They went over what needed done but didn't start work until they had consent, and the work was done within a couple hours of when I dropped it off. The price was reasonable and they clarify any questions that I had. The staff was kind and considerate. I do believe I found my mechanic and I suggest them to any family or friends. Thanks guys!

I inherited my mother's 9 year old beetle. Tires 10 years old with only 25000 miles in them. Tires looked ok, but the people there pointed to things I would not have not noticed. Setup an appointment and within 45 minutes I was gone and safe with four new tires. Was even presented a good, better, best solution. I'll use this company again.

Staley’s saved my vacation! An undiagnosed alignment issue resulted in the need for new tires over 1000 miles from home. My entire experience at Staley’s was professional and accommodating. My appointment was cheerfully scheduled to accommodate the unique needs of car repair on a road trip. In the shop I was kept up to date and informed with the progress and diagnosis of my vehicle. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I wish I had Staley’s at home!!

I have been a very long time customer of Stayleys Tire. The staff have recently made me a customer for life. I have a realy good friend that has struggled this year like many other people. I wanted to get her 2 tires for christmas for her vehicle as i had put many plugs in 2 of her tires. Unfortunately her vehicle is all wheel drive and for insurance purposes Stayleys wasn't able to sell and install just 2 tires, but i coukd not affird to put a full set on for my friend. Thats where the saff at Stayleys stepped in and helped me pay it forward to a very deserving person that just needed a little help. Thanks to all the staff at Stayleys you guys are awesome.

Everyone there was super helpful and respectful. They stopped what they were doing and talked to us about our options before doing anything else, showing me that there was no shenanigans at hand. They even went into their break room and got my wife a diet coke when the vending machine robbed her. The whole experience was great overall, the only reason it wasn't a 5 star review is that nobody likes spending money on their cars when they are only a couple years old.

I have been going to Staley's for 20 years. They do not recommend unnecessary products or work. They are definitely pro customer vs wanting your money. I have been told several times when they believe I do not yet need new tires or work done to my vehicles. Wry honest, very trustworthy.

They were very helpful. My son had a flat that could not be fixed and size of tire is hard to find. They found one and got it on in less than an hour. Where every other place wouldn't help because of it being Christmas Eve!

I called the day before we started a holiday road trip and the got us in for a bearing repair. During the appointment I realize we needed a rotation as well and they got that in too! But what really impresses me is their service manager, Russ. He sat with an older woman who needed a new alternator. He told her "you're going to need a new battery soon as a result, but I know that would be a big hit right now". He didnt push it at all, but made it clear it would be necessary. That's how you can tell you're working with good people. Just hey fellas, remember to turn the automatic headlights back on when you're done!

Went in this morning for a pair of tires but my rim was toast, they set me up with a whole new set of tires and rims with no charge to me today (financed) friendly service, they even sent pictures before putting on the wheels to make sure I liked them. Recommend strongly.

These guys are always on it! Expect prompt tire service whether it's for an appointment for new tires or an emergency stop due to an unexpected nail or 2 after a dump run. They even have used inventory available for that unexpected ruined tire that just wasn't in the budget. These guys do it right the first time, every time. They've proven themselves over and over.

You have no idea how great these guys are! I am out of town and driving an Audi with crazy sized wheels and tires and hit a screw. They were concerned enough that the job was being done correctly to not let me go anywhere else. Fit me in so I could get back on the road. They are the best hands down. Location is easy to find. Customer care and service is efficient & friendly. Comfortable waiting area available with tv, popcorn, restrooms and beverage options from water & coffee to a soda vending machine. Only comment would be that the service area for an alignment is different from the tire service area but they took care of that and it was no inconvenience. Pleased with their professional service.

I called another business about a set of tires, they didn't have anything on hand in the size I needed. So they took my name & number and said they'd call me back the next day. After over a week of waiting I called Staley's and they had tires in the size I needed on hand and got me scheduled for the soonest opening. Showed up and they got the new set on and had me back on my way in less than an hour. Staley's will be my go to shop from now on!
