I went to a garage to get an alignment and they were telling me all the things wrong with it and the ridiculously high price. I went to Coastal Tire and I had none of the issues the other garage said I had. They aligned it and it was a lot cheaper than the other garage! They are honest, reliable, affordable. I’ve been to them before. I highly recommend them for all your tire and alignment needs!

Update 10/21: I had Coastal Tire & Auto mount and balance another set of tires on my truck. As usual, they were quick, professional, and were more than fair on their prices. Without a doubt my go to shop for tire installs. I've had only good experiences with this company. I just had a set of tires installed on my truck for way less than I could have bought them anywhere else. They are always friendly and professional

No wait! got into the garage right away. I had two screws/nails in my rear right tire and I needed a rotation. Very efficient, very professional. These guys are the chosen Boy Gods of tire repair/installation and inspection! The best 44 bucks I may have ever spent. Highly recommended...

We pulled into Longview en route to the beach pulling two horses, and right as we exited I-5 the power steering in my truck went out! I found these guys on Google and called, they said I could pull up in front and they’d have a look for me. At first we thought it was just fluid, and they added fluid (no charge). When we started up and turned the wheel the hose just darn broke right off. They called the local Ford dealership and luckily they had the part, so they pulled us right into the shop and fixed it for us. Reasonably priced repair and we never even had to unhook the horse trailer. Having your truck break down 200 miles from home with your horses in tow is really stressful but these guys saved the day - and the trip. 10/10 would recommend and use them again. What wonderful service!!!!

My experience with Coastal was very good. The woman at the desk was friendly and willing to listen to my tire problems. They did not charge for a diagnosis and gave me a quote. I came back after the weekend early and they were already busy but I was in the bay after about 20 minutes and 3 tires changed, front end alignment and I was leaving after about an hour. Plenty of chairs in the waiting room. It seemed there prices are reasonable I don't really know as I did not shop around. I used them because of recommendation from other mechanics. I was very satisfied with the work. I will use them again.

Great place and super nice people. I was traveling for work, under a load, and had a front wheel bearing blow out. Was there waiting for them to open to ask about the repair. They had parts ordered, delivered and had me fixed and rolling again in 4 hours from the time they opened. Both sides were replaced, not just the problem side. Quickest mechanic I have ever met and did a thorough job. The price was more than fair. They never tried to gouge me because of my time restrictions, and provided awesome service. I will schedule to have my truck worked on here again, if I know I'm coming through. Nothing but good things to say about these folks. Super impressed. Thanks for being awesome, y'all!

Friend of mine had a blowout on way to work, he had Roadside assistance so being Coastal was closest we had it towed there. Thankfully they were open at 7 a.m. they are very friendly and helpful. Had coffee for customers while waiting. Got a competitive price with a good used tire. And went above and beyond expectations when the tech drove friends truck down the road to his job, so he'd have his ride ready when he got off; then I carried the tech back. Very much appreciated everything about them that day was made much easier thanks to them !

I went in to get new tires on my car and Ms. Candace placed the order for the tires I wanted. While I was standing there I told her the issues that I was having. She told me that this didn’t sound like the tires were the issue, but it was most likely a wheel bearing. Now, know this, The tires were going to cost over $400 to get replaced and the wheel bearing job would cost $266/labor included. Alot of places would not have even told me the probable issue and went on with the tire order and let everything work itself out, but we ended up canceling the tires and lining up the wheel bearing to be replaced instead. This says alot about this company. I highly recommend doing business here. I get tires, oil changes, and all small mechanical needs at this business and I recommend that everyone does. They definitely have the best prices on tires in the area, and they are just very honest towards their customers. If you haven’t been here, I highly recommend you start business here the next time you need anything. Much love to Coastal Tire and Auto!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I had blown out a charge pipe going from my intercooler to my intake on my aggressively tuned 2015 VW GTI while traveling east on I10. I happen to pull off on this exit. I called the local VW DEALERSHIP and a few local tuner/import shops in Gulfport. Not one of them was willing to help me, all that had to be done was install a hose clamp on the charge pipe, I would have paid any amount to get back on the road. I pulled into Coastal, they had it fixed in less than 20 min, get this, no charge!! I insisted on paying the fellow so I just gave him $60 for the hose clamp, haha. Everyone was friendly and worked fast, they could have charged me any amount, I would have gladly paid, outstanding shop!! I would buy every set of tires I need from them if I didn’t live in GA. I highly recommend Coastal.

I bought a used trailer that came with a new set of unmounted tires and new wheels which the seller had ordered from Wally World. Wally World said they would mount them for $100.48 and if I brought them on in, they MIGHT have them today. Coastal said bring em' on down and we'll mount them. Short story short, about 15 minutes and $68 later I was headed back home with my mounted and balanced set of tires/wheels - these guys are absolutely tops.

So happy with the service I received! I called on late Monday afternoon and they had my tires ordered and installed on by 8:30 Tuesday morning. Needed a spare trailer wheel with tire on our road trip, but weren't sure of lug pattern. Called ahead and they said bring it in, we'll take off and make sure of the fit. The shop is right off I10 very convenient. Plus there is a Napa auto parts store next door, two gas stations across the street, a Subway, and a truck tire center. A great place to stop if you need vehicle service or tires. The staff at Coastal Tire is courteous and efficient. They had what we needed at a reasonable price and had us in and out of there in less time than our typical stop for gas and bathroom break. Highly recommended!
