I would like to thank Dave Carpenter (and Costco policies) at the Fargo ND Costco location. I bought tires for my Saturn Ion last year in California. My daughter drove the Saturn to Fargo ND and attended college there. Well, this last weekend, she had an actual blowout of a pretty new Michelin tire. I called the Fargo Costco and talked to Dave since my daughter is not a Costco member. I texted a picture of my Costco membership card to her. With that, Dave took great care of her. I could tell she was a bit intimidated to handle an issue she had never been in and concerned about problems in the tire center. But, it was a great experience with no issues at all. I've been a Costco member for many many years. This is the type of service all companies should strive for. It creates lifetime loyalty. Costco is the only place I'll ever get tires from again. My thanks to Dave and Costco!

Excellent service! I have purchased many batteries and many sets of tires here. I have called dozens of times over the years to get pricing and timing logistics questions ironed out and I get great service every time.
