Customer service was great! They went above and beyond to get the job done. I was installing shocks and struts for my truck need it done at the last minute before closing they literally stayed until 8:30 pm when the shop closes at 7. Best prices in town as well I recommend this place highly thanks Wayside Customz!

I can't create multiple views on Google, but I just finished getting even more work down over here. These guys are the best! They have the best customer service and deals. The Owner Mo is a great dude and will always take care of you. His man behind the register JC is always looking out also. We had an issue with the vendor on sending over parts for my truck on time and he called them immediately. Not something you see often. Most just tell you what the Fedex Description says. He called them up and fought for them to get everything handled correctly. My parts came in the next day, which is huge when dealing with Fedex. This service goes all the way down to my by boy Jesus, the mechanic who worked on the truck. I can tell the care he put into that. I'm never going anywhere else for more tires, wheels, lifts, or anything else. As you can see from the below reviews also here. My new pic is added also. -Now Old- My below review was from over 2 years ago. I've never wanted to leave more than 2 reviews for a company before until now. Sadly, I can't leave 2 reviews, so I'll just edit this one. This place has been my go to place for Rims, tires, and anything that my truck needs help with. I used to have a shop in League City 5 minutes away from house that I'd go to for work, but ever since I've come to Wayside Custom Wheels and received assistance from Mo, I've never gone back. It's about a 45min - 1hr drive to get there for me and it has always been worth it. If you're looking for quality service and great prices, this is your place. They've been consistent with me the whole time. His main tech Roberto has been there since I first started coming over here so he knows my truck in and out since then. I recommend coming here for customization and normal vehicle maintenance and ask for Mo. -Old- This place is great! I've been to plenty of custom shops for years and this is the only that I've received such great customer service. The owner Moe was amazing. Believe me when I say that everyone over there will take care of you. The prices are crazy reasonable and they can do most things over there. They're upfront with the best timing to get your rims put on also. If you're looking for some great rims and want a group that will take care of your vehicle you need to go here. This review is my honest opinion also, they did such a great job and didn't even ask for a review unlike other places. Anyone that asks me about rims will be lead here from now on. Preciate everything from everyone at Wayside Customs!

The customer service was excellent they have a friendly environment which made me feel welcomed. They hooked me up with exactly what I asked for even with it being a last minute appointment!! We had trouble by me not knowing to much knowledge but they taught me and showed me and helped me get the wheels I wanted. They also work deals with military personnel. I visited a month ago looking for wheels for my Volkswagen Jetta on a Sunday, which was the best part of this place. Most wheel places are closed on Sundays in Houston. I was assisted immediately and I was able to pick from a few from the catalog that were in my price range. I put a deposit down of $150 which was to be applied to the $750 total. The wheels were to be ordered and was to arrive on a Thursday of the next week. Thursday came around and I got a call that they were indeed at the shop by morning. Installation was estimated at 1 hour. I was out of there after 50 mins to be exact. I also came around lunchtime and was guaranteed that someone was going to be there to install even though it was lunch hour. Excellent service and friendly people. Only downside, there is no waiting area besides bar stools at the front desk and a bar stool facing a game of PacMan. Although I was able to sit at the front to work on some homework as I waited, so it was no problem at all. Overall, it was good service. Also good to note that the wheels have lifetime warranty if I am not mistaken.

I made the right decision going to Wayside Customz to shop for new wheels & tires for my truck. They had a great selection of wheels and tires to choose from at lower prices than I had seen elsewhere. They were very helpful and courteous. I applied for the financing but the amount I was approved for was $330 short of the total cost and they were kind enough to wave the difference!!! As if that wasn't enough they threw in a free set of lugnuts! It was after 6:00 when I arrived so they stayed late and worked an hour after close to get me taken care of. I love my new wheels/tires and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. If you are looking for new wheels and tires you can't do better than Wayside Customz.

Stopped in after checking them out on Instagram and was pretty impressed with the service. The showroom was very clean and had a variety of rims to choose from. Moe was more than helpful and showed me different types of wheels that would fit my vehicle. When I did choose the wheel I wanted and saw on my vehicle, i wasn’t really satisfied and they let me switch to a different wheel. I would recommend this place for wheels and tires!!! Best group of guys I have ever been around. Moe takes care of each and every one of his customers as if they are part of his own family. I purchased some very nice rims and within a week I curb checked one of the babies and Moe told me not to stress it, just bring it in, and let him take care of it at no cost to me. They fully restored it and on top of everything they did for me, to include doing a jam up job painting my brake calipers, they offered me a military discount. By far one of the best costumer service I have ever had, they will definitely work with you! I've gone to several tire&wheel places and they all seem pushy & want to put you in whatever they want. Wayside wheels are the total opposite, I love how they explained everything & give you various suggestions towards what you're looking for. The owner is beyond extraordinary he will make sure your experience here is the best. I was in need of 5 tires & wheels and on the spot they were only able to get ahold of 4... 30min later they call me saying that they found another one a little less than 2 hours away and that they're going to pick it up personally. Great shop, extremely helpful. Mo may not have what you want in stock but he is more than happy to get you what you want within a day. Mo did not pressure me into getting anything I didn't want and he would not let me put anything on my car that he didn't think would look great. Great service and makes sure the customer is happy.
