Just picked up my son's 96 Olds and couldn't be happier. New radiator, intake gasket and break line in a day and a half! Add to that the excellent customer service, keeping me up to date on the repair and at a cost lower than expected - I wish I could give this place six stars.

Kelly and Shawn have been super helpful and so so gracious - they take the time to talk through my car's fixes and are very patient with my questions. I went to another auto repair shop once to get my brakes fixed because Kelly was overbooked and I was quoted an exorbitant amount by the other shop. I decided to get a second opinion from Kelly & Shawn and despite how busy their team are, they were able to squeeze me in to fix my car sooner than later, and with the most reasonable price. I am so lucky I found this place, makes me feel like my car is always well taken care of!!

I got 4 new tires in the summer. Service was fine, if a little slow because they were busy and short on help. Here I am 5-6 months later at a different shop finding out they put all 4 of my tires on so tight that the threads on my lugs are all stripped and deformed so the mechanic is calling me telling me he can’t even get them off. Going to end up paying to have them broken out because a mechanic at heartland decided his time was more valuable than doing the right thing with a torque wrench and used a pneumatic instead. Edit: The manager did try to reach out to me by phone call once after posting this but the work had already been done. Updated from 2 stars to 3.

Kelly and the crew at Heartland Tire are by far the best. I've been there a couple of times for random things, including a screw in my tire and most recently an oil change. Both times I've been able to either stop in or make an appointment and it's always been incredibly fast, not to mention superb quality. Kelly is an amazing manager of this store! I have trusted him and his team of mechanics with my vehicles and will continue to do so. When my Michelin tires were bald WAY before the warranty, he worked with Michelin to help get new tires put on for a discounted price. Not the type of service I would receive at the dealership I purchased the vehicle at. I go into this location knowing that even as a female, I will be treated with respect and not be taken advantage of with unnecessary purchases.

Kelly is always awesome. I've been here many times, last time was unplanned I needed to have my winter wheels swapped out with my summers. I had called a dealership nearby and they told me to come back in like 3 days. Kelly got me right in, it was cheaper than the dealership and friendlier too. Heartland is my go-to for tires they always try to match or get close to online deals I've found too. I feel like I get a better tire with their recommendations.

I never leave reviews, but was so impressed! I came in with my children for an oil change today and expected to be there for 45min-1hr (what we were used to with our previous place of 8+ years). We were in and out in 10min. Checked in, oil changed, checked out and on my way. Mind blown. Kelly and the technician I spoke to were professional and kind, and no one recommended I come back to the garage to be shown a dozen+ things "wrong" with my vehicle and then hand me a staggering bill. Kelly recently saved my husband and I thousands on vehicle repairs, and we are SO happy that we decided to try this place out. Honesty is refreshing. Go here.

I HIGHLY recommend Heartland Tire & Auto in Waukee for ANY service you need that they're able to provide!!! Honesty is my main heart string when I do business with any service provider and my experience with these guys, including the manager/owner has been awesome. Prior to my first time visiting this location, I had another company tell me it was going to cost over $500 to replace a front-end lower ball joint (parts & labor - not including the alignment) on a Kia Sorento. I knew that wasn't right as I've had it done on a previous car. I stopped at Heartland, had them check it out & before telling them my story about the other company, they provided me a more than fair price to complete the repair & also provided me the option to buy the part from a local dealer nearby, this way I didn't have to wait for an ordered part to arrive, making it SUPER easy for me to get back on the road! It's tough enough these days with all of the negativity happening in the world. It's great to know that there are still honest & trustworthy mechanics out here! I will always recommend people in need of auto repairs to Heartland Tire & Auto in Waukee! Thank you, guys!

I went in for a set of 4 tires and I prefer to observe through the window while my car is being worked on. The service technician Derrick did such a phenomenal job I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with great tires. Give that man a raise!!! Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

I don't write a lot of reviews (in fact hardly any), however I wanted to write this one because these guys deserve to have accolades. In searching for tires, I nearly ordered ones from TireRack but thought I would try someone local before going the online route (which I usually love!). I called Heartland Tire about 8:30AM and spoke with Kelly (Manager) and he gave me three different options of tires they had. I had done my research and the prices were aligned withTireRack, and what he stated about each tire also aligned. Earning my trust, I asked when he might be able to get the tires on my car (2013 Volt) and he said the were jammed full BUT if I dropped the car off he could most likely squeeze it into their appointments. Dropped car off around 11AM (parking lot full) and got a call it was done around 2pm. Absolutely stellar customer service, I have never been happier with a tire purchase. While the tires remain to be seen how I like them, in the short drive back to the office, I haven't had quieter tires, but more importantly I am just blown away with the service I received. If you are in this area and have an opportunity to do business here, please do so, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Kelly and team! You won any future business in terms of car related repairs.

Our go-to place for auto service. We've been using Heartland for 9+ years and will continue to do so. They have always done good work for us at a good price. They squeezed us in when our serpentine belt broke. They explained some of the "issues" noted by our dealership and recommended NOT doing them. They drove our car around for 10 minutes trying to find a rattle and didn't charge us for it. They've always been courteous and professional, and their lounge with leather sofas, pop, TV, and wi-fi makes the time pass quickly.

I was very surprised at their speed and efficiency! I came in because some plastic piece was hanging off the bottom of my car and was scraping the ground. Luckily, this happened when driving by the establishment. They took it right in and fixed the problem in under 5 minutes at no charge! Amazing service that's hard to find anywhere else!
