Had a large nail in my tire at work. Needed immediate service(16:55) Went to Goodyear Broadway & 20th Spoke to Stan. The next thing I know Luke was done and Matt was putting my tire back on the car. It is now 17:02. God Bless these guys.

The cheapest place for oil change and they also will rotate your tires for free! Make sure to ask them to rotate your tires. They will not otherwise. They are extremely helpful, professional and will check everything that needs to be done on your car but will only give you an estimate for it. And then you can decide later what you want to do.

I can’t speak highly enough about these guys and this Goodyear. They are my go to, number one recommend, if you need anything done on your car. I trust their expertise and problem solving over any other shop because they have frequently solved problems on my car and my family’s cars that no other shop could. My control arm bolt broke and put me in a freaky situation and these guys were so great for going over my remaining bolts and giving me the peace of mind of replacing anything they thought looked odd. They’ve solved problems for us in the past that no one else could so I feel way better having them take that second look for me. Plus they’re just awesome dudes and dudettes, honest and clearly knowledgeable about what they do. 11/10 will recommend them every time!

They squeezed me in to put a tire onto my Rideshare vehicle and get me rolling again on a Saturday! It was a process as I had to tow the car from the other shop as they couldn't get to it until Monday. At both shops, I had very pleasant interactions with the shop managers. This shop really went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I will bring them my regular ride and make certain to mention them to my passengers that need repairs. 🙂

Goodyear? not so much. Good service? Absolutely. Dan has been a huge help over the last year and a half of me having a lemon from the Toyota dealership. So honest and informative. I would go to war for this man. He spent an hour this afternoon informing me why I should and should not consider selling my car. I appreciate his honesty and hard work on this car and would honestly never take a vehicle elsewhere at this point, unless it was a horse ! (I’m sure he can tune those up too)

When I moved to Denver 18 years ago, I was a long time F'Stone customer for my tire and service needs. I went to the F'stone here in Denver and was severely disappointed with their service service quality and customer service, even for a long time card holding client like me. A few months later I needed a new tire so i decided to across the street from them and try Goodyear. I've been a steady customer for my tire needs and service requirements ever since....over 17 years! The manager Stan knows me by name and always treats me tremendously well. In July of 2021, I had the misfortune of getting a large screw embedded into my tire, it was so damaged that the tire had to be replaced, I have a brand new 2020 Hyundai Venue and wanted the exact same tire to match the others, the service manager Daniel went out of his way to locate one out of town and when it arrived installed it rapidly without much of a wait at all. Daniel spend a 1/2 hour on the phone with my tire warranty people to make sure they would pay for the replacement tire. Then 3 weeks later, I ran over a steel blade and it ripped the sidewall of the new tire, such bad luck for me. Again Daniel located me the same tire and replaced it a week later when it arrived going out of his way to get me in when the shop was extremely busy. I highly recommend this Goodyear location in Five Points-Denver, on Broadway and 20th. The personnel are customer oriented, knowledgeable and accommodating. In particular I appreciate the shop manager Stan and the service manager, Daniel.

Staff were friendly and professional. They were even prepared to stay late on a Friday so we could pick up the car after we finished work! Definitely commend them for that. We required large snow tires that had to be ordered out of state as they were out of our size. Staff were prompt at keeping us updated on when the tyres would arrive.

I had a flat tire today. I barely made it to the parking lot of this location. Initially they tried to fill the tire, but I had a hole in the side of it. They were very busy and didn't have time to get me a new tire. However, one of their technicians came out and took the time to change my tire for me with the spare I had. When he was done I offered to pay them and they refused payment! It was so nice to have that bit of unexpected kindness. Thanks for the rescue guys!

Stan is THE MAN! Both me and my mother have been going to see Stan at this same Goodyear for years and not once has he or his team failed us or steered us wrong. Whether it was a simple oil change, flat tire, you name it he’s always given us the best options and kept our new and old car going no matter what. The people who work here are fantastic! I called them up to check on getting my tire repaired. They told me it would take 30 minutes but were able to get it done in 10. The staff so far have been extremely helpful and kind. Last week I had low air pressure in my tires and John got me in right away and immediately took care of the issue. I appreciate the ability of the staff to see me right away or accommodate as best as they can.

I was the first appointment 630am on a Tuesday and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They offered excellent service. My only complaint is I'd scheduled an appointment the day before on their website which showed my time slot was available but the system never scheduled the appointment. I had to make the appointment in person, since I was already onsite.

I seriously love this place. We had a Toyota that would randomly shut down on the road. We had taken that car to several different shops to have it looked at before these guys finally diagnosed it as a failing gas sensor. Seriously saved a good car from the salvage crew. Moreover, they were able to get my car in quickly for snow tires and when they got a little behind on when I needed it by, they made it right by giving me a discount on the cost. I just think they're one of the few places left in the world that still really values their customers. They definitely have my business.

I've been taking my cars here for several years. It's always been good, but lately has gotten even better. The reason is manager Jake Stein, who is smart, professional and courteous. I've seen comments that it's tough to get an appointment, etc. That's not limited to this Goodyear, it's everywhere. The fact is Denver is facing a scarcity of qualified auto mechanics and a rapidly growing population. Given the demand/supply imbalance, these guys do an excellent job of turning cars around as quickly as possible. Have a little patience and you will get great service here.

Just got some new winter tires for my car. They gave me a good price. Usually I find that buying tires online is significantly cheaper than getting them from the shop, but these guys were around, if not under, what the online price would have been. Plus, they were able to get it done sooner. The only reason that this is not a 5 star review is that even with an appointment it still took almost an hour for them to start on my car, and from there it took longer than I was first quoted. Still, they were friendly and it seemed that they were backed up due to one of the machines breaking. I'd strongly recommend this place to a friend. I love the new tires. They make a big difference on ice and snow.

In fact, they're usually trying to help me get the best deal on parts and service and always give me real talk on the situation. These guys are A-Ok in my book.

Went in there with a tire that had a slow leak. To my surprise they said they’d fix it for free. I left the car there on a Sunday since they couldn’t do it right away and I could walk home. It was fixed Monday early afternoon. Great customer service and friendly folks working there. Would definitely go back.

Nice bunch here - pulled in with a bolt in our tire at 530PM rush hour time yesterday with clients in our Towncar to get to the airport ASAP - couldn't fix our flat but immediately slapped our spare tire on and had us back on the road in 20 minutes and we made it to the airport in time. Didn't even charge us. FYI when we pulled into the Firestone across the street the Service Manager there said they wouldn't help us unless we bring the car back in 2 weeks for the flat repair/spare change out and to have a good night. That Firestone location is terrible - they only had maybe 3 cars in the bays and obviously don't care about customers in need.

Always awesome! I've been going to this Goodyear for over 10 years. They always provide great customer service, just do what I ask them to do and don't try to upsell me on anything. I work downtown, so it's nice to just be able to drop my car off in the morning and then pick it up in the afternoon. Stan, Dave and the rest of the team are amazing!

I started going to this five years ago when I compared prices for an oil change (my vehicle only takes synthetic) and Goodyear on Broadway was the cheapest. I've been going back ever since. The biggest issue I face with mechanics is trust, and Goodyear will definitely give it to you straight. Today I brought my truck in to get the brakes checked (it had been 45k mi) and they told me the brakes were fine and I can probably get another 20k miles out of them (I guess pads last longer these days). Music to my ears!

Decent prices, fast service, friendly staff. Rating three stars because I have to wipe down my steering wheel, shifter, and windshield after every oil change. Service staff does not thouroghly clean after they work on a vehicle. The last oil change I got left my car with oil/greese wiped on the front bumper as if someone was cleaning off their hand on the bumper.

The WHOLE TEAM is FANTASTIC! Woke up today (snowstorm) with a dead battery. Not only did Stan save me the price of a tow, he sent one of his team, the awesome Yajaira to jumpstart my truck. Bought tires here in 2015, had a pleasant experience. Recently had road damage to front right tire. Road hazard warranty was honored, no questions asked, 100% of the replacement cost covered. Same day replacement. Stan is the man!

Honest and quick. Original estimate was $134 but for whatever reason my tire didn't need all the work, so the end result was around $30. They were done within 30 mins of me walking in. Will go back.

The manager at this location, Stan, probably has a TCB tattoo because he's always takin' care of business. I just get my oil change here, but they are always timely and Stan is just downright friendly. They give you estimates for other work your vehicle needs, but aren't pushy about it, which is great. Had such a great, stress-free experience here. April was absolutely wonderful to work with, and I watched as she interacted the same, warm, helpful way with every customer she dealt with. They originally could not get my repaired tire back to me for a few days, but got it done next day due to a cancellation. They did an amazing job and I so appreciate how they put the tire back on for me. I will absolutely work with them and April in the future.
