These guys are great! Very customer service oriented. They go out their way to make sure you understand what your options are and then recommend what they suggest. They are also honest! While I was waiting for my tire balance and rotation, a customer came in to buy two new tires. After the customer explained what was wrong, they told her she needed to have something else checked first, that it probably wasn't the tires. How much more honest can you be! I will not be getting my tire service any where else! I highly recommend these guys!

I have a long road trip planned for this weekend and knew that I needed some new tires. I found this place online and checked out the reviews. I drove in and was immediately greeted. The young man was so helpful and checked my tires. He informed me that the two back tires needed replacing immediately in which I knew already. In less than 20 minutes I was leaving with two fairly new tires at a reasonable price!

The prices are fair and reasonable and the quality is very good whether you choose to buy used tires or new ones. They even include a warranty on their used tires.

My brother and I spent the better part of the day calling practically every tire store in Richland & Lexington county. No other store had my size tire in stock, except Tire Kings. I have been going to Tire Kings for the past 4 years for any issues related to my tires. They always have fast service and good prices. At first I thought they only did used tires, but then realized they have great prices on new ones too. I was able to afford an entire set of new tires for my car. Now Im saving up for that new set of rims! I recommend anyone that's on a tight budget to visit them and get fast service for a good price.

Great that they're open on the weekends, and they always have used tires for sale, but they have a bad habit of giving you the busted up ones. If you go back within 30 days with your receipt they'll usually switch it right out for you no extra charge. Gotta watch and make sure they put the center caps and the valve caps back on every time though if that's a thing you care about.

I bought tires and rims from here less than a year ago, they were very friendly and had the best prices in Columbia. Yesterday, I totaled my car. My tires and rims are still in excellent condition so of course I wanted them back. After hours of working to get them off the car, going back and forth to multiple stores trying to find the correct sockets- the owner actually came out to the facility where my car was towed and personally helped us out. Hands down the best customer service I've ever had. These guys know how to run a business. I cannot say enough great things about them!

A friend of mine recommended Tire Kings to me for their tire service. I checked out their reviews here on Google, and the consistant good reviews convinced me to check the place out. I pulled in to the shop's lot, got out, and the guys immediately greeted me. They told me that each tire replaced with a used tire would cost $37. They replaced the tires in about 15 minutes. I spent $75 total. The tires look good, and the car drives well, there is no shaking or pulling. I recommend their tire service, and I will return to them in the future.

Honestly the only tire shop I go to. They are very knowledgeable and always identify the issue with my tires and resolve the issue in a timely manner. The pricing is good. The waiting room is air conditioned and there is a working flat screen tv. I purchased a new set of tires from tire kings that was recommended because they had a warranty against nails. I got a nail in my tire, I took it back to tire kings they put a used tire on my car while they processed the warranty claim, with in a week I had a brand new tire on my car. Thank you tire kings for always being there for my tire needs! I recommend tire kings to all of my friends and family members. 5 stars for sure. Honest and knowledgeable service!

Fast, skilled, friendly, great prices. I drove in on a Sunday morning with a tire that obviously had a nail in it somewhere, and they found it, plugged it, and I was rolling again in 10 minutes. Cost: $7.00. I just finished a 320 mile trip with that tire and it is as good as new. Go here!

I've been coming here for a couple years now and I must say the service is always very quick. I always have a hard time finding my size tires (18's). Today I went in for one tire and end up getting two on my way home I realized I made a mistake on a tire I picked so I called back and spoke to the owner. I explained to him what happened and he told me to come back and he would look at it. When I got there the owner had 2 tires waiting on me has I began to tell him what happened and since it was my fault I would just pay them to remove and replace the tire. He let me pick the tire I wanted and told me not to worry about and he would take care of it. (Saving me from spending another 75.00) Every time I come here the service is good and the guys are always friendly and talk to you about any issue they come across if any! I just wanted to show my appreciation for helping me today and THANK YOU! 😄

WOW! Tire Kings knows a thing or two about customer service. The entire staff has a great attitude and is there to help in any way they can. I purchased some wheels from a friend and needed them mounted and balanced. The guys got it done in less than an hour and had a solution to every question I had. Such a relief to actually surround yourself with professionals that actually know what they are doing !

I bought an older car with no hub caps from my (former) mechanic. I ordered the correct hub caps, but he told me he would have to move the lead weights that balance each tire from the outside to the inside of the tires so he could get my hub caps on, and then re-balance each tire again! Out of the blue, I stopped at Tire Kings just to get a price from them. In less than 5 (yes, five) minutes, Geoff had my hub caps on, never moved a weight and never had to re-balance a tire. Some guys just know what they're doing, or rather don't rip people off!! Total price: $0.00. He wouldn't even take a tip! But he knew my car incense: Nag Champra keeps me mellow! You have to try it! Had a flat today. Roadside service came out and put on my spare, which was rotten and then LEFT ME THERE!!! But all is good. Guess where they're towing me tomorrow? TIRE KINGS, BABY!!

This by far was the best service I could have wished to receive. They were attentive, fast and efficient. They made sure all bases were covered and got me in and out. They know how to spell the word customer as well as the definition! :) They have a waiting room with air conditioning to escape the heat while they work on your vehicle. I saw some reviews on Yahoo that tried to rip into these guys. Yes, it's a rough neighborhood. Yes, they are blue-collared hard-working people. But this is why you can rely on small business; if they sucked, they wouldn't be in business very long. That's the basic truth of it. So this is what they did for me. I came to them with a screw stuck in my tire. He plugged it up- no problem. Guess what, he was considerate enough to recognize my uniform and charge me nothing. And with that, he earned my business. I will always go to him for my tire needs first before going to WalMart or Sears. They may be rough around the edges, but they have honor.

I called all the large tire shops nearby and they all said it would be tomorrow (at 2:00 in the afternoon) before they could plug a tire with a screw in it. It was losing air real bad. I'm a service technician and have no time to wait until tomorrow for a 15 minute fix. I called Tire Kings and they said come on over. I stopped by and 10 minutes later was back on the road. Can't thank these guys enough and would definitely call them again. Very professional shop.

I was in a crunch yesterday morning. on the way to school my tire went flat. I waited for an hour for a place near my house to open, had someone change my tire and on the way to school, passed tire kings. I went in to see if they could plug my tire and within 10 minutes it was done. I thought all the employees were very friendly, helpful and super fast with a great price. A smile says a lot about a character and everyone was happy to serve, even on a cold January morning. Honest, trustworthy shop. A different garage recently told me that I needed 4 new tires. My brother doubted that information, and we took my vehicle here for a second opinion. The guy at Tire Kings said 'Oh, you don't need new tires yet, you've got 9-12 months left on these, the wear indicator isn't even showing yet.' He suggested rotating in the meantime. A less scrupulous business would have just sold me the tires. They didn't, therefore they have my business and I will recommend them highly.

Went to there establishment and inquired about some tires. Even though it's a use tire shop, you should try and get the best for your costumers. Anyway one tire I tried had a bubble showing on the side wall of the tire so they switched it. So the second tire that they try worked but they had trouble with the tire and rim sealing itself. They got it to stop leaking air but two day later it started again and I called them and they say it's not the tire but the rim how is that possible when the same rim has had multiple tires changed from it and this is the one that doesn't seal. I looked at the tire before I got it and the edge of the tire lips had cracks threw them so. better quality used tires could do y'all better.

I called and explained my situation and how I needed a new tire or used tire for Roxy! (My Car) Scion XB lol... And then asked how long would the wait be ..I was told to bring my car now! I got there no hassles just some exchanged words and they told me not worry about it ! I gave them my keys and waited in the proceeded to the waiting room which is very clean with a tv and a camera! hard to find sizes are always in stock. from very common sizes like 235-75-15 or 205-65-15 to rare sizes like 225-40-18 or 19 inch ties that are super expensive to buy new. friendly service and clean waiting room.
