We had an appointment but have specialty tires for our BMW. They had to get the tires from another store. Everything was done and good to go in about two hours! Les Schwab is always available to help when you have their tires. Roadside assistance has helped me out all over from Oregon, Idaho and Utah!

I have the worst tire luck and frequently get slow leaks due to nails I've unknowingly run over, and I always come to the Jefferson Les Schwab. They will take you without an appointment and if the tire is capable of being patched they will do it for free. You don't even have to had purchased your tires there, which is amazing considering the lack of customer service at most places these days. They really feel more like a mom and pop place that cares about their neighbors and helps out for no other reason than just to help out. This time my tire was attacked by a rock the size of Gibraltar and could not be saved, but instead of trying to sell me on replacing all my tires (only 14000 miles on them so still in good shape) the tech, Nick, was awesome and found a gently used tire that exactly matched the ones currently on, even the wear level. The fact they happened to have a tire that perfectly matched may have been a bit of good luck, but that doesn't take away from the fact that Nick checked in the first place and presented me with the option. I can't recommend Les Schwab on Jefferson enough and when I need to get a new set of tires I know exactly where I'm going!!

I don’t believe in defacing a business through stars, les Schwab’s has been my go to spot for years and forever will be but this location blows. I scheduled an appointment here to get a set of wheels I had laying around mounted up with some new tires I had purchased for them. I had researched these wheels in the past and know their specifications. I pulled out the set up I wanted them to mount up for me, the guy took one look and told me there was no way it was going to work even after telling him that I had done my research and knew this was the set up I needed he promised me my 7.5in wide wheels was 9in wide. (Numbers don’t lie but sure) It’s not like I was trying to stretch bead on these or anything out of the ordinary all I needed them to do was mount them so I could go install the new set up onto a project car of mine. Anyways I took it to the A-Team they have out at their eagle branch and per usual they treated me like family and had my set up mounted and good to go in 20min. Shout out the les schwabes in eagle but -25 respect for the downtown location.

I really appreciate Les Schwab. I had a slow leak and they determined it was a crack in my wheel from when I got stuck off road. I wasn’t sure what to do so I left to think but wanted to pay them for the time they spent on my truck. They didn’t take my money. What a great garage!

While I was downtown a warning light came on in my Nissan leaf. They had me in and out within 20 minutes and they did not even charge me. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise of the employees. I've done business with Les Schwab for 22 years, they have never let me down. Highly recommend

Zach and Nick did a great job helping me out as the weather was a mess. Great work guys. One hiccup I wish had been handled better is a $22.99 TPMS relearn. I requested from Zach that I didn't need the relearn as I had my own relearn tool and apparently that didn't make it back on the work order. This relearn process takes no more than two mins. When I mentioned this to the service lady she said my wife didn't make this request on check in which is correct, so I paid the fee, however I still think this was a communication break down on their side and since the service was less work than an air pressure check I wish they would have waived this fee. I will come back for sure, but this is certainly an opportunity for customer satisfaction improvement.

Exceptional service every time! Always professional and friendly! The service department has often checked my tired pressure for no charge. Today, they fixed a tire sensor, flat tire and oil change - all for less than Subaru quoted me for the tire sensor alone. I'll be back!

I drove over a metal box going 75 last night. My car sounded a mess. I was preparing to pay a lot. The guys propped it up, bent a piece of metal and it sounds like new. Could've charged me a fortune, didn't charge me a dime. I was having a bad week and these guys showed me such kindness. Angels truly and I'm so grateful. Thank you.

I took my vehicle in for a scheduled front end alignment and was extremely happy of how timely the crew were in getting my vehicle in on time and completing the work. Very professional in handling customers and explaining unexpected problems. This is the 2nd time I've used this location and must say they are more timely than other locations. This is my favorite Les Schwab location. The staff is friendly and will guide you though their services with clarity. Air pressure and tire rotations are done with speed which is one of the main reasons I shop at Les Schwab, these services just make it easier for me to maintain my tires and ensure they are reliable and last as long as they can. 4 out of 5 because they can sometimes cost more then other shops in town. When this happens, I always weigh the pros and cons of cost + reliable maintenance.

So I’m a young adult, who’s learning how to adult in life. My tire pressure signal came on and I went here to see if I could get help. Walked in and told them I was never taught how to put air in my tire, and they helped me out right away. They taught me how and told me if I ever had any issues to come and see them again. Now normally the experiences I have with shops are not the best (because I’m a young female adult) but they treated me so well here and was there to help me with all my questions and needs. Thank you guys so much, I know putting air in a tire isn’t like a “big” thing. But the way you guys acted and treated me made me feel comfortable going back and I really really appreciate it ! Always Fantastic Service. We have been going to the Jefferson Les Schwab for two years for tires, alignment and balance of tires. Their service is always impeccable, quick and trustworthy. Recently I just bought tires for my all wheel drive vehicle. After only 1 year I had a puncture in the sidewall that could not be repaired. The manufacturer of the tire had discontinued making the tire. Jeff and his team searched for a tire with the same wear and tread for the vehicle so I would not have to replace all 4 (standard for an all wheel drive vehicle). The found one, had it shipped to Boise, changed the tire out.... ALL COMPLIMENTARY!!! I highly recommend any service at the Jefferson Les Schwab. Jeff and his team are AMAZING! Thank you!!!

I have trouble deciding whether they are great at customer service or a heartless corporation. The manager of this particular location has gone above and beyond to help me before, but recently I went back, bought a set of tires and they let me know that my car was out of alignment. I had to schedule an appointment and pay to have the car aligned. My main complaint here is that if they willingly sell you a set of tires with a warranty and let you leave with alignment issues, doesn't that seem a bit dobius and unethical? Do I come back and get a free set of tires when my alignment had chewed the tires up? No, scoring to see employee, the warranty is for the rubber, not mechanical issues... Why not roll a "free" alignment into the price of the tire set, it's really that simple, and you won't have people like me upset that have to schedule and pay for an additional alignment...

This is where I go for my tire needs. They are fast and respectful. Not the cheapest place to get tires though. I also like that they will air your tires no questions asked. I believe they will air up your tires even if you have a different companies' tire. Just stop in if your tire light comes on and take care of it. The service is also pretty fast. The most I have had to wait to talk with someone is maybe a minute or two. If you come in from the state street entrance take a right at the building and circle around for better parking.

Fabulous experience! We needed to replace the two steer tires on our large 40-foot RV and Les Schwab were excellent. Jeff answered all our questions and was able to procure the right tires (with very recent datecode no less) within only 2 days. We were greeted upon arrival, work started immediately and we had our 2 steers changed and ready to go in only an hour. New tires run great and we would use these guys again. Highly recommend Jeff at Les Schwab!

I have been to this store several times in my four years in Boise. They never, ever disappoint! Most recently, I drove up at 5:45pm on a Friday night, just shortly before closing. I had a nail in a tire and they welcomed me with open arms, fixed the issue and did not charge me anything. When I asked why, they said because they want me to come back! Over the weekend I noticed a flat tire on my driver's side and it appeared to come from the largest bolt AND washer I have ever seen. I have heard of a nail being stuck in a tire, but this was almost comical! Needless to say, I took it in first thing this morning to Les Schwab. They got me in and out within forty minutes, repaired the tired, and adjusted pressure on all four. I am always impressed by their speed, efficiency, and kindness. As I was checking out, I was ready to reach for the wallet when I was told, "no charge!" THANK YOU Les Schwab for always taking care of my car needs. I promise to continue business with you.

Went to Les Schwab first for an oil change but only their downtown location has that service. So went over to their competitor across the street, Commercial Tire. They do oil changes, have free Wi-Fi and great customer service. Oil change was under $40.

Fantastic service! I just brought in my Z06 Corvette and needed my new rear tires mounted and balanced. Jeff helped me with everything and was very professional. I am EXTREMELY particular with my vette and Jeff was super understanding and was extremely cautious with my sports car. I have custom powder coated (blk) rims and he not only mounted the tires perfet, but also cleaned the rims as well. Jeff also performed a brake pads check complimentary and had my vette in and out in a timely manner. I have only ever had West Coast Corvette in Anaheim handle anything with my Z06, but Jeff and his team has made me a dedicated customer for future tire and brake service. I had a less than desirable experience with the Fairview Les Schwab in dealing with my boat trailer tires and STRONGLY suggest using the Jefferson St. Les Schwab for all wheel/tire related work. Thanks Jeff, and I'll hopefully see you guys soon to put on some slicks for the drag strip!

I would not know if Les Schwab has the best tire prices or not since I won’t go anywhere else nor will my friends or family. Since I have had my license at age 14, we have used Les Schwab for anything that they do: Tires, Brakes, Batteries, etc. We have many stories about how Schwab’s goes above and beyond the call of duty, but here is my favorite: As an over the road truck driver I was headed home to Boise from Seattle. At about 7:00AM on a Sunday morning, my driver side fuel tank strap broke and the front of the tank fell to the ground. The tank was full of fuel and weighed better than 800 lbs. Since it was sitting on the ground, we could not drive the truck. We were in Pendleton, OR and it was Sunday morning, there were no vehicle service businesses open. I called my dispatcher in New York who was somehow able to reach the manager of the Pendleton Les Schwab at home. Although we were still 30 miles from town, the manager drove out to our location. He had brought a chain and a come-along and proceeded to winch up the tank and secure it with his chain. He then followed us into Pendleton, allowed us to park our tractor trailer at his store and then drove us to a hotel. Monday morning he made arrangements for parts and fixed the tank strap. Although he allowed us to pay for parts, he would not take money for his time and labor since none of it was "Tire Service". This is the same kind of care and concern we have found at all Les Schwab locations in the Northwest.

My friend “gave” me a truck..... with 11 year old tires. I got a quote for $800 (low end) and $1200 (high end)off the floor. They looked in back and had this set of used tires for $362! That included disposal of all 4 of the 11 year old tires and mounting 4 new (to me)tires on the rims! *Used tires do NOT have a warranty but will be rotated for free. I’m seriously great full for the new Safer ride- these tires are great and they did me right. Thanks Les Schwab
