It was about 50 years ago that I first remember my dad going to see Charles at Kar Kare. The honesty and integrity continues as Chuck and his dad, Charles still provide quality, reasonably priced and friendly automotive care. Speaking of “friendly”, I see some reviews where people mention the lady at the front desk as being “unfriendly” or using other less than flattering terms. I believe that the folks writing those reviews should give her a fair chance, realizing that people have different personalities. Just because a person may be quieter or more direct than others doesn’t mean that they aren’t friendly. My interactions with this lady show no evidence of her being unfriendly. Also, I am sure that the Taylor’s would not allow their customers to be treated rudely by any of their employees, whether front desk staff or shop technician. Kar Kare is a top-shelf business and those businesses that reflect the same integrity as they do are few and far between.

My parents started coming to Kar Kare decades and decades ago which made me become a customer as well. I still use them to this day for my personal vehicles and my company's fleet vehicles. I have always gotten top notch service all the way from the techs to the lady at the front desk. Me and my family have never had any issues getting our vehicles completed fast and correct the first time. you don't see much of that anymore. Thanks Kar Kare and your great team!

This place is amazing. Had a rough morning- a tire leak just a couple of hours before a longer drive to airport. After being denied by Firestone, Goodyear, and Midas as they could not promise to get it done within 5 hours, Kar Kare did it under 2 hours and for a much lower price than I was expecting. Chelsea was so kind and saw how stressed out I was. She asked her boss to confirm that they could get it done quickly and he without hesitation said yes. I was referred to this place by a friend who has had multiple very positive experiences with them. Thank you Kar Kare!!! You made my Friday so much better.

This is my favorite place to take my car for tires, air, balance, rotations, and patches. The staff is quick and matter-a-fact while also making sure they give you all of the information you need to make a decision. I also appreciate that they don’t treat me as if I’m stupid because I am a female. Since I bought tires there, they will balance and rotate them for me for free. Won’t take my car any place else.

She made sure all my questions were answered along with my needs and recommended an affordable quality tire for my truck. The front desk woman was swamped and she still was handling everything like a boss. Difficult to find hard workers nowadays and especially difficult when customers can be so rude and nasty. First experience was fantastic! Very nice and unpretentious atmosphere. They seem to be honest and wholesome people. Besides the usual tire balance and rotation, they could've got me for bent rim but put an extra weight on it and told me if it was still a problem, we may have to go that route. It rolls smooth and didn't cost any extra. I think I've found me a new tire case center. And for the cherry on top, they're locally owned. I'm very happy! I'll update on my next visit.

I typically go here for tire and brakes because it is close to work. Read this twice: These are the kindest, most salt of the are the people with whom you will do business! I am not an overly spiritual person, but they keep the Bible out in their store and it isn't for show, it is their singular operating philosophy and will keep me coming back for all of my auto repair business. We went there to ask if they have a used tire for our kia sorento because one of our tire has nail in it. They look at it first and not even long its fixed. When we went to goodyear they said they cant patch it so we need a new tire and it will cost us $180 for it includes the installation. Good thing we didnt bought the tire. It really saves us money. kar Kare people are really honest and I reccomend it for everyone.
