole in my tire. I felt so taken care of leaving that day! I highly recommend Kinney's Tire and Auto, and any shop involved with Car Concepts. They will definitely take care of you!

I interacted with about 6 workers here and all exhibited excellent customer service. They checked my vehicle much faster than the dealer and gave me the cost upfront. I'm also glad they take care one cards. They gave me warranties on everything so I feel confident that they stand by their work. I appreciate the extra care because they fixed an item I wasn't even there for and have had that issue 3 years! NO other mechanic has been this gracious and believe me, my Ford has been to 6 this year alone! I will definitely return, this place is Awesome!

My 4runner died on me. Bought a new battery then realized it had worse issues. Got it to Kinney's at closing time. Was greeted and with no hesitation they checked my truck. Next morning got the call it was the alternator. I was amazed at how quick my car was ready for pickup. Very impressive. I highly recommend this shop. I went to Kinney's for the State inspection. It was my first time using this establishment for anything. My experience was great! Not only were they polite- they were very punctual. I would definitely recommend Kinney’s. I bought tires from an online retailer and had them shipped there based on reviews I read. I had an issue with the online retailer that caused a delay but Kinney’s was very helpful and kept me updated on their end. Once they arrived, I was surprised that I could be fit in for an appointment so quickly. I opted to wait while the work was done instead of dropping my vehicle off & everything i needed was completed a lot sooner than i expected. The staff was pleasant. Tim was great!

Just went to get my front brake pads replaced at the recommendation of Autonation dealership. I knew the dealership would be too expensive so I went to Kinneys Automotive. Kinney took me into the garage to show me the back ones. They needed replacing as well. He showed me that my rotors were in good shape. Long story short, he didn’t try to up sell me whatsoever. Excellent customer service and mechanical service. Good price for brake service. He will have my business from this point forward.

Beth and the other staff are super nice! Tim is GREAT!! He is very knowledgeable about vehicles, insurance, and business. He is exceptionally polite, courteous and friendly! Tim takes the time to patiently explain what needs to be done and why, in understandable terms, to someone like myself who has no clue about cars! His tone is calm and reassuring. They performed a courtesy check which indicated I needed a new battery. I really appreciated the heads-up, especially with Summer fast approaching, so I could prevent getting stuck somewhere with a dead battery. I think their pricing is probably standard, but I trust their competence since they are AAA approved. Two things are a must...a competent healthcare provider and a competent, trustworthy mechanic!! Kinney’s provides the latter!

Kinney's has been taking care of my family's four cars for over three years now. The quality of the work is exceptional, they always work with my budget. The customer service is exemplary. They genuinely care about their customers, especially the elderly, first time car owners, and the single working mother. On 12/23 last year, I found out that I would be driving out of state the day after Christmas, I pulled into Kinney's, after they had closed and were getting ready to go home, asked if anyone could check the fluids on the car. They didn't just check the fluids, they added what was needed, aired up the tires, and didn't charge me a dime. There have been so many other instances of their caring and support. This is one of the only automotive repair shops that I will send my elderly mother to knowing that she will be taken care of, not taken advantage of. I highly recommend them. They do quality, caring work. They are just plain good people.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable people. Back again for more service work. This time I brought my Motorhome in for A/C service. It needed a new A/C hose which isn’t available any longer. They had It sent out and had a new one made. The next day they completed the A/C service and I drove away with Ice Cold Air!! Thanks again for another job well done!! I highly Recommend Kinney’s!!

Our first experience at Kinney's was very positive. I called in for a quote on an oil change just to try them out and the estimate over the phone was reasonable. I already checked what to expect based on my vehicles mileage before taking it in, and it matched up quite well with what I was told. I did not get any outrageous recommendations or charges by the time it was all said and done, just some honest recommendations for maintenance from Dante. Everybody I dealt with was helpful and polite as mentioned in other reviews. The wait time was a bit excessive on the side of just over 45 minutes for an oil change and routine inspection, but it was Saturday and I had no appointment made in advance. Honestly I would rather wait to have my vehicle taken care of and inspected with care. *Edited based on recent experience. I won't bore you with the details but proceed with caution especially regarding your quoted work, whether or not they have a copy that was official.

Kinney's Automotive provides Excellent Customer Service I have been taking my truck here for the past 4 years and have always gotten the best service I've experienced from any shop before. I recommend asking for Brian Anderson. From a simple oil change or brake service to a recent full transmission replacement, Brian has always come through. This past week, I had experienced issues with recently new brakes that were squealing on me. I had the brakes originally put on by Kinney's. They found that the pads were within warranty and for whatever reason were not doing the job. Kinney's not only warrantied the pads, but put a higher quality pad on and warrantied the labor as well. The Mechanic KC did an excellent Job and I'm safely back on the road. To top it off the original brakes had caused excessive ware on the new rotors that were put on at the same time. Kinney's replaced these for me as well under warranty. These guys provide top notch service & stand by their products & service. Kinney's is a drive for me as a recently moved further away, but I cannot compare their level of service & cost to any closer shop especially not the dealership. Give these guys a try. You will not be sorry.

I have had previous work done by them as well as another family member. This time was no exception. They are thorough but don't push to upsell other maintenance. Unfortunately this time the repair was way more than the car was worth so I declined the work. Our past work by them has always been fixed the first time. The service writers are very professional and knowledgeable, and a couple of the techs that I had contact with were very good. I will continue using them.

Such a wonderful group of professionals. We had AC problems for 6 months that nobody was able to fix. Kinneys explained ahead of time what they would be checking and even had a diagram which helped in our understanding. The only thing needed was a relay switch. The car was ready 2 hours before we needed it which was unexpected as we also had the back struts replaced and an alignment. To top everything off they polished the headlights as a bonus with no charge. We highly recommend this facility.

They saw my car right away when I brought it in after having it jumped. This place is AWESOME. I was not expecting much being that I had an awful experience and ended having my vehicle towed from another shop (which was horrible) to Kennys and WOW......I can not tell you enough about the kind, honest and courteous serviced that I received from here. They genuinely care about their customers and provide trustworthy service which is hard to find now a days when dealing with mechanics and being a woman who at some point may be clueless as to what is needed or what the repairs consist of. They answered every question I had no matter how many times I had them repeat it, when I did not understand. Great service! They fixed an engine issue in a day. They kept me updated, and were very transparent. They offered to drop my car off at home as well. A little expensive but worth it for peace of mind, trust and ease.

I just had a shift cable replaced. The dealership offered a vague, imprecise quote of $700-800 and 4-5 days wait. Kinney's quoted $441, and as I returned to pay 3 days later, I found that that was the price.....after tax. Everyone was polite, everything was easy. Kinney's didn't try to sell me on maintenance that my owner's manual says isn't due yet. Now that our cars are all past factory warranty, it seems to make more sense to have our work done at Kinney's instead of the dealership.

Absolutely outstanding service. First time in my life I've got an oil change that didn't result in residual oil left all over the engine. Tires were rotated and torqued to spec as well. Customer care was top notch, and prices were certainly competitive. I HIGHLY recommend you take your vehicles for all necessary care to Kinney's! They even text you when your vehicle is complete so for those of us that maintain a busy schedule can plan our day appropriately around vehicle maintenance needs. UPDATE - 5 Aug 2020 - Took my vehicle back to Kinney's and recieved the exact same customer service, precision and care yet again. Goes to show these folks execute on time every time! Highly recommend giving them the opportunity to show you how car care and customer service is performed. They also maintained meticulous COVID procedures, donning masks and sanitization. That may be of importance to many of you in this particular time.

The company I work for takes all their vehicles to Kinney's for repairs, state inspections etc. From small cars to big commercial diesel vehicles. Very professional and time efficient. It seems to me that the owner diagnose every vehicle to determine the problem and the assign the proper mechanic. Great work Brian and Crew!!!! Dear Kinney's Automotive Service: This week, I was provided with excellent service at your garage, and I truly appreciate Brian and the all the mechanics. Allow me to tell you the thought of having to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars, according to estimates I'd received elsewhere, was a frustrating feeling. Thankfully, I decided to opt for one more professional opinion from Brian before having my car repaired. His mechanics discovered that the real problem was due to a defective switch, and were able to replace it for me. Needless to say, I was able to breath a sigh of relief! Kinney's is one of the better automotive service departments. When you make an appointment, they make sure that your car is worked on in time. If they find something wrong, they will call and inform you of the problem, tell you what options you have and quote a price for fix. The last main reason that I like Kinney's is that they treat ladies with respect. I've been to a lot of service department that treat ladies like they didn't have any idea of what was going on; but that does not happen at Kinney's. When my car was leaking coolant, I stepped out on blind faith and took it to Kinney's instead of the dealership...BEST decision I ever made. Tim, the service writer, was extremely courteous and kept me posted from the time I left my car there until the day it was ready to be picked up. Finding an HONEST and reliable place to take your car for repairs is normally not an easy task, but Kinney's made a true believer out of me to the point that the next time my car needs repairs of any kind, I'll take it there and not to the dealer$hip.

Extremely appreciative of the staff of Kinney's Automotive. I recently moved to Texas and don't know anything about the local businesses. Luckily, when my car broke down on the highway, my insurance company recommended Kinney's. They were not only able to diagnose the cause of the break down, but they took it upon themselves to do some research and find that there was a recall on the issue. I had no idea of the recall and could easily have been taken "for a ride". They were able to point me in the right direction and save me $5000 on a new fuel system. Vehicle was towed to Kinney's on October 14, 2014, after hours and would not start. Next day I talked with Brian and by days end had a diagnosis and plan for repair. Following day Brian called, car was ready and he suggested I have the headlight lens resurfaced and polished. I asked how they did this, got an explanation, and agreed to the service. Boy!! Was I surprised and very please when I picked up the car. The light lens was clear, polished and looked new. Later I drove the vehicle to another city and back at night. Surprise!! I could see so much better at night than I had for several YEARS. This car is seven years old. Now it is lighting the road just like a new vehicle, making my driving easier and safer for me and my family. Thank you Brian for the suggestion for this service.

I actually did not have any repairs done on my vehicle, but I want to commend Kenney and his team for helping me out. I have a Toyota Prius with an oil leak and Kenney’s was the only shop who would at least look at my vehicle. They checked the leak and Kenney gave me a detailed explanation along with an educated decision on what he recommends I do moving forward from a financial perspective. Well, not only did they fix it, and advised me I don't really NEED to replace the tire, but they did it for FREE. Free donuts, coffee and a cellphone charging station with several cables. Could not be happier. Five stars.

2007 Honda Odyssey - the dealer said the left rear shock was leaking - recommends replacing in pairs. I haven't priced shocks in many years. The dealer would be happy to repalce the rear shocks for over $500. 00 - I quit listening at $500 but it was five something for the pair. Since I was mobile & an auto supply was right on the corner, I checked their prices for shocks. Good ones were $40 each and the best were $90 each for $180 plus tax - about $195 total. Called Kinney's and they can do the job using the best shocks for $240.74 out the door. They saved me over $260.00 compared to what the dealer wanted and my net cost over DIY was about $45.00. Not a bad deal at all!
