The guys at Merrill automotive were great. I'm new to the state so it was good to feel like I was getting cared for by someone who cared. The coupon in the mail is what brought me in, even though I received it when it was expired they gave me a better and more appropriate deal. They were quick, done before they told me they would be and efficient at checking over my car. My husband and I will both be back. And thank you guys for directions to several good restaurants.

Both Jack and Mike were exceedingly professional and knowledgeable. They gave me advice on which repairs I should do first to keep my old Subaru running, plus estimates on both future repairs and what they would have charged me for repairs I had done recently at my usual mechanic. They quotes me prices they were well below what I had paid, PLUS I would get an extra 15% off for being a Costco member. Will definitely be back!

I had just put new tires on our Toyota Highlander. I took it to Merrill for 4-wheel alignment. They did a test drive and called me to say I also needed a new front wheel bearing. They were concerned that I might also need a new front axle. Call back to let me know I did not need a new axle. They completed the four-wheel alignment and installation of the new wheel bearing in one day. I am very happy with how the car drives and the speed in which they could complete all this.

It's difficult to find a quality shop who keeps their word. I had an annoying trans leak to my 2000 Jeep Cherokee which they fixed at no cost to me under the warranty of their previous repair. They didn't try to sell me new services. They didn't try to claim some new leak had occurred which was not covered by the warranty. They just made it right and sent me on my way with what would have otherwise been a few grand in parts and labor. Gold.

Merrill Automotive is a place where you can put your total trust in their honesty. I took my Ford Ranger to have them look into an engine light that came on. the diagnosis was right on target. They also fixed a leak on the front deferential and replaced a joint that was giving me trouble steering. The work was done professionally, no more leak, and the front right side steering noise is gone, and of course the front alignment is perfect. Thank you, Merril Automotive and staff. I will recommend you to my friends.

called Jack gave info what incl w/oil change & costs * talked with Stephanie she got me some additional info * both were friendly & helpful, so made an appt * they did the work while I waited in their clean, well appointed waiting area & offered me coffee, tea or water *was advised had a part that was leaking~ they did not talk about cost & fixing it. but, I should check with dealer as part should be covered in mfg warranty. & would check again on couple others filters that may need to be replaced at next couple oil changes. & all other fluids in the van were good ** took van in shortly after I arrived about hour later was on my way * was my first time using their services, liked all the staff I had interaction with, & Most Important their Honesty & Thoughtfulness ** Yes, I will use their service again & can openly. recommend them to others ** thanks

So, I took my car in for a squealing belt. I was then told there was some kind of leak. WAS THEN told that I was going to get a new engine. None of this was Merill’s fault. At first I was frustrated because of the stories you hear but was then told the new engine would be about 70k fewer miles than the one I had when i brought my car in. So that was sick. It took 3 weeks but that was the warranty company doing their warranty stuff. I know Mike is a bit of a star on the reviews, and for good reason; he answered all of my annoying questions the absolute best he could. But I would also like to mention the techs that fixed my beloved Rosevelt, there’s a guy named Jack that transferred me to Mike a few times, so he’s cool. A lady also answered the phone once, she’s cool in my book too. I’m sorry I don’t remember your name :/ Anyway, it was a terribly annoying experience not having my car but I am glad it was with these guys. Merill Automative: 5 Stars!

I went in for an oil change and just an overall general service on my Preowned 20111 Buick Regal. Mike was gentleman who worked on my car and had some unpleasant news to give me. Frankly I was lied to by the previous owner. Mike was very upfront and honest. He could’ve taken advantage and done the work on my car then of course change me. It didn’t happen that way. He was so honest he told me it simply wasn’t worth it. It wasn’t worth putting any money into the car. Thank you Mike.

I want to thank Mike and the rest of the team at Merrill, During quarantine my Subaru was hit and the suspension on one of my wheels was damaged. I took it to Merrill and was very pleased and impressed with their team. They were very accommodating and flexible in making things work around me and my schedule. They were incredibly communicative and transparent about the issues, cost, and repairs. They kept in contact about the process and sent updates and information alongside pictures of the damage and the repairs. They took time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. My car was repaired in a timely manner. The repairs were done very well, making me know my car is safe on the road again. Their skill, knowledge, and professionalism are proven in the quality of their work and customer service. This was the 4th time I've been to Merrill. On my 1st visit they repacked wheel bearings and replaced the brakes on my 5th wheel. They kept me in the loop on what was going on. Someone had over greased the wheels and the brakes were covered in grease. On my next visit they worked on my suspension and steering on a 2008 Fiesta motor home. The result was a much better ride and steering experience. On my last visit they repaired a broken frame member. I trust them expressly. The customer care is extremely outstanding. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a loyal customer. This last visit was for an oil change on the engine and generator. Service is excellent.

The Good: They were able to identify the underlying issue with my recurrent alignment problems, and it appears to have been fixed. They also recommended further steps should this fix not hold. They also have a key drop if you should need to drop off your car during non-business hours. The employees in the shop were friendly. The Not as Good: When I was called to discuss what they found, an upsell was attempted. I was told that my battery had died on them 4 times, and that they noticed corrosion. However, when I expressed this as being strange (considering I have a *not old* larger than required aftermarket battery in my car, and it has been running just fine) it was completely dropped as a subject, rather awkwardly. When I got my car back, it started straight up, and has since. I checked my battery as well, and did not identify any signs of corrosion. I'm not sure if as a young woman I look like an easy "target" or what, (NEWSFLASH: women *can* know about cars, especially their own) but trying to upsell is NOT a good business practice. Women are sick of having to take a "man" everywhere, just to not get this kind of treatment. Overall: Good place to go for alignments, considering they have one of the most sophisticated systems in the area- but make sure you know your car well before you go.

I had a really weird issue with my tail light working sometimes and then completely off at other times. Took my Yukon to Merrill to diagnose. They did a great job, contacted my warranty and did all of the paperwork for me. I picked it up a couple of hours later and haven't had any issues. Good work done quickly, I've had my car in here a few times. Lately I had my A/C serviced and when I brought it home, something still wasn't quite right. They were able to take another look and make sure everything was fixed for what they quoted, no runaround or hassle. That shows a lot of integrity and is something you must appreciate about a business. Prices are slightly higher than smaller shops but the work is warrantied for a few years and the parts they use are high quality.

These guys are amazing!! I brought in our Sprinter RV to talk to them about the tires, alignment, and my suspension. Our rig was running really rough and the tires were wearing uneven. They spent quality time with me understanding our usage of the RV and helped me figure out the right tires, shocks, and performed the front end alignment. Our rig runs so much smoother, it is night and day! I highly recommend this company for any of your RV suspension needs. They will spend the time to explain options to you and get your rig running well. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Merrill Automotive is th best shop in Metro Denver! I've used them for front end suspension repair and alignment Electrical repair and alternator repair. Someone tried to steal catalytic converter they welded th saw cuts of tailpipe and replaced sensors that were cut. Last but not least they welded rebar all th way around both converters. They got me right in to do work. I found them through Costco's auto rewards program which you have over a ovet a 4 star rating. Plus I always get Costco's dicount.

Agree to work on my motorhome engine. Unfortunately they were booked until mid November. I was thrilled to have found a shop that would do it. The only shop in Denver that would out of 42 that I contacted, even the GMC truck dealer would not work on their own vehicle and they sell RV'S. Thank you Merrill Automotive, you will have my business in the future. I ended up doing the top end of a 454 vortec gen 6 myself.

Absolutely amazing! My fiance and I went in early this morning because our pet snake slithered into the dashboard of our car last night. With the weather being as cold as it was, we were extremely concerned he would not make it. However, thanks to Mike, Paul, and Michael, he is alive and well! Not only did they drop what they were doing immediately to handle our emergency. They also assisted us in nursing him back to life. We called many auto shops before contacting them and everyone turned us down. Merrills told us to bring our vehicle in immediately, as they were understanding of our emergency. They were extremely helpful and genuine people who seemed to care immensely about our situation and our little critter. Also, we had them give us a few estimates on some car issues that we've been having. They were LESS THAN HALF of the estimated prices quoted by our last mechanic! It's always hard to know whether or not you're getting an honest and fair opinion at a shop. They were completed by 2:30pm. which was a God sent since we live up in the mountains with a winter storm warning for Tuesday. Merrill was willing to look at the issue, stating that they could probably just adjust the camber bolts, while the other shop wanted to charge me over $440!! Ridiculous & so dishonest! Merrill was only charging me $60 for the inspection, that would be deducted from the alignment cost. Merrill offered amazing customer service, fair prices that felt trustable and I will definitely take all our vehicles there in the future. HIGHLY recommend!! Feels good to know there are HONEST people out there that want to help, while running a fair business! My stepdad took the car to a different shop due to a time constraint, as my nephew really needed to use my car, and Merrill couldn't get it in for a few days.

I needed an alignment on my 99 f250, probably never was aligned since new. Bought the truck in vernal Utah, as soon as I drove the truck I knew it was in need of alignment, I have had Merrill do alignment on other vehicles and know they do great work. I suspected that the whole steering system needed work so wasn't to surprised when it was recommended that the steering needed to have parts replaced. I figured that with 135000 miles on the truck it needed it bad. Thanks to all the great people at Merrill my truck now steers like a new truck

I recently purchased my first RV (1996 Fleetwood Flair 22D) and I had Merrill check it out for general road worthiness. They performed a thorough chassis inspection and identified a few items which needed immediate repair including new front coil springs, ball joints, and rocker arm bushings as well as a damaged radiator housing. Plus they rotated my tires, aligned the wheels, and changed out all my fluids. The suspension work raised the front end of my unit several inches and greatly improved both the handling and steering of my vehicle as well as the ride experience. They scheduled my repairs within just a few days and then performed all the work in a timely fashion for what I consider a reasonable cost. I am very pleased with the results.

This shop is amazing and I recommend it for anyone with a four wheel drive vehicle that needs special attention. After having a shop tell me my Jeep only needed a four wheel alignment, I came to Merrill. Within thirty minutes, they found issues with the long arm bushings leaking, back bushings blown, the bolts on the rear differential dangerously loose, the rear gear box broken, and the rear differential bent. They brought us back to show every issue, discussed why it was dangerous, and explained options for repair. Every single person was extremely knowledgable, kind, and informative. I think these guys do a good job though I don't think it's the same management as it was years ago. Alignments are good and worth their price...which is fairly competitive for the quality. But, check around on other work because their prices for some jobs can be considerably higher than other reputable shops...based on the quote that seems to be mostly in the parts. Still, the gap was really big when I checked with other mechanics and some things they deemed necessary were not agreed upon by other mechanics I had look at it.

I needed alignment. However my ball joints need replacing so I ended up just getting a tire rotation, and an oil change. Charges seemed very reasonable for rv work. I also wanted them to try and figure out why I have a sporadic gas leak at my generator connection. They thought I wanted the gas lines checked. I didn't need this as I had my fuel pump replaced and lines checked a few months ago, and when I explained the miss communication they took the extra 140$ charge off my bill. I was shocked. I've never had a mechanic that I didn't know personally negotiate with me, and if I ever need more rv work in denver I will return. They won me as a customer today.

You will love their throughness and Integrity. My car was hit & classified a total loss, so I was referred here by Wes at Gerber Collission & Glass. He said Mike would help me check a few cars I was considering to make sure they were mechanically sound. Mike always let me know when I could schedule a vehicle in & was extremely knowelgeable. Mike's team spent an hour throughly going through each car I asked them to inspect. They put them on the lift after taking them on test drives & found every little and major thing amiss with each car. He even gave his professional opinion on what was a fair price for each car if I fixed it or a fair price if the seller fixed the problems. They even gave me a referral to a car dealership one of their mechanics bought his used Subaru vehicles at (Rocky Mountain Roos) so I could check out their inventory. And yes, they would have been happy to inspect any of those vehicles for me as well. I felt completely safe in their hands, and that is rare in the car industry.

The short story, Great Customer Service! The long story, I was having problems getting our travel trailer into another axle shop to get the axles straightened or tubes replaced, they kept stringing me along when they could get the trailer in and finally, I looked for someplace else. I called Merrill Axle & Wheel on a Friday morning, I spoke with Mike and he was extremely accommodating and got our travel trailer in the same day. I gave them a deadline for the next week and he said they would meet it without a problem. Over the weekend we decided to go camper shopping and found a dealer that would take our travel trailer as is (hail and tire blow out damage) as a trade. I called Mike on Monday and explained the situation and he completely understood. No work had been done yet, but the trailer sat in their lot taking up space for 2 business days, the other axle shop made it very clear to me that our trailer would be an issue taking up space in their lot, knowing this from the other shop, I would understand if Mike was irritated with me, but he wasn’t. This is the type of service that will keep me coming back, plus they are a full service shop and I will come here to get the oil changed in our diesel truck and while that is being done, WestFax Brewing is only a 15 minute walk to the east.

I recently took MY Jeep there in the first place to have a brake and suspension noise looked at....then Zack CALLED BACK RIGHT AWAY TO SAY I needed a repositioning of my exhaust because it was rubbing on my oil pan and they could not test drive it that way great $100 just for that........ when doing the reposition....they tore the two catalytic converters from the engine manifold then torqued the bolts too tight and which ruined the seals/ripped the gaskets ....they wanted to charge me $500 dollars to put a new exhaust on which they are the ones that caused a check engine light to go which never ever happened before error code p1494 evap leak took to muffler place they fixed it!!! i now have a nice normal sounding jeep like it was before! UPDATE: They made it somewhat right and compensated back the money I paid them to reposition the exhaust but never paid for what I paid to have the mess up fixed so I'll give them 2 stars instead of 1 I feel I should never had to waste time in the first place I'm still out $85

I went to Merrill's because I have had good service in the past. They repaired my manual clutch just fine and they warranty their work. My only question is, "why did someone have to rifled through my console between the two front seats"? Items were found outside of my console and I am missing my supply of car wash quarters.
