Came in expecting to drop my tire off for a flat repair and pick it up. One of the guys in the shop stopped and said would you like me to install it as well no extra charge. Got me in and out within 15 minutes. Highly recommend them.

Brought in cheap old tires, they changed them cheapely and fast for about $15 per wheel, no questions asked about mismatching tire sizes as some big Brand tire shop did to me. I am delighted. They were helpful even when they we obviously busy. Reading other reviews not all of their mechanics are reliable, but certainly most are fine.

Very fair price for studded tires. For as busy as they were, I walked in and was able to pay for and have a new set mounted and balanced and on my way in about 45 minutes to an hour. I'd say that's pretty good for a walk in. Only complaint is the inside door handle of my truck was black and dirty from the installer when he got in and out of my truck. Just recommend they wear disposable rubber gloves to keep from transferring grease and grime to customers vehicles. Other than that, I will definitely be back for my summer tires.

These guys are awesome. I blew out a tire on a holiday weekend and they were closing in 10 minutes. Almost everyone was closed and I took a chance calling ahead. I was leaving work around 4:45pm when I realized I had a flat. I called Baltazar’s and asked if they would see me on such short notice near the end of their day. They said come on in. I get there and they bring my car around the back, find the puncture, plug it, and I was driving away at 5:15pm. Incredible service and affordable prices. I’m never going anywhere else.

Went to get my tires rebalance and the service was great ! Front desk was very helpful. The mechanic that balance my tires was very helpful as well he even went out of his way to test drive my car to make sure that the work was done correctly definitely will be bringing my car back to the shop!

Very good service!! I totally recommend them!! I went to another tire shop close to the freeway to get my tires balanced before driving out 3 hours on a fishing trip. Had my whole family with me. Only reason I chose them is because they had a gas station. “Kill 2 birds with one stone” They charged me $100 for 4 tires and took an hour and a half. They didn’t even have a waiting area. The tires were worse than when I got there and I almost lost hope when I told them about it and them not being able to get me back on fixing it. Ended up driving off and risking an accident. On the way I saw Balthazar, despite trying to hurry to get going. I tried them out. The customer service was awesome, was half the price, very quick, and was quality work! Hopefully this review makes a difference because this place is definitely worth it!!

I had a rough day and needed a couple of lug nut studs replaced on my vehicle. I went in and they were able to get me in and out in under a couple hours despite having quite a few people ahead of me in line. They are kind and very thoughtful. Baltazar’s is a great place to get tires and brakes done. Every visit I had, they have done exactly what I have asked. They also bring you into the shop and show you exactly what they will be doing to fix your vehicle. I even get treated with V.I .P service. The owner always comes to me and asked if I need help and what with. The staff is great too. They are patient and address you in a timely manner. Great service all the way around !

My family and I have come to Your shop for quite some time. It started during Xmas around 8 yrs ago. I came in for a tire repair and was charged only half price because I didn’t have enough cash and my card didn’t work that day. I Was so grateful and have been a loyal customer ever since. We have always been treated well, the employees are very nice and they do a good job. On my last visit I came in to have the air in my tires checked because the air pressure symbol in my truck came on. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Javaugn who is the most pleasant young man. He makes you feel like your the most important customer of the day. On this visit I also had my first bad experience at Balthazar’s. One of the ladies at the counter was going to charge me 70.00 for A 10.00 service. Thank goodness the guy that adjusted my air pressure heard what she said and spoke up. Even after being told what service I had she continued to debate with the other employees like she didn’t believe them. She finally charged me 10.00 . Even though this happened I will still continue to be a customer. People do make mistakes and I am not going to give up a business I can trust with my vehicles over one mistake

This was the first time I used the shop and I was very impressed with the customer service, quality of the work and the speed of the repair. I had brake issues and needed my winter tires put on and Baltazars had everything completed within 2 hours. More importantly, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

They were pretty busy when I arrived on a Saturday but they got my car in right away. Off-rim tire swap, set of 4. In and out of there in under 25 minutes and it cost about half of what other shops wanted. Understandably hurried front desk staff, and friendly technicians. They did put a stain on my driver's seat however, which is easily avoidable with a plastic/paper seat cover. Not too worried about it. edit: They usually have a good used tire in stock in whatever size you need. They offer the option to install cheap Chinese tires on your rig - if your vehicle is a beater, well worth it! They made a small mistake and when I told them about it, they fixed it right away. Owner tries hard to take care of every customer. This is a really good family-owned and operated tire place.

Baltazar's got me in and out pretty fast. I brout my van down and them change tires over and walked back to my house which is about 1.5 miles would hope to long and got a call saying it was ready. So I drove my car down and left it to have tires changed. Drove van home and wasn't to long and it was ready. Walked down picked up my car and it was $130 which was really decent price. The only thing was when I checked the air pressure in all 8 tires only 1 was at the right pressure, luckily I have air. So that was why they get 5 stars but I would give them 4.75 stars if I could. I'll be back in the fall for sure. Great job overall though.

They told me it would be a 2 hour wait to get my tires and and alignment done. An hour later they drove my car into the bay. And an hour after that they said it would be 15 minutes to do the alignment because they were just hooking up the machine. Not too bad though. The mechanic flirting was way too strong and my teenage daughter commented on it. Just ask a girl on a date and get her # gee whiz. Unless your married then you need to.keep the comments to yourself. Driving my car out of the bay myself...not cool.

Baltazar tire shop is great! They got me in quickly, gave me several options on new tires , and seemed interested in presenting the best deal, rather than making the most possible profit. The staff is friendly, courteous, efficient and hard-working. And they seemed very knowledgeable. While I waited, I saw them helping other customers, and their commitment to excellence service was evident in every interaction. In the end, I paid about $350 less than one of the major tire services had quoted me for a set of four tires.

So last year maybe a year and a half ago I get my tires replaced at Baltazar 's mechanic said Fords are made to align them selves out come to find out the owner said that's not true not happybeing lied to about all this. And I asked how are we going to resolve this he said it's not up to him or his mechanic and it's up to the owner of vehicle to get alignment done. I told the owner when I came in the last time to get my tires done the mechanic said Fords are made to align themselves out, after going in circles for a few minutes he sticks up for his mechanic. I said let me just get studed tires then changed my mind and said all season tires with alignment and later one mechanic came out talked me about disposing my tires I agreed to have them dispose the tires for extra $3 hopefully they get the job done. And no more issues come up but I'm not happy on how the owner handled the situation not sure if I'll come back in the future, if my tires and alignment aren't done I think all together this will cost me, about $740.

I went in with some questions about warning messages on my car. They took the time to figure it out, and explain to me what could wait and what was more important to address at that time. Baltazar himself the owner was very involved with customer service as well! I've been using them for 12+ years on the last 5 or 6 vehicles I've owned. The other guys wanted $90.00 to change over my tires and all day to complete. Baltazar's -$55.00 quoted less than 45 min wait. And that is what I got. True to there word. I remember when they started out changing tires over in a tarp like shed ??? back In the 90s... I called Baltazar’s and didn’t need to make an appointment. I went straight there and when I got there filled out a paper and they took my car immediately. It only took 20-30 minutes to get my tires switched out. The price is not bad at all for the immediate service I received. Easiest and fastest service I received getting tires switched thus far.

Everytime we need work on our tires done Baltazar's is where we go. They get the job done fast and without it costing an arm and a leg. I had to update my review and take some stars away. The last time I took my mini van in I had tires done and my oil changed. I usually don't go to them for my oil but thought I would this time since I needed to have my tires put on. For starters they didn't reset my dashboard so it was still saying that my van needed maintenance. Then the guy told my husband that he wasn't quite sure how to put the oil filter on correctly. Turned out he did it wrong and my van was leaking oil big time. I ended up taking it somewhere else and get the leak fixed. I'll still see them for tires and other things but not for an oil change. The heater went out and we had that repaired at the same time and they did a great job with that.

In the morning I discovered I had a slow leak in a tire. I did a quick Google search and Balthazar’s Tire Shop came up highly recommended. I called around and Baltazar’s team said to come on in, no appointment necessary. I arrived and was politely and quickly greeted. There was plenty of safety notices up re COVID protocols. I was made to feel comfortable and within 30 minutes of my arrival the tire was fixed. Professional, efficient, cost effective, and work was guaranteed. They overwork the desk lady. There clearly needs to be another helper. At the beginning, I called but she said she would put me on hold. I waited, but called again and no one picked up. So I went in. And she was really busy. I was mad at first. But when I went in, immediately she apologized saying she was bombarded with a full lobby while taking calls. She did eventually help me. It was hard to understand her strong accent. But I like that she didn't forget to look for my tire I needed.

The owners and employees are extremely kind, courteous, helpful and went out of their way to help us get the best tires possible on a limited budget. We got brand new tires for my fiancee's truck and we were not going to be able to afford new ones but the owner adjusted the price of the new ones to how much we had to spend so that we could have the best possible tires and he wanted to be sure we are safe and sound on the road. His wife was very kind also. She worked in the front and handled the money and receipt, etc. I will never go anywhere else for tires now and I tell all of our family and friends to go here!

I was looking for a good deal on specific tires for my truck, I called Batazar's after calling several other shops around town. They had what I needed quoted me a good price.... When I went in the showed me several sets all at very good prices and then offered me better tires at an exemplary price. Which I purchased and am extremely happy with my product, service, and instillation. I recommend this business to everyone. Family owned opporated and they make you feel that way.

Called for tires mid afternoon. They drove to the warehouse to grab them and had us in the shop in about 30 min(30min is the drive to the warehouse and back). As soon as the tires were on site, they had the car on the lift and were busy at work. Thirty minutes later, we were driving away with some spiffy new tires for $100 less than anywhere else! Definitely going there next time!!!

I went to balthazar's to get a front-end alignment also in need of the rear end checked I couldn't start it without putting it in. The mechanic there Eric fixed all of it for me and the price was amazing couldn't beat it won't be going anywhere. also the mechanic the time to explain what he did how he did it and also showed me what he done I trust this business with my truck won't be taking it anywhere else. I went to another place jiffy lube and they looked at my transfer case and said it was just fine didn't need checking or cleaning or new fluid. boywere they wrong in the pictures at the top is a before fluid and after fluid. I highly suggest going to Balthazar's.

I'll be honest the place does not look that nice, however, don't let that deceive you they did really great work on my truck. Good auto work is what matters! Service was good for how busy it was when i went, but at then end when my car was done. I saw there was a nail in my tire and my grandad told him about it. All he did was take it out threw it on the ground and the next day i had a flat tire. I feel he should have patched it at least.

Just like the other reviews have said the lady at the front is kind of rude and lacks basic customer service skills. But the shop gave me a great deal on tires and the tall guy that works in the back was very nice and extremely helpful. Baltazar always makes a point to personally check on your car if he is there. When he is busy, his staff makes sure to take care of you. Tires are his specialty and he is very fast. But he can do all other mechanical work too at a reasonable price. Wouldnt hesitate to take him my problem vehicles to get fixed.

Lady at the front desk was unknowledgeable with what the shop could do. I went in to have the tires on my truck studded and was pushed aside cause she didn't know and because they were busy, she wouldn't go 5 steps back to ask the guy real quick. 6-8 customers got helped before me and finally I had to step outside and ask the mechanics myself and they were able to get an answer. Filled out the paperwork and then had to get her attention again in which she didn't believe me that they studded tires so she finally went and asked. They do stud tires. However, I did forget to mention I want my tires double studded and have been trying to call them for the past hr in 2-5min intervals and I keep getting a busy tone. Pretty sure the phone has been left off the hookWe'll see how this goes. Haven't gotten the truck back yet. May give a better review if I can actually get ahold of someone who works there. This is my first experience with this shop and so far, I am not impressed. Got the truck back. They did a great job on double studding the tires Still only giving a 4 out 5 rating due to lack of customer service from the lady at the front desk.

I called about a chip repair. They charge 1/3 of what the big glass companies do, so I asked about an appointment. Guy said bring it down, so I was there within 5 min. Took 20-25 min and boom! Good as new. My bf was upset that I didn't know if the windshield repair was guaranteed, but it looks good and time will tell... then I'll tell the rest of you. I have a brand new car and would have appreciated them using a seat cover. Although, the windshield guy let me drive my car out bc he said it was too clean for him to drive. I'll request it next time. Everybody else's comments regarding the front desk lady are correct. She's short and doesn't know a damn thing. People are nice and friendly have been using baltazar for as long as I can remember and never had any issues until now. Rear tires are suppose to have 80 psi and were only at 56 psi, front tires are suppose to be 75 psi. The front left was at 50 and the front right was at 28 psi..

Another day, we were heading out to the ocean to enjoy Alaska. We noticed a uneven wheel on the trailer. They were open on the long 4th of July weekend and were able to put on a new tire for us. I cannot bring myself to give 4 out of 5 stars, because at the end of the day, despite being able to come in as a walk in customer and only paying $70.00, my lug nuts were over torqued by 21 pound feet. The owners manual and several websites all said that the torque spec for these lug nuts was 100 pound feet. I am sorry to make a big deal out of this, but I know all to well what kind of damage can happen to a vehicle, and what kind of liability a business exposes itself to when fasteners, which are being made out of cheaper and cheaper materials, are improperly torqued. You cannot just run lug nuts in with an impact gun anymore.

I go get my tires changed over at your place every spring and fall and have the same problem each time the tires being under inflated causing my low tire light to come on last time I was there same thing they told me I have to drive it that didn’t work again so I check the pressure on the tires my self and found one tire had 35 psi 20 psi 21 psi 20 psi you all have to check the pressure more accurately before releasing the vehicle
