My last visit was alright. I've had better service from there before. Idk what was going on. No one greeted me when I came in, no one asked if I needed help finding something or if I needed help getting something down(which that particular visit I did). I've been going in there for years & now my kids shop there as well. But the cashier lady did apologize to me for the lack of customer service when I checked out. Regardless of the customer service I love it there, great prices, great clothing that you really can't find anywhere else(meaning name brand clothing that you rarely see) & accessories. You can take your old clothes their but it has to be next to brand new.

I just love Plato’s closet, it is my favorite store and I get really good deals on clothing and not to mention that everything is so organized and clean and they organize by what type of clothing it is and color Coordinate the clothing. I got a supper cute hoodie crop top for only $8 and the most expensive thing I saw there was a pair of nice jeans for $12 when if you go to another store it’s at least $20 and they have the cutest bags there, I got a cute black small back pack for $5 and I am Obsessed

It’s hit or miss. I prefer going on weekdays, usually the highschoolers work weekends and tend to be more picky when selecting clothes to buy.

All of these negative comments are people pressed that someone wasn't interested in the used clothes lol. Better get a few bucks than nothing at all. Or just donate it.. this store is good. Never had an issue. I usually just get my work jeans here.

V happy to have found EXACTLY what i had been looking for. Appreciate the ability (as single parent w two LARGE tween boys) to purchase nice in-style clothes/shoes for a reasonable price!! V current selection for GOOD price!! SOME prices were a BIT high for second hand amd we did opt to go purchase those items retail but overall positive and the staff was decent

When I take the girls to the mall and come out with 2 pairs of jeans for $150.......then I go to Plato's and they get a total of 5 tops and 3 jeans for $85......I'd much rather go to Plato's! Not to mention the stuff I find for myself and dad! The best part is its already broken in to comfy without looking worn out.

I took my daughter for the first time, which she enjoyed it. Unfortunately she is extremely tall for her age so it's hard to find clothes her size. She found maybe 4 items which still is a win in my opinion. I wish there was more than just crop tops but either way the prices were pretty good.

They have a lot of used clothing for sale and other items like shoes, purses, sunglasses etc. It's a nice store but I feel that it's a little over priced for most items. You can find some things that are a good deal, you just really have to take time to look carefully.

It was nice, the workers are friendly but they kind of followed me around and it made me uncomfortable. It has a strange smell however you can tell the clothes are cleaned. The music was fun, and the dressing rooms were being enough to chanhe comfortably. It had a ton of stuff. I didn't make a purchase on this visit but will be back to do a review of my haul. 🤗

I was worried about going here because of the negative reviews I'd seen online, but I had some things I wanted to get rid of, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did! The two girls who helped me (one when dropping off my items and one when finished) were both very pleasant. I had 2 big bags of stuff, and they only took 12 items but I got much more for them than I expected and they were not rude about the items they didn't take.

Wonderful .....I would encourage those who are out there not knowing what to do with all that extra clothes...shoes.. Female as accessories to stop by and bring in your stuff to Plato's closet....I have been very pleased with Plato's closet for several years now....so could you...if you would just give them a try

A cool thrift shop experience. Be surprised what things you find there. I found a wallet...I still use now. Other than the fact that there were kids at entrance throwing a ball back and forth, I loved my shopping trip there. Where's parents? I feel we should keep a better eye on our kids. It's not the store personnel or other shoppers job make sure they are ok. What if something happened to them? A thought to consider when leaving them alone.

Good place to sell and buy clothes. One mirror that I could find in the store, it's warped and not full length though so have someone take a photo of you for reference. If you have no one with you, awkwardly ask if an employee can take a photo of you. Don't worry it's not weird. Just try not to act like a runway model. Okay now you're overthinking it, it's really weird, don't do that. Generally good deals on clothes though so I can't complain too much but they can do simple things to improve the store & experience. Good customer service too.

I haven't had a problem with any Plato's Closet I have ever been to. Prices are fantastic compared to retail price. This is where I buy all my Jeans amd hoodies. The shoes selection isn't the best tho.

I took my son to their clearance sell this weekend. It was my first time going to platos closet. It really is pretty cool. You can even take back clothing if not the right size if leave tag on and have receipt within seven days. They actually had jeans on clearance for $5 a piece what a bargain!!

The service is really good. I have never sold anything to Plato's, but I buy from them often. Their prices are very reasonable regarding all of the expensive brand names. Also, keep on a look out for sales! Sometimes ( I believe twice a year) they have a red bag sale where you stuff as many marked clothes in a bag as you can and you only have to pay $10.

I always love coming here and finding such good stuff for good prices! Best 2nd hand teen/20's store to buy from ever! Only thing I would say is they are WAYYYY too picky on what they buy, but when I look through some of their stuff has holes, rips, stains, or are ugly and have been there for months and I see a lot of the same stuff over and over again and nobody buys it. Perhaps not be so picky about some things and pay attention to the crap you buy that isn't in good condition? The girls that work there talk like they are pressing a button on a barbie...girls you don't have to act high class for people to like you. They all are nice but the way they talk makes me want a mute button! But really overall I like this store I can always find great deals and such great prices! :)

Took some clothes in for them to look at and potentially buy. They only take a certain type of clothing which is fine but the whole encounter was super awkward and the lady who went through my stuff wasn’t the nicest! I recommend calling in advance to see if they will even take your clothes.

Some of the jeans Costs are going up, they are still used. I wish they were a little more aware of inventory of some sizes as well. They have a ton of some and only a few of another.

Nothing negative about this place. Outstanding find. I found a ton of great clothes. I also sold 5 pair of sneakers I didn't wear any longer, for cash on the spot. Awesome place...

Great place to shop while you exchange or sell your clothes purses and shoes that are lightly worn or was just never you in the first place instead of throwing it out or giving it to someone who won't really appreciate it take it to plato's Closet that's what I did and I made a little change to buy something great or put Gas in your car lol 😆!!

Different than other times that I have been in. A lot of shoes and not many stylist clothes. I use to go in here and drop hundreds of dollars, just couldn't seem to find that diamond in the rough this time around.

Service is nothing *spectacular* but the deals you get on great clothes makes this my favorite place to shop, especially with my 13-year-old daughter (who, by the way, is very picky and only likes great quality things)

If you bring clothes to sell here, be aware that they will say that it will take them 20 minutes and it takes much longer. The girls behind the counter are in no rush to look through your clothes, either.
