Our car battery died at a store close to Tire Choice. They were fantastic and drove to our location, jumped our battery so we could drive to their shop, tested the battery (confirmed it was dead), put in a new one, and had us back on the road- all in less than an hour! They even put more air in my tires. Definitely 5 STAR service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

While I disliked this store when it was the former Miracle Tire I ended up trying them again and had a good experience (Miracle Tire constantly recommended changing my ball joints when the entire front end including ball joints had literally been changed a few months prior.) Now they are Tire Choice and were very easy to work with. They were the only store in town that could get the tire I wanted the next day. They were a few hundred higher originally, but I told them other shops were lower and they offered to not just match, but beat the price of the other shops. Dropped truck of next day, got the tires, on easy. Great communication, no pressure, and great service.

Amazing service from Shane! Had to have some warranty work paid for by Carmax and tire choice was where they sent me. Never felt up sold, finished the work promptly, and Shane had excellent customer service. Thoroughly explained the extra coverage on tires and made the process a breeze!!

Cameron was very quick to help.. same evening, in fact. He sent Will out to my home to assess my flat tire that did indeed have a hole in it. He was unable to retrieve my spare from under my Yukon but made the necessary arrangements to get me back up and running. Cameron is a pretty straight forward guy. He comes across wanting and willing to help. These reviews that are out there for companies such as this are looked at and taken into consideration. Try this company out. See for yourself. First of all, Saturday morning and I was in and out in less than an hour with no appointment, bangin'! I hate waiting. The staff is helpful and make reasonable recommendations which is nice, but I dont feel pressured so that is even better. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The service is affordable and consistent which is what makes this my go-to place even though I moved farther from this area of town.

I had an appointment at tire choice this morning at 10:00. I was over an hour late and was pleased to know that the fellas would still fit me in. Shane was very pleasant and respectful and assured me that they would take good care of my car. It was noticable that the guys in the shop were working hard and diligently. While waiting on the lobby the lobby was very clean and presentable. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely continue to use tire choice as my main car maintenance service. The staff at Tire Choice were very friendly and helpful with my A/C recharge. The cost was very reasonable and the total amount was discussed prior to any work being completed. No hidden "service charges" or surprise add-ons at the end, which is always appreciated. The staff was knowledgeable and quick with the recharge and leak repair. I stopped to ask them to check my tier pressure. A gentleman came right and did so, the back left tier was my big concern. He found a big nail in the tier, he said he could patch it up. But it would be a bit, I told him that would be great. That I wanted to make sure my car was safe for my husband and son going out of town. They had us in and out so fast. I'm so glad I stopped. I will definitely recommend them.

Edit: assistant manager waited on me today. Much better manners then yesterday's counter-representative. I was done in 15 minutes and he took the time to explain their services and exchange a little chat without the snarkiness of yesterday. I'm adding two stars. All I ask is to be treated with dignity. Not super friendly and don't mistake the Goodyear sign as being part of the business. Hopefully, after my appointment tomorrow, I can add another star or two.

I was visiting my sister out of town and one of my transmission modules went out a few hours before I was scheduled to head home - on the Saturday before Memorial Day. Every other shop was slammed and could not even look at the car until the following Tuesday - not only did Tire Choice fix the issue, I was out of there in less than 2 hours. GREAT JOB!

After going to 3 different tire shops in Boise starting at 7:30am, Tire Choice was the first to not turn me away. I had a slow leak in my tire from a screw. All I needed was a patch & plug. The gentleman at the front desk said they’d work me in but the scheduled appointments will have to come first. I was totally cool with that. I geared up to hangout for at least an hour or more. TWENTY MINUTES LATER my tire was patched and ready to go. What?! I was floored!!! After being told “we won’t have time today” from three different places Tire Choice had me in-and-out in under 30 minutes! Thank you guys for turning my day around and making it so easy!! I will be buying my tires here from now on because of the customer service!

I also got to meet the mechanic Josh. Quite expensive right before Christmas but happy with results. Trust is earned and I feel they’ve earned mine.

Our van broke down near Boise on the way home from a long road trip and Tire Choice was thankfully open that Sunday. They were so incredibly helpful! They even let us borrow their truck to get to our hotel for the night. If that's not "giving the shirt off your own back" service, I don't know what is. They fixed everything we needed and got us back on the road. We're so grateful we found this place and the amazing people who helped us make it home.

I needed my tires replaced and realigned immediately and these guys were the only ones open nearby on a Sunday. The assistant manager Forrest was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. Superior Tire and Service took great care of my husband and I. We were having car troubles on Sunday and Forest talked to us on the phone 30 minutes before their closing time and assured us we could bring in our car that same day. We left it there over night and my husband received a call back from them early Monday morning after Charlie had taken a look at it. Charlie talked to my husband a few times during the day and gave us a great deal. We compared to other locations around town and their prices didn’t compete with Superior Tire. Late Monday afternoon we went in and met with Forest and Charlie and they were so kind. Put us at ease and assured us that our car would be as good as new once all the repairs were completed. Great place!

I've had work done by Tirechoice at 2 of their locations. They don't just do tires so if you have any other automotive needs make sure you check them out. I've lived here since 1999 and this is by far the best car service place I've found. 10 stars / outstanding service everytime

I've been going to this location of Miracle Tire for several years now. They have excellent customer service and most of the employees in the office recognize me when I get there. Yesterday I made an appointment to get my rims and tires put on that I bought outside of them. They gave me a quote, a very fair deal, and then when I got there they had found a way to save me money. Then I didn't have my credit card on me. No problem they were able to look up my account number and take care of it. I bet all the Miracle Tire locations have great people but these guys are awesome!!! I'll keep coming here as long as they're here!! Thanks again!!

Great store with an incredible manager. I mean incredible! Their pricing is lower than anywhere I've been to yet! I got a set of snow tires mounted and he explained it took a little longer than the estimated time because he had to work a little more with them to make sure they were perfect. He emphasized that he cares for his customers and it really showed. The price was even lower than he quoted, due to some unforeseen technical difficulties. Being mechanically inclined and working on my own vehicles, outside of tires, I would and will recommend this store to any strangers and my own family. I will never go anywhere else from now on and that is the truth. So thank you Charlie. I appreciate you.

Awesome customer service. They have taken care of me three times now and I never feel like they are pressing me to get the more expensive tires, I give them my budget and they work with it. They always finish quickly and I never go long without a vehicle. Honest business and positive customer service agents. I had a new crack in my window that I didn’t notice until the last time they worked on my car. They offered to take care of it but I found out when my boyfriend drove it on the interstate it happened before I took it in to them. I ended up taking care of it myself of Course but I appreciated that they wanted to help even though they didn’t have to.

Originally they were going to be unable to guarantee service until the following day, but the gentlemen who were working pulled it into the shop to take a look, saw that it was a quick fix, and took care of it for me in less than 20 minutes! Let's be honest. No one wants to spend time and money at a tire shop, especially unexpectedly. It's probably a good thing I was alone in the parking lot at the grocery store when I found my flat tire because I said some things that would have pearl owners clutching them in horror. And I was also less than thrilled to hear I needed new tires. Of course I questioned it, so Forrest took me back and showed me what they found. It was hard to argue with what was right in front of my face. And it turns out they were right; the old tires had degraded so gradually I didn't notice, but once I drove away with the new ones on I was amazed I didn't lose control of the car before. Between Forrest and Charlie in the lobby, I couldn't help overhearing their banter back and forth in the brief windows of time there wasn't a customer needing their attention. And that banter made it worth spending time waiting for my car to be worked on. While they stayed professional, they're also hilarious and kept me quite entertained. The work done on the car was also top notch, and they didn't even think about pressuring me into paying for extra things I didn't need. I got to watch them deal with other customers this afternoon and can say they go out of their way to be transparent and fair. If it's a service they provide, I'll be using them for it in the future.

I had my rotors and brakes done here. The customer service was excellent! They took the time to explain what needed to be done and showed me the wear and tear on the rotors and brakes, proving the work needed to be done. Fantastic customer service. I was on a road trip and my brakes started making noises, so I stopped in for a free inspection. It was determined my front brakes needed replaced. After post inspection they also realized my brake caliper needed fixed. This happened just after closing time. Everyone said they were willing to stay late and make sure my car was fixed so I could get back on the road. I even offered to come back the next day, but they said they were willing to stay late to make sure I get back on the road. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. 5 stars is not enough! Forest at the front desk and Charlie were awesome today! Best experience I've had working with an auto shop. My wife and I are trying to get through this last semester of school with one vehicle and this awesome group of people are making it happen. Within the day we will have our car back on the road and be back to business as usual, as anyone would hope. Also, Forest at the front desk is a nice young man and makes a great team with Charlie. Such a blessing! Both being open on a Sunday, and also the service is awesome!! Forrest is excellent. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Quickly identified the problem (my battery died and the lights kept dimming... new alternator) and explained what was going on and how everything was supposed to be working. Pricing is always a pain with repairs, especially emergencies, but I highly recommend this store. I am so grateful to this store and technicians for saving me.

Went in to get brakes done, however upon inspection, they found I needed wheel bearings and a tie rod as well. Instead of just calling me on the phone to get approval, they invited me down to the shop to look at it myself before moving forward. I like the transparency with no secrets or gimmicks. It's alright, everyone there is super friendly and they're very decently priced when it comes to oil and tire services. If you're there to handle any of those basics this place is for you, outside of that however, and they'll charge quite a hefty amount for a simple consultation. And they will point out every small flaw in your car. I don't have a problem with the people, on the contrary I really like them, I just have a feeling the company Goodyear probably forces them to handle car maintenance in a way that forces the workers to overcharge.. In reality I'd rate this 3.5, but a 3 feels like an insult to the people who work there so I'm giving it a 4. Thank you sincerely for your service.

Superior Tire did an excellent job finding new tires for my husband's truck. They were a rare and expensive model, but the crew there found them for much cheaper (seriously hundreds cheaper) than some of the other tire stores quoted us. In addition, they ordered them quickly and installed them flawlessly, getting my husband back on the road as soon as possible. I drove over a curb in the parking lot and messed up my tire pretty badly. The store manager Charlie Organista was very helpful. My tires were an odd size that was hard to get so I had to get a tire that was a little larger than my others. He suggested I get at least 2 tires. He was concerned about safety so he worked hard to get me 4 tires for about the price of 2. He gave me 4 tires and an alignment for a price I could afford. I will definitely go back again and would highly recommend this Superior Tires!

The guys here are great. As they were changing my tires the tire sensor broke. Getting a new one that was compatible with my car turned out to be a big hassle. They did everything they could to make it up to me, without a charge for a new sensor. Now I’m here for a tire repair. I called and they were able to get my car in in about 20 minutes. I noticed a leak in my break system yesterday. I've recently move and their shop is really close to home so I figured I give them a try. Charlie the store manager was extremely helpful. No bs on what was wrong. I already knew the problem. He was able to find the parts I need and gave me good time line on the repair. I bought a new set of tires for an older vehicle that has not had power steering since I’ve owned it. Driving off Goodyear’s lot, I could have sworn the vehicle had full power steering. The guys at Goodyear always treat me well. They offer courtesy rides if I don't have other transportation while my vehicle is receiving care. They also offer some good financing deals if needed. This is the second set of tires I have purchased from them; I get great service and feel they are straight forward and honest with me about what I need and the products they offer. Would recommend.

Whether you need tires, an oil change, or major repair work, this is the place to go. I've taken all of my vehicles here for the past ten years, and have never had a problem. Mechanics are top notch, and the service advisors Bob or Rick are great. The manager Jerry is knowledgeable, friendly, and demands that service is done right. They are all great people, and will treat you right, and get the job done!

Jason was the only mechanic working at the time with all the cars on the lot he worked hard and fast to make sure your visit was quick as possible. My husband and I have taken our cars here for years. The staff is always kind and super helpful and always manage to squeeze us in for a service when we are in a pinch (which, let’s face it, is always). Today I left my credit card at home when I went to go pick up the car. I kind of started to panic and was saying I could leave collateral (I had my puppy with me so at least it would have been good company) so I could go grab it. Had a lot of work done. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Service was fantastic! Highly recommend these folks over other chain tire stores. Prices were very fair for high quality Goodyear tires. Even fixed our broken parking brake that is a common problem on Chrysler Town and Country vans. Top notch!

We had a slow leak in a tire on our RV rental, and this was one of the few tire places open on a Sunday. I was able to get my vehicle looked at within two hours of calling. The manager was very friendly and genuine. After getting the subject tire off, they found that they were not able to repair it (due to the location of the screw/hole in the tire, which they showed me was partially on the side wall. However, they put on my spare tire and charged me nothing for their work and time. I highly recommend.

Charlie and Forrest are killing it here! Was advised over the phone he will get started on the car immediately when I got there but as soon as I did, it got busy... But true to his word, Charlie said right as the first car is finished he would get mine on the racks and work on it immediately. Would have been a 2 hour wait but he got me out of there within 30 minutes of showing up! Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone who needs anything done to their tires.

The gentleman at the counter his name was Charlie looked like he was by himself that day and very busy. People in front of him phone ringing ect. To me anyone else would have gone crazy. The entire time Charlie was smiling and was very professional and very helpful. When I got to the counter he greatly apologized for the short wait and asked me a question that I never heard. He asked how can i be your hero today. I laughed and said need some tire prices. Within minutes he has several options for me a good better and best option. Even though I did not buy today I assure you from what I saw today I will go nowhere else. Along with the great service the waiting area was super clean and friendly. I came here to get my transmission flushed on my Subaru Forrester and to have them check everything else out before I left on a trip. They did an excellent job, Christian was very professional and went over everything that my vehicle needed, let me know what was a safety concern and what would need done in the near future but not right away. Took our vehicle in around 2:00 PM for a simple $20 oil change, after being told it would take an hour and a half we made an appointment for 4:30, arriving 10 minutes early, our vehicle wasn’t ready until after 5:50. Longer than the time we were told we could avoid by making an appointment. Staff told us 5 minutes left, and after that, 15 minutes left, still another 30. Won’t be coming here again ... Edit: After a day, the folks over at Goodyear gave us a full refund and were very apologetic. Very glad to be able to leave a positive review :)

Jerry and Christian at Superior Tire are the only guys I trust with my cars. I have 5 cars in my family spread out between me and 4 teenagers, so it seems like I always have something in the shop. Jerry always helps me find the best avenue that is affordable, and doesn't try to make unnecessary repairs. My daughter recently slid in the snow and hit a curb with her Acura TSX and really did some front end damage. At first we thought we'd need new control arms, struts and a very pricey steering part. After they got it all apart they realized it could be aligned without having to replace the steering part or the upper control arm. BUT, because the manager responded (professionally) to each (old) review in the last 7 months explaining the change of business owners, I felt fairly confident to give them my business. Not only were they upfront with the prices on the phone, but all persons I came in contact with were friendly, professional and humerous. I came in with a coupon for a transmission service (filter, etc) for my truck, which they honored and stood by their price without attempting any kind of price additions or back end deals. After being made aware after purchasing a car through some family that there was a small leak in the gas line which was causing a gas smell in the car. We took out car to the good year on fairview and five miles, they fit us in last minute and stayed an hour late. They did our diagnostic and come to find out the wrong hose was used and the gas was eating through it, which caused the leak and the excessive gas smell. They IMMEDIATELY called and ordered the parts and had them brought over to fix the issue, they didn't want us leaving until it was fixed because they said in this heat at any moment the car could catch on fire. They not only deducted our diagnostic fee of our bill but cared enough for mine and my family's safety to stay late and fix the issue. Thank you so so much for all your help. Citizens of the internet, lend me your eyes because I NEVER write internet reviews. Who has the time in this day and age? Yet, here I am and here you are reading this. Today, I'm going to lay out a tale of fantastic customer service. You think that you know what customer service is, but you don't because you haven't met Rick at Miracle Tire and Total Car Care specifically on Fairview Ave. I don't know Rick's last name, but that's alright, because I feel like all the coolest people in the world can be known by just one name. This man's one name is Rick. When I called Rick yesterday afternoon, heading into evening, my tire was completely shredded. I'm talking off the rim, had more holes in it than the series "Lost", and about as useless as a reboot would be. I'll be honest, my tires were more bald than what Trump has under that bad toupee so it was only a matter of time before one of them blew. Yesterday was that time. I was driving 50 at the time my tire blew out, so I was sent screaming down the street as the actual tire released from the rim and I wasn't sure which was making the more noise, the screams of terror echoing in my head or the sound of a metal rim scraping down the pavement. Luckily I was able to pull into a parking lot that was completely empty and as far as I know, I'm still alive. So after work, phone in hand, I called Miracle Tire and Total Car Care. I was looking for Goodyear cuz that is what my friend suggested and what can I say, I'm a pushover. What I got was an even better year. Rick at Miracle Tire and Total Car Care. So, I wasn't at my car at the time, so I couldn't tell my man Rick what kind of tires I had. He took it in stride, he was a swell individual, speaking with such a warm and friendly tone, I am sure his voice is made out of a grandma's sweater, but I have no proof. The next day I headed in, now I tend to leave a memorable impression on people (especially regarding the fact I made myself look like an idiot) and lo and behold, Rick remembered me. He smiled and told me he'd get my tire fixed and even checked the rim which had been scraped up by, ya know, being driven on. It was fine (Praise the Lord! SERIOUSLY!). I then waited to get my tire fixed. Now I did have to wait awhile, but that's because there were a few hiccups. I initially went in to buy one tire, but Rick did this thing with his face that parents do when their child is making the wrong decision and told me he suggested me getting two. Now, I'm a baller on a budget trying to pay off my student loans, but I knew it was a good idea. I trusted Rick and said I'd get two. So two it was. There were some other issues, but I feel like you may be getting the idea that Rick is not hardcore, but let me tell you this guy is TOTALLY hardcore. He may have the calming voice that's like putting on grandma's sweater, but he's got sass and uses the power which you only see Dad's use when they are kicking out their daughters scumbag boyfriend. Honestly, if this man isn't a father, I'll print out this review and eat it because oh my gosh, seriously, how could he not be? Someone was trying to get me to buy four tires, which in all fairness is something I should do as soon as possible but isn't needed right now. Rick understood that I was on a tight budget and trying to squeak by (with safety of course) and I won't post what he said to the guy but let me tell you, it was so legit and sassy, that I feel like a chorus of people should have gone "OOOOOOHHHHHH!" behind him. No curse words, no yelling, just one simple amazing statement that you only hear the awesome hero utter before he punches out the lights of the bad guy and saves the day. Not all heroes wear capes, sometimes they work at tire stores. So TL;DR: Rick is awesome, give him a raise or promotion, and my car is back in driving condition. BOOM!

I had a flat used tire on my car, In fact all four tires are used. Thinking I should purchase four new tires, the employee helping me had all four tires examined. Believe it or not three of four tires are in good condition. Another employee fixed my flat tire aired it up and remounted it for me. I offered to pay them for their time service and the repair. But to my surprise they said no charge necessary handed me my keys then told me to have a nice day.
