Roger D Anderson (President) and his staff are amazing, honest and ethical people. I was having a screw removed from my tire on Saturday, August 13, 2022 when an employee accidentally ripped the sidewalk of my tire. Roger made things right by ensuring Fargo Tire Service would find me the same tire new at no charge. Roger even ensured a temporary tire (same size) was put on. I left Fargo and made it to the Minnesota border when I realized my tire was still leaking. I get back to the shop at 11:52 AM (they close Saturday’s at 12:00 PM). Roger and the staff check d out my vehicle and replaced the snapped valve stem. Roger then talked to the shop in Minneapolis and paid for the replacement tire to be shipped to that shop as well as the mount and balance fees. Thank you Roger for taking care of me, I will definitely be promoting Fargo Tire Service Inc online to and to friends in Fargo or who drive through Fargo. All companies should take lessons from you and Fargo Tire Service Inc for how to take care of customers (especially when things go wrong due to employee error). I had a great experience here. I know very little about vehicles, so I am always on edge when going to an automotive shop, but Fargo Tire was very honest from the start. Instead of telling me I needed 4 new tires for my AWD CR-V, they instead said since the other tires were so new that they’d hate to put a full new set on it, and they found the exact same tire for me and had it shipped to the store. They also showed me the damage to my tire instead of just telling me about it. I really appreciate that, and it made me feel a lot more comfortable doing business with them.

1st time I went to the store was a few months ago and was a great experience as they went and got the needed new tire and away I went, happy. Today, had a nail in tire and passed a few tire shops due to excellent service prior. 1st counter person, very helpful, guys in shop friendly. 2nd counter guy, rude attitude, short with answers to questions, "I don't know, I just got told to come up and do this" asked about lug nut covers as one missing, short answer but no solution if could buy there etc.I asked him if he worked the counter all the time. His response was yes and I had to say to him that his attitude wasn't very friendly. He said "I must be tired". The other employee just shrugged his shoulders. I get it, we all can't be on our game every day, but I'm only customer in store, not stressful busy. Just struck a bad chord with me, especially since I was trying to be a repeat customer and didn't seem to phase the employee that his customer service sucked.

John provided me with great service, and a great tire recommendation. I ended up going with a Goodyear Assurance, which is on the higher end of tires, BUT in under 5 minutes I applied for the Goodyear credit card, and was given 0% financing for 6-months, and additional $100 rebate, on top of the $100 provided by Goodyear. I’ll end up paying $200 less than I went in expecting to pay. They also provide free lifetime tire rotation. Their 4+ star rating on Google is well earned, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends.

One of the two best tire places in town. If you're looking for quick service from some of the best people in town, this should be on your list. Lots of long time employees and tire techs here to help you out. I've taken my car here plenty of times when I was in a pinch and I was in and out in 15 minutes or so.

You took care of our tires for the Silver Legacy, we had just came from tires plus, where they WOULDN'T help us. Welp, they fit great and life is good again. To everyone else, this shop is AWESOME. The team here works well together and reminds me a lot of how shops USED to be run, the right way, where they remember your name and a hand shake means something. Preliminary Review- I had a low tire this morning. I knew I was due for service and a friend recommended them. I am typically the guy that just suffers through a poor customer experience at a corporate tire shop. Being I just purchased a vehicle I'd been wanting for some time, I thought I would make sure I got it treated properly. I called to ask general questions about what I suspecting I needed: Tire patched, balance, rotation, alignment (potentially), and an oil change. I explain what I'm expecting to require, the clerk gives me pricing without question, tells me that they have "plenty of help here" and that they would have no issue getting it done for me this morning. I drove there on my way to the office. I was greeted by a man at the counter politely. We walked through what services I was looking for. He said they'll take good care of it, and get it done today. So far so good fellas (and ladies). Thank you for a wonderful first experience. I'll update following pick up today.

One tire on our motor home began to wear on the outside. We made an appointment for the next day for an alignment.on examination it was noted that our tie rods and front struts were badly worn (we have 150,000 mile on it). They had checked the availability of the parts. We were fixed and on our way in about 3 hours for less than the quoted price. We recommend them if you need service in or near Fargo ND

They don't BS you, they look out for what's in the customer's best interest. Customer service is always great. No complaints every time I go there (3rd trip today) and I live 90 miles from Fargo. Quality work, good price and fast service. Would highly recommend! 4th trip today. Got a good deal on 4 brand new tires, plus a rebate. I wasn't in the waiting room for more than 20 minutes 18 minutes they said in could pay for the service, vehicle was done before I paid them. Got the nitrogen air for the tires. My vehicle drives so much better now, they always do great work with excellent customer service!

I went there twice to fix my tires, one had a nail and could be fixed easily, and one was too late to be fixed so it had to be replaced. They explained to me that all tires needed to be changed since I have an AWD which was fine since they needed to be changed anyway. They were nice and quick, and I didn’t feel awkward being there at all. I will only be going there for my tires services. Also, the google highlight said they were LGBT friendly, which they very much are. Thank you.

Great service and prices from an excellent tire dealer. Am traveling across the country from NC to Spokane on my first cross country trip in a motorhome. Had a flat tire in Minnesota and had to have it changed. Needed to get a replacement spare and called Fargo Tire. Spoke with Terry on the phone who immediately found the tire I needed. Terry was very helpful and wrote up the work order for the tire. Arrived at Fargo Tire around 5 PM a half hour before they closed. The friendly folks at Fargo Tire mounted the new tire on my wheel and had me out of there in less than 20 minutes - they even retorqued the tire that was on my motorhome. If i lived in Fargo I would buy all of my tires here.

Took my F350 in to have the alignment check because of a bad shake it developed. The mechanic gave it a thorough test drive and full inspection. This probably took 45 minutes to complete. He was completely honest with me with his conclusion that he could find nothing mechanically wrong and the problem was most likely tire/balance related. They did this all for no charge! I will for sure be going back to get these bad tires replaced there soon. Great service!

This is one of the best shops out there! They remind me of the small town shops back in my home town. I recommend them to anyone I can! They are quick and helpful. I never feel pressured to buy anything and they don't talk to me like I am stupid. I had a low tire in winter and I couldn't find an air pump (too cold- so no stations had lines outside) so I drove over and they checked and filled all my tires, happily and for free... is that the biggest deal?...no, but these days you get charged for everything and are often treated with what seems like disdain! There are countless other times they have gone above and beyond what I believe any other shop in Fargo would do for you and even before I spent any money or purchased tires. I try to use them whenever I can and have bought multiple sets of tires from them!

So i bought a set of tires late 2015. Great experience from the start, zero issues until mid June 2017. I hit a nail and got a flat. I brought the tire in for a patch, painless experience. The patch was fixed, BUT when i put the new tire on at home (dropped the bad tire off over my lunch break and picked up after work) it started leaking from the stem when i dropped the jack down. I was able to get the tire back to the shop at about 515pm, 15 minutes before they closed. They not only fixed the issue, but they also took my spare back off and put my tire on within 15 minutes. Yes, it was their fault that another issue came up after the patch. But the way they handled it and did a rush job to not only fix it again free of charge, but to put the tire back on and put my spare in the trunk, was great. I will not buy tires anywhere else. HIGHLY reccomend this shop for tires!

Fargo Tire is just the best place to go for any of your wheel needs. I have bought all my rims from them. Always great looking and fast clean work. Today I went in with 2 tire problems. I suspected I had a nail in one tire, and 2 nails in another. I went to another tire place that was closer, they couldn't find a problem with the first tire, and said that the nail in the other tire was not repairable. I must buy a new tire. Should have gone to Fargo Tire first. Drove up, drove in, they found all 3 nails in the 2 tires, repaired them and I was out in less than 30 minutes. BAM! They know how to get it done!! Thanks guys!

If you buy your tires here, you get FREE tire-rotation for the life of the tires!! Today, my pickup had a Low Tire Pressure alarm on my way to Fargo. I brought it in; techs found leaking bead on LF tire and a screw in the RR tire! $60 for tires repaired; FREE tire-rotation and about an hour later, I was out the door! Customer service is always number one on my list when choosing places to go for services. The employees at Fargo Tire have always treated me great, they've rotated my tired for free in the past. When i had one of my after market rims go bad and it ended up ruining my tire, they hunted down and ordered a replacement rim for me and even threw in a free used tire until i was able to afford new tires. They are they best and i will never go anywhere else for my tire needs.
