Tom and his team are very friendly and provide great customer service! From first contact until completed job. I called yesterday for some odd size trailer tires. Tom was able to find them and sent Eric out to my house the next day. Eric was prompt and got the job completed in a quick manner.

When I tell you these guys put the customer first it is not a joke! I had a tire unexpectedly go bad on me and I had a business trip coming up 3 days later that I had to drive to St. Louis for. Tom got me a new set of tires at an incredible price and got me an appointment set up so the installer DJ could come to me before I left for my trip. ALL WITHIN 3 DAYS!! Other places were quoting me 5-10 days before they could do an install. I also wanted to note how incredible DJ is! This guy put on 4 new tires all in the pouring rain and when I went to see if he needed anything he didn't even complain about the rain! He just smiled and said "I've got a raincoat". All of this just so I wouldn't have to miss my business trip! I simply cannot fit into this review how impressed with Tire Heros service as a whole I was. True professionals!

Tread Connection was Awesome! I called yesterday and they came out within one hour. The plugged and filled my tire immediately so we could still drive our work van. They came out the next day and replaced my 2 back tires for a very economical price. Cheaper that what I had bought the other 2 tires for 6 months ago. I could not be happier and since they come out to me to do the work, I didn't have to wast any time taking it somewhere or getting it tow. I could not be happier! I highly recommend them!!!!!!

I love the Tread Connection team! Within hours of contacting them, I had a bothersome leaky tire replaced – for a price much better than I expected and at zero inconvenience. The service for our Porsche Cayenne Turbo was amazing!!! By far the best I've ever received getting new tires and that's saying a lot as I've used roughly a dozen other vendors in the metro area. They had the same price as Discount Tire & Tire Rack, with the added benefit of coming to my house to do the installation. Would like to put in an excellent review for Tread Connection. Tom got things set up right away, and DJ took care of our tire problem, which was caused by slamming into a pothole from hell last night. The service involved running from WDM to NE DM to pick up a tire, then coming back to install the tire. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. We would highly recommend Tread Connection!

Very nice people to deal with and competitive prices. They were very careful when working on my vehicle. They used first class equipment on my install. Also, they would have come to my home to do the work but I preferred to go to their shop.
