This shop saved my day by having a 33x12.50r20 tire in their warehouse and by coming to me while stranded on i65 from a blow out while towing. The price on the tire matches the cheapest rates online! These guys were super busy too. The phone rang the entire time I was in the office after they got me fixed up and off of the interstate. I went to the shop to buy another so I’d having a matching pair. Top notch service and pricing guys. Thank you so very much for the help!!! I am comforted knowing I’ll pass by you all on this travel route that I regular! That being said, they have a large selection of tires stored in their own warehouse! This includes larger/aftermarket sizes! So holler at this shop if you’re in the area and need tires!!

I highly recommend Chappell's Tires. My husband and I were staying in Montgomery Alabama for a week on our RV road trip to California. I highly recommend this shop. I stopped in today for the first time for some rotors and brakes after getting multiple quotes around ATL and Montgomery. Their price was the best and so was their service. I got brakes, rotors, and a tire for less than the others quoted for just brakes and rotors. All of the guys were friendly, informative, and efficient. I will definitely be back.

Was told two used tires was 20 each after i bought 2 new ones for 120 each so i told him to put them on and then i was told they are 50 each... hate the fact they tried to take advantage of someone traveling. I own a small shop i never do this to people.

So, as a small business owner with four pick ups and five trailers, I spend too much of my life at tire shops. Have even thought about buying my own machines to install at my shop so we could do our own. Anyways, we are from Augusta Georgia and recently did a job over in Biloxi Mississippi. On the way back home we were just south of Montgomery and had one of our trailer tires shed the tread. Found these guys on Google maps, limped the trailer on into them, and left it with them while we went to eat some lunch. Their one guy did not finish on a semi that he was working on soon enough, and the owner or manager himself, I’m not sure which he is, went out there and did the work himself in the parking lot. Work was done beautifully, for a fair price I felt like, and the folks there were professional and knowledgeable. If I am ever in this area again and needing tire work done, I know where I will head!

WOW... less than 15 minutes for replacement of 2 trailer tires with new ones that were already in stock. No one else in Montgomery seemed to have these tires. Everyone was polite, efficient and very friendly. The whole business was clean and very well organized. Great pit stop!

Great place to go! Very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I'm from Birmingham and had car trouble at the TA Truck Stop nearby. Based on the reviews, I went there. The owner, Dale, had one of his mechanics take a look at the issue before saying they could fix it. (He told me that he didn't want to promise something they couldn't do.) Two hours later, I was on the road. I definitely recommend Dale Chappell and his team!

We had a blowout on our camper first day out....it’s hard to find a place to get camper tires...found Chappell Tires on a flier in campground ..... we were blessed to find them....called them on a Sunday night..... they had our tires.... got over there when they opened......what wonderful people..... People, I'm just an average guy who likes to support BLACK business, but sometimes BLACK businesses will try to screw you over, I needed some front end work done on my car and usually I go to Prattville to have my car worked on but while debating on whether to go to Prattville or not I googled Chappell Tire Service,and to my surprise they had 24 reviews, and I saw something that I've never seen before all 24 reviews had 5 🌟 so I gave them a try and let me tell you I told the owner Mr. Dale that you had 24 reviews with 5 🌟 and when I get home you will 25. I was very satisfied with the service and they didn't kill my pockets. So people if you need some work done on your car give Chappell Tire Service a try, I think you will be very satisfied with there work.

These guys are the greatest,a/c compressor was going out and we had 5 horses in the trailer they pulled us all the way in the shop so the horses would be out of the sun..they did an awesome job fixing the a/c compressor also..no more loud noise and its almost to cold for me...thanks guys😁 …
