I have used this service six times in the past year for my truck and my wife's car. The people that work at Any & Chucks are the very best. The work they do is top notch. I have a used pickup, and my wife just traded in a used mini van for a slightly used Subaru outback. The work we have had done is punctures, tires mounted, tire rotation, and wheel balancing. I took my son there for new tires. He purchased four new tires at a great low price that shocked us both. My most recent visit was to check the air pressure because the low pressure light came on in the wife's car. They checked the pressure, added air, and checked for leaks, and didn't charge me for that. Great place!

After getting a flat tire and no place around having my size, I decided to try the used tire route for a temporary fix. Honestly I wasn't expecting much due to the reputation these types of businesses have. But I was Honestly surprised at the quality of service and customer service. I was given an out the door price and the invoice match what I was told, both of the front desk ladies were polite and friendly, and I was in and out in maybe an hour. I would definitely use this store again.

So I drive a lot for my job which basically has me circling the Grand Rapids area all day long and I put a beating on my car and my tires. I recently had a situation where when I bought the vehicle they had the wrong size tires on it. The stock is supposed to be 65r17 but they had 60r17 on the vehicle. The problem with this and my Dodge being an all-wheel-drive is that the front will tend to wear faster than the rear. The problem with is is it boils down to I have to get 4 tires no matter what I do. As it is coming into the fall-winter season I'm looking at wanting to put winter tires on my vehicle but buying brand new summer Tires at roughly almost $500 and almost the same for winter tires in a few weeks span is a huge cost. Amy and Chuck's tire was nice enough to break me a deal on a matching set 04 used correct size tires warranties and all plus quoted me a really nice price on new winter tires so I definitely will be coming back and making this place my tire shop for the foreseeable future.

Amy waited on us when we went in last week. They were almost closed but our truck tire had totally gone flat and so we tried heading to Amy and Chucks. We had seen advertisements around where we lived. They were super quick to fix the tire (because that’s what we requested) and we were on our way. The staff where so nice and helpful, by far the best customer service I've seen in a shop. I'll go to belle tire and when they take hours longer than they promised me and I ask about it they speak to me like I'm crazy for being irritated... I called and ordered new tires. They were due in on tuesday, when I arrived i was told they hadn't come in so I was given a replacement set (better quality, more expensive) for the same price. The lady who helped me was very kind. I am very surprised they went above and beyond to get me back on the road with new tires. I will forever be a customer here. On another note, a "karen" came in with bald tires, about 10 mins to closing. She was told no walk in after 5:30, but they tried so hard to help her regardless. They didnt have the tire she needed (new or used) she become very angry degrading the worker, accusing her of throwing her credit card, swearing and poor customer service. This worker was so kind and wanted so badly tohelp. It wasn't fair for this woman to treat her this way. Than tell her she was going to file a complaint.

So a friend recommended Amy & Chucks, but they were closed the day I had free so I went to Walmart. Walmart was fine - they said the tire was ruined because of a nail that went into the sidewall. I really appreciated their honesty by telling me I should really check to see if I had hazard protection on the tires. I knew the sidewall story was legit although it could be hard to tell how much damage there really was. The hazard insurance on the tires had expired, but the delay in making a decision about tire replacement gave me a chance to get into Amy & Chucks. Not only Amy & Chuck's have sold me a used tire so I could easily delay getting a full set of new tires, but they were willing to double check the tire repair. They said it was acceptable to repair! Saved so much and now I am sold on the idea of used tires too. In the fall I will get winter tires from Amy & Chuck's since this set is likely to be ready for replacement. So awesome! And I love the idea of two sets of used tires rotated between seasons. Love these guys after one visit.

They were able to patch my tire without any issues and within 15 minutes and $12.50 later I was back on the road. I have gone to Amy and Chuck a couple times for used tired then decided to get a whole new set on a different vehicle. They are ALWAYS nice and accommodating. Their used tires are like new and their prices for both used and new tires cannot be beat. They are fast too. I got a full set of new tires plus a spare and I was out in a half hour. I highly recommend them. If a tire is not in stock which is rare they will have it next day in most cases.I'm extremely happy with them. Never getting tires any where else.

I was recommended to Amy and Chuck's by a co-worker and was under the impression that he was embellishing how fantastic the service, price and quality were. If anything, he under sold these points. I was in the market for 4 used tires until some suspension work is taken care of. I received a very reputable set of 4 matching tires with no uneven wear (important for 4wd trucks) that have a ton of tread left. The staff were extremely courteous and had me out the door before I expected them to even have the vehicle up on a lift! The waiting area is full of arcade games, pinball games, bumper pool, Keurig coffee maker(although I always bring my own fresh ground brew) and television for browsing. Couldn't have been happier with the service and quality and speed. They have just earned another lifelong customer! Thank you Amy and Chuck! Your business card is now on our company posting board and will be unequivocally lauded as the ONLY tire shop to support. P.S. I went in with a leaky back tire expecting to pay $41 for a used tire which was already a pretty good deal and then Amy came out and said they could just fix my tire for $13. they didn't have to do that they didn't have to tell me I never would have known and they could have made a little bit more off of me. They also have a really nice waiting area if you have little kids even if you don't like they have a couch and a TV you can just hang out there it's like you're in someone's living room. Amy and Chucks has top quality customer service. I purchased my tires here, and about six months later I noticed that the back left had developed a slow leak. I dropped off my car about 30 minutes before they opened (no appointment needed) and called them 10 minutes after opening to tell them about my issue. After mentioning I had dropped off my car, but before telling them anything else, I was told that they were already working on it. They had found a staple in the back left tire and would be done fixing it in the next 15 minutes. This was covered by their warranty, so I didn’t have to pay anything either.

First time at the new location and they had very good signage so their location was easy to find. I am "old school" when it comes to taking care of business. I look for businesses that give 110 percent to their customers. When I find one, I am a VERY loyal customer. It has been an extremely long time since I have been as impressed as I am with Amy and Chuck's Tire. I was looking for a bit of an odd sized used tire to use as a spare. I first called the shop to ask if they had one and the price. To my surprise and delight, they had exactly what I was looking for at a much lower price than I expected!!! Amy gave me an "out the door" price for the tire. After I arrived, I decided to have them mount it on the rim I had expecting to pay more than the original quote. GREAT service, unbeatable prices. First experience with Amy and Chuck was last year after we blew a tire on M-6, immediately got services, and the tires have been awesome since.
