I called about 20 places before calling here and every single one said they were booked for up to 2 weeks out and I even had a place tell me $50 per tire for them to Install it lmao... Then luckily I remembered that tire warehouse did my tires last time and I called and they got me right in for a lot cheaper then other places. I have only been here for 15 minutes so far an bam I'm almost out of here . 5 out of 5 stars because they were nice on the phone and in person and very time efficient thank you for the help 🙏 👍👍👍

Fast, courteous and free. I was about to drive across the country and noticed a slow leak from one of my tires. I called Tire Warehouse at the end of the day. They had me bring it up and got me right in and fixed it in about twenty minutes. This was on a Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. To top it off, they said this is on the house, just drive save. These guys are great. Highly recommended.

The shelbourne road location is critically understaffed and it's unfair that the workload at this location is by far too much for one tire tech and one employee who's still getting training. The guys are great and clearly do their best to get the work done and be courteous and accommodating to us customers but ideally this building needs to pause and possibly close for awhile to hire adequate staff. Perhaps paying your techs better would allow less turnaround and prevent employees from getting burnt out and leaving. Just a suggestion. My tires are great and these current few guys there are excellent at what they do, but they need help.

I love the staff! I have issues with my car so I visit them every other month! They do amazing work, with honesty and integrity! I will never go anywhere else tires and rotation! The length they are willing to go for customers like me isn't seen anymore!!

They were able to get me right in and provide two new tires, unlike Costco, where they said I could make an appointment for next week. I had just told the salesman I was in a jam because I had a blowout, was driving on a donut, and still had 4-6 hours to drive today, on my way to Chicago. The mechanic at Tire Warehouse also let me know that the donut spare had dry rot on the side of the tire, and though they couldn't sell me one, I should get it replaced as soon as possible. I was in, out, and on my way in under an hour.

Couldn't be happier! They got me in on short notice and had the tires mounted and balanced in no time. They even helped me get set up with new lug nuts that fit the wheels. Whoever was there working on 2/29 at around 11 are both great guys to deal with! If I didn't live so far away I'd be a regular here

Our rental car has a punctured tire and we are driving all over New England. I came in half hour before closing on Friday and the nice couple not only fixed my tire, they did it for a very reasonable price and in about 20 minutes. Absolutely saved our vacation! Without their help, we may have been stuck with a dud rear tire with many highway miles to drive. Not ideal when you have a four year old! Speaking of, we even found entertainment rolling the old rental car tire around as a game. Suffice it to say, we are not even from here and would recommend this service for their quick action to help us and solve our problem. For car renters, always beware of shoddy tires that come with the car. In the “walk around” when they check the body for damage, you should insist on checking the tires too for tread or cracking. This tire had been through repair before as we saw the patch on the inside. A good idea is to always bring a tire pressure gage with you while traveling if you plan on renting a car as well.

I had a flat tire close to their closing time. I called and the woman who answered the phone was friendly and assured me I could stop in close to closing time & she would help me. When I got there she and the other employee were very friendly and patient. Turned out they were father & daughter. I assumed they’d try to sell me a new tire. But instead she took her time investigating what the issue was. She fixed my tire, then they put my fixed tire & the spare back on my car & also explained why the regular tire lug nuts shouldn’t be used on the spare. (the spare tire lug nuts should have been used). Anyway, I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so positive. I highly recommend this shop! Many thanks to this Dad & Daughter team!

When I scheduled my visit via your website I clearly stated that I needed new tires and an alignment. When I arrived for the appointment the lady told me that the store did not have the equipment to do alignments and that she had never done an alignment and that alignments weren't necessary after installing new tires. She then scheduled an alignment at one of your other stores for five days later, which would have had me driving for five days on new tires in a vehicle that was badly misaligned. Luckily, I was able to find another place to do the alignment the following day. Had anyone informed me that I needed to schedule my services at one of your other stores in order to have the job done right I would have happily done so. If you aren't reading new customer scheduling comments then you have serious management issues, which I don't have time in my busy life to compensate for.

These guys are the best. My dealership made me think I had a dent in my rim and would need to buy an expensive new rim. The team at Tire Warehouse showed me that the dealership didn't mount my tire Properly. They showed me my rim and there was no issue. They mounted my tire and I was on my way. I'm going to have them remount the other 3 tires. Tired of adding air all the time. These guys were great and taught me about my tire care in the process. Thank you guys

Dreaded flat tire on vacation on a Saturday afternoon. Called warehouse tire and was able to spare tire it to their facility and had it fixed and back on the road in 15mins. Great service, great price and extremely helpful. Even helped me return the spare to its storage position.

Got a flat a 3pm on a Sunday. After calling a few closer places that just wanted to sell a tire, I called these guys. They said to stop by and they would see what they could do! I got a flat tire last night and was told this morning by a different company that I would have to wait "over an hour" for them to run a diagnosis. so, I called up Tire Warehouse and they told me they would take a look for me and get me back on the road ASAP. they did just that! on top of their quick and thorough approach, they were extremely kind and explained the issue, fixed it within ten minutes, and had me on my way with a smile and a grateful heart. extraordinarily kind and helpful- give them a look next time for all your tire needs :)

I had a really great experience here. My vehicle had been running low on air. I had stopped by Tire Warehouse twice before, and they were happy to put air in it for me. When I finally came in to get it patched up not only was it fast, but they did it for me at no charge. I just thought that was so nice and it really made my day. I had a great experience stopping here on 08/03/18 after my vehicle had begun showing signs of tire issues while on a cross country road trip. I chose this tire shop for it being nearby and having great reviews - and it didn't disappoint! I wish I could recall the person's name that helped me in the office but when it was clear that I needed a couple new tires, I feel that he was very helpful in his recommendations, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need (which I greatly appreciate) and they helped me very quickly to get me back on the road safe and secure. Great fast service, called not knowing if they'd be able to get my car in that day, was able to go in immediately and had my car back in under 20 minutes. That said wouldn't have even minded if I had to wait, there's two huge aquariums with some pretty neat little creatures in the waiting room to distract you/occupy the time!

Had a nail in one of my tiers, Tire ware house was open on Sunday and very fast in patching the flat tire (took less than 15 minutes). My only regret was they charged $20 for balancing the tires. When i asked them if balancing the tire was done, the guy at the counter replied that it was not needed. I would have given a good tip for doing the job quickly, but felt bad that they charged me for something that was not needed and was not done.

I will recommend this place. I got a nail on the tire and the friendly lady in front desk scheduled the time for me to come in and quickly patched it for me. When all is done she said you are all set and donot worry about it and charged me nothing. This was surprising to me as it cost usually 30+ buck. They are great and I will for sure to come back to replace my future tires when needed.

This place is great! I accidentally told them the wrong tire size which the ordered for me personally. Once they realized the tires were the wrong size they told me that they had my actual size in stock but that they were about $200 more expensive. Rather than getting annoyed with me for making a very stupid mistake, they kindly offered to sell me the new tires at a $200 discount which made them the same price as the size that I ordered. I was blown away by their generosity, and it doesn't hurt that they changed my tires in 30 minutes flat.

The team at tire warehouse goes above and beyond! I had a flat tire that my friend and I tried to change ourselves but kept failing due to a few variables. I called the office, explained the situation, and they sent out one of their technicians to help me (this is not a service they normally provide)! To top it off they did not charge for a tire repair but simply asked for a tip. (Also no charge on sending a tech out). Feeling so grateful for the service, I happily tipped both of the guys who helped me get my car in good shape. Tire Warehouse is my number one choice. Thank you!

Thank you Dylan and the crew went this morning my air light was on in my wife's truck and the back right tire had a cut in the sidewalk Dylan ordered me a tire this morning and light nuts for my car within a few hours he called me and said my tire and light nuts were there I asked could he do my tire today he said sure got there pulled right in he studded the new tire put it on my truck he made sure all my sensors were working correctly within 15 minutes everything was done and my air pressure light is off. I recommend everyone take their vehicles to him and his crew. Thank you Dylan and crew!!

Tyler, (the head tech/manager?) has been amazing to work with from the first time I called! A few weeks ago when I get my winter tires put on (at a different garage) my low tire pressure light came on. I called Tire Warehouse during their BUSIEST TIME and tyler fit me in no questions asked. Fast forward to two weeks later I have another flat tire so I give him a call today and gets me in and out in under a half hour. So thankful for their service and will continue to spread the word and use their service!!

Had a nail in my tire for the first time in 17 years. I've gotten my tires here for my past two cars - so I gave them a buzz to see what they thought. Didn't even have to make a reservation, spoke to Joe who told me to swing through. 30 minutes later I was rolling out with a not-deflating tire. Joe was personable, friendly, and happy to help - and seemed knowable (if not excited) about the advances in tire patch technology. Who knew. :)

The website is easy to navigate to see what tires are available for purchase and to make an appointment. There is free-wifi on site. Just be ready for the smell of some tires when sitting there. :)

These people are the friendliest you'll ever meet. I was studying for an exam while waiting for my winter tires to be put on and they offered to bring out a table for me! They clearly go out of their way to treat you as best they can. They also upgraded my tire purchase for free because they only managed to acquire 3 of the brand I'd ordered instead of 4. 10/10, I would strongly recommend this business!

UPDATE: Thank you to Dylan for calling me today and resolving this situation. It sounds like it was a perfect storm of missed communication during a staff transition. UPDATE: I have still not had this issue resolved, and customer service does not return my phone calls. One of the worst experiences I've had with customer service problems. TLDR: they kept 2 of my regular tires and are giving me the runaround on fixing the problem. I had my winter tires changed on 11/12. I asked to keep my regular tires. When I got home I discovered they only gave back 2 of my tires. I called that night and they said they’d find them and put them aside. Showed up the next day, guy at the counter had no clue about it, took my info down and said he’d call back with my tires or would replace them. 2 weeks pass and I hear nothing, and they don’t answer the phone. (i called several times every day) Finally got through and they said the same thing. Still haven’t received a call and I can’t get through on the phone. This is totally bogus at this point. Admit you can’t find the tires and “fix the problem” as promised multiple times!

I was extremely satisfied with the Tire Warehouse service. I'm 77, and upon turning my car into a parking lot, hit the curb and blew my tire. My daughter-in-law drove me to Tire Warehouse and because it was a slower part of the day they went to the parking lot and changed the tire to the spare. Within 45 min. I had a new tire and was on the road again.

Once again I have to the pleasure to report excellent and economical service at Tire Warehouse. Joe took the time to understand what was up with my tires (my regular mechanic had swapped out my winter tires for my summer ones, and had forgotten to check the weights or balance my tires at all) Joe and his staff made it right for me in under 20 minutes, simultaneously helping other customers and answering the phone! The whole time Joe was cracking jokes with us and charming my eccentric mom, gving her the rundown on the way Tire Warehouse works. Everyone in the shop was super nice and my tires are now in top notch shape! I won't go anywhere else for anything tire related. They go way out of their way for you, and match the lowest price in town. Joe is a great guy, and so are the techs working for him!

I got a flat tire travelling from Boston to Burlington this weekend and by chance called Tire Warehouse first to see if they could replace my tire. It turned out that the person who put the temporary spare tire on my car put two of the wheel studs on incorrectly and they had to be broken off in order to replace the tire. The wheel itself was also bent. The staff at Tire Warehouse absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that I was about to get back on the road and home to Boston safely. They also gave me advice on how to take care of the wheel when I got home. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Tire Warehouse.

This is the third time I've dealt with this business and every time they are polite and fast working. I feel their prices are fair and they do their job as expected and sometimes even do more than expected. Also, in the time I've spent in their waiting room, they usually only have two guys working the phones and they are constantly ringing. The two representatives always are very polite and do a great job of taking care of the people in the waiting area as well as those on the phones. If you call and can't get through it's because they are busy doing an awesome job, not because they are ignoring you... FYI.

I stopped in here because I suddenly discovered that one of my tires was low right as I was leaving for a 5 hour drive. They resolved the issue within an hour- turns out it was just a bad stem valve. What I thought was going to be an expensive repair only cost me 24 bucks. Amazingly friendly staff. Glad I chose to go with them!

Always great service at a good price & near several restaurants as an option to wait out the tire change. I've been using there services since the mid-ninties. It's worth checking their website for deals and coupons; I have saved $50 several times with the buy four tires and get $50 off and make sure to bring the printed coupon or you won't get the savings.

I had an unbelievable experience here this week. I stopped in to pay for a set of tires. While I was there the crew informed me I had a potentially serious condition. This place is hectic and seems like it could be run a little better, but I would recommend it based on my experience. I brought in a flat tire and they patched it, but the patch failed within 20 miles of driving. I brought the tire back and I was really disappointed. Instead of re-patching, they gave me a brand new tire for no charge. Thanks for making this right.

We travelled to Montpelier from out of state for Christmas. We were unprepared for the Vermont icy roads. The super staff at Tire Warehouse put snow tires on our truck, very last minute and even gave us a discount. They were really friendly and had our snow tires on within an hour of stopping in. I never write reviews, but had to make an exception here. I've been to this location several times over the past couple of years and had excellent service each and every time. The manager of this location is polite and extremely friendly... and they'll match or beat prices from other shops. This is the only place I'll go for tires from here on out.

Literally just left this place. Was visiting burlington and got a flat. Have an AWD car so potentially had to replace all four tires. Staff saw me right away. Mike, Dan, and Chris have gone out of their way to help me. Yesterday afternoon my daughter who was visiting from New Hampshire found a low tire and we found a nail in it just as she was getting ready to leave. My road trip took me to Vermont with a flat tire. I had it changed somewhere (not at tire warehouse) and noticed after that my car was shaking and tilting to the left. The place that changed it said it was like that because of me and it’s my fault etc... anyway I felt defeated and left for New York City with a newly shaking car. On my way out I saw tire warehouse and figured what the heck, let’s see what they say. The gentleman who I spoke to told me within seconds that he would help me, got to work within a minute and without even hesitating put on a tire on the other side as the problem was the other tire. Long story short, this guy gave me a working tire and put it on for me without asking me for anything in return. This kind of thing has never ever happened. Great prices. Friendly helpful staff... however there is very little parking at the shelburne road location. Definitely using this business again, but probably a different location if they are busy. To be fair and honest, i went here when there was a rush to get snow tires put on, and the lack of parking made it a nitemare to get out of there after the service was done. If they arent busy, i would use this location again. If busy, i would use a different location of this business.
