I wish I would have just wrnt here in the first place. They are quick and affordable. I had a nail in my tire and a mobile service claimed they would do it for $60. They kept changing the day and I had to drive around for 3 days with a nail in my tire. Smyrna tire immediately fixed it. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

So I really needed help last minute, these guys took the absolute best care of my vehicle, they had my car fixed by the day next day up and running which was amazing. Polite and down to earth staff! They don’t try to upsell you on anything you don’t need, and are great at directly showing you any issues while clearly explaining what’s going on. The inside of my wheel was covered in rust from living in Utah; they thoroughly cleaned it out and repainted it for me- free of charge!! They also suggested a cheap place for me to find a new tire if I needed in the future. Genuine, honest and hard working people doing what’s right rather than what’s profitable for them. From the beginning, Bobby & his colleagues we're respectful, welcoming and kind. Their prices are beyond fair and just, and the service time is impeccable. This company is one of the many reasons I will continue to shop local businesses over large distributors. Smyrna Tire will treat you like family from pricing, to install, to follow up servicing. Even with the Holidays, employees lacking from sick-leave and inventory chaos, I was able to have my 4 tires replaced SAME DAY and under just a few hours. Bobby shopped and estimated 4 tire options for me and gave me his honest opinion on the best tire for the cost. This company answers their phone, returns your call and won't rush you off the line to talk to another customer. They. Truly. Care. 10/10! Side note: I drive a VW Atlas and most tire shops sent me away because the German engineering is too much of a hassle. Smyrna Tire didn't even hesitate to offer assistance when I called for a quote.

Great service. Removed half of nail from tire and not losing air because of it. I had previously waited close to two hours at another tire place that said the nail was too close to tire wall and could not plug it. I was kept informed all day of the progress of my vehicle as the kind mechanic Scott worked on my car. I was told by a local dealership that I needed a brand new tire because there was a nail in the inside wall of the tire, and it could not be repaired. I was also told that it would take five hours for them to get a tire delivered and it would cost me $400 some odd dollars. I had asked to see the tire where the nail was located. They would not show me. I was advised to check back to see if they had gotten the tire in. They put air in the tire and sent me on my way. I was not too happy! Fast forward about a week or two later. (Look at how God works - now watch this!) I contacted a guy that I know asking him if he knew where I could get a new tire. Without hesitation, he recommended Smyrna Tire. So I took my car there on June 15, 2021 and those guy checked my tire which had a nail. I asked to see where the nail was and the Tech showed me, also showed me the nail that he removed. The nail was not located in the inside wall as I was told by the dealership. Wow! My tire was repaired by the Tech at Smyrna Tire and put back on my car and all it cost me was $30.00 For real Customer Service! So, Thank You staff at Smyrna Tire Service for what you do to take care of your customers and appreciate your honesty!

Mike’s shop is an excellent example of a second generation automotive service business that refuse to compromise on core qualities that made them great - exceptional service, affordable prices and friendly staff. He has a team that can give the best dealerships in town a run for their money. They don’t resort to gimmicks like fancy service centers and snack bars to sell their business. Its their work that does all the talking. Have trusted Mike with my Bentley, Porsche & Mercedes for the past few years. The only times I didn’t take my cars here is when he says they don’t work on those specific kinds of issues at the shop.

Smyrna Tire has been around for a long time. I have friends whose parents have been shopping there for 20+ years. The guys that work there are both courteous and knowledgeable and always dispense advise with candor to a fault. I've bought several sets of tires from them at this point and I've never been "up sold". Their alignment service is top notch and reasonably priced. Really like this shop and you're spending your money with a local business. Good stuff.

It takes a lot to get me to write a review. My family has gone to this shop for years. It's not the nicest building, but that's not why you're there. The staff, hands down, are the best out there. Knowledgeable, friendly, no BSers. They give you multiple options based on your budget. They've got a rapport with their regulars. You've got to appreciate people that know their customers and their cars like that. Went in today with a slow leak in both front tires. Any other tire shop could have raked me over the coals with claims of nails in the firewalls or something non repairable. These guys are honest, found some bent valves, fixed them at no cost, and sent me on my way. No doubt they'll continue to get my tire business.

this was the second time I had used Smyrna Tire since moving to town. It came recommended and I see why. I had put air in a tire three times in as many weeks. They took my tire off, looked for issues could not find one. So they gave me a new valve stem, just in case and did not charge me a penny!!! Outstanding customer service. I was referred to Smyrna Tire by a friend, Mike, who works in the Auto business. I've seen them twice - last year, when my air pressure light sensor went out and in January 2018, when I needed a set of new tires. They were upfront with my options and very honest and priced fairly. I am also seeing them this week to replace my brakes/rotors. Not only was the price better than 3 other local big boys, but the service that Mike and his team provided was probably the best I have had in years. You know when people knew what service really was? I have been here on 2 occasions and both experiences were really good. Both times I dealt with Jason mainly. The first experience, I needed a new set up of tires for my Nissan, their price for the same set of 4 tires were $300 cheaper then the bigger Tire Chain Competitors. They had the set of 4 changed out fairly quickly. The 2nd time was when I ended getting a nail in one of my tires. I took it to Smyrna Tire to see what we can do to get it fixed. Jason and his crew were able to get me taken care of in less then 20 minutes even when I did not have an appointment scheduled. Anytime I need some new tires, as long as I live in the area, I will keep coming back.

I’ve been going to Smyrna Tire for years. I have a big family with 5 cars soon to be 6. They are always honest and always recommend tires to match the car - with the old beaters for the kids they never recommend the most expensive tires. Just yesterday one of the cars had a flat on 285. I got the flat to them 15 minutes before they closed. They got it changed and us back on the road before they closed. These are great guys who do great work at a fair price.

It was a great experience. Went for a flat tire issue, they promptly respond and fixed within 30 to 40 minutes. In bonus they checked all the tire pressure, found inappropriate, and fixed that too. Really appreciated.

I just went to Smyrna Tire for the first time today because we needed 4 new tires. I called the day before in order to see if they had the tires we needed and to receive quotes. I was given a quote for two different sets of tires, told when the tires would be available based on when I contacted to order for the ones that weren't in stock and I didn't have to make an appointment, they said just come in and contact only if they need to get tires in for us. I arrive today for the tires that were in stock, and they asked if we had been given a quote and it was not what they expected to hear, they said these usually should have been quoted at $60 more, total. There was a moment of hesitation, they reassured me they were just trying to figure out how they got that quote, and after a moment they told me - "If we quoted you at $xxx, we'll do it at $xxx!" I expected further conversation about this, but other than an awkward moment it was completely painless, even without an appointment, notes in their system, etc. I was quite honestly shocked that I didn't have to argue to get the price verbally quoted to me over the phone, but very pleasantly shocked and very pleased to be treated so warmly as a customer. As a matter of fact, before we left my daughter wanted a gumball from the machine and I had no quarters. Two employees rushed around to find quarters for us as they had none in their till. I got 4 quarters and they left them on the counter to get back to work - I left a dollar before we went out, but before we could drive away they rushed it out to us and would not accept it. I couldn't be more pleased and I am looking forward to returning for our free included tire rotations that come with a purchase of a set of new tires.

The great service I have received from 1997-Present over 10 years from Smyrna Tire makes me thankful that I can spend a little of my time share with others in the local community. I used to shop around for the best price when I needed tires, I soon found out that that was a waste of my time. After shopping around several times Smyrna Tire was always the best. I continue to visit them for any of my tire or maintenance needs now that I live 20+ miles away. When ever friends mention needing tires I immediately try to send them to Smyrna tire. Some times it takes them a few years before they take my suggestion but eventually they do and they too turn into life long Smyrna Tire customers. It is rare that I go by and they are not jam packed with cars on the lot, many would be afraid it would take forever to get in and out with new tires. I have never waited more then 30min to get in and out. I was not asked to write this review, I don’t work for them. Stop in and see Mike and the rest of the guys for a great experience from a local 2nd generation family owned company.
