I have shopped here a few times previously. The selection is usually plentiful, and item quality is usually good to great. The sales staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. I decided today to try selling to them. That was an interesting and different - though not BAD experience. I do feel as though the buyers were a little less cheerful than the other staff that I’ve encountered there, but I didn’t find them to be rude or unkind in any way. They are definitely picky when it comes to what they will buy for clothing, so don’t expect them to buy a lot of your stuff unless you buy your baby/ kids all high end brands. I went there today with 3 decent sized bags of clothes, and left with 2.5 bags of unwanted items. I definitely didn’t have the expectation that they would take/ want ALL of the clothes, so I wasn’t too surprised to be taking some back, but I was a little surprised by how many like new items were still left in the unwanted bags. They prefer higher end brands such as gap, Ralph Lauren etc. which I had already read on their website, but figured like new Carter’s brand stuff would likely sell too, but they sent most of that back. Not a big deal at all, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the time and effort to sort & fold your babies outgrown clothes and take them there to consign, I think it would be easier to just donate them. Even though I didn’t LOVE the selling experience there, I do still feel like it’s a great store and will continue to shop there.

I enjoy browsing here and occasionally I will purchase some items for my children. Most of the items are high quality and clean but they’re often quite pricey. I also come here to consign our outgrown clothing and baby toys and gear. Unfortunately they pay pennies for brand clothing and items to the point it’s barely worth consigning most of the time! (We bring in hundreds of dollars worth of things and walk out with $20!) However my family has a busy lifestyle so I guess for the convenience that’s a sacrifice we make because otherwise we would just donate our outgrown things anyways. Editing to say I have noticed an improvement since they moved to a bigger location.

I bought my daughter 2 baby outfits here. Very good quality clothing here. But also quite pricey. 2 0-6 month's outfits for 28.00 dollars. I think that is steep for used baby clothes. Otherwise very clean and neat.

This is a treasure for the family. Very high quality items at extremely discounted prices. I found my son some Ralph Lauren shirts and a three piece suit for $10 or less. I especially like it when they have their $1 tag sales - a certain color tag will be a dollar no matter initial price. Furthermore, if you have lightly used kids items, they'll pay to take them off your hands!

I LOVE this place!!! Been shopping here for years now and continue to shop here. I purchased an arms reach Cosleeper, went back a few days later and they had added a different one that was bigger! They let me return the one I just bought for the bigger one, no problem, they encouraged it because it would be more beneficial for me!! They care about their customers! Really great products, clean, and in good shape!!!!

I've never sold clothes/stuff to Lots for Tots, so can't comment on that. But, I *love* shopping here! They always have clean, cute clothing at reasonable prices. You can even find brands like Janie & Jack here, without having to spend an arm and a leg. Also, their babywearing selection is usually very good - I was able to try on several slings and wraps here when my daughter was an infant in order to find one that worked well for us. Easy return policy too. It's also a great place to pick up a Halloween costume or dress-up clothes for cheap.

The prices that they give you for your items maybe a tad low, but it's a quick and easy way to sell your stuff and put a little extra cash in your pocket. The money that I might lose selling to them versus arranging a private sale is made up for the time that I save I just bringing my stuff there. I sold to them several times and will continue to do so.

This is our favorite children's store to shop. Most everything in the store is used but in excellent condition. What is even better is that after you are done using it you can sell it back to them. This is a win win situation. The staff is always very friendly and helpful

I absolutely love shopping here, I think their prices are perfect. However, I hate bringing clothes here. I think they are too selective and really don't give you the money you'd expect. I could show up wiht a trash bag full of clothes and only get $5 and all the clothes back.... Example: I want to buy onsie pajamas with footies so I go there and might find 1 pair in the right size, I know lots of people are bringing them in but they pass over them unless they are name-brands. Personally I don't care about the brands, I just want onsie pajamas! That being said I'd never buy toys, strollers, accessories, etc anywhere else, their selection is great for these items!
