I have been eyeing their handbags for awhile, however I was not ready to make a purchase. However, that changed! Your girl got a raise and I wanted to treat myself. I love second hand and I am into slow fashion, so a preloved bag was the route for me- plus is sustainable! I ordered a LV bucket bag, and I have not received it. But I wanted to leave a review about the amazing customer service! Alexis reached out to me, she is the ecomm coordinator there, to advise me the bag I had selected was not available. I was gutted, but Alexis sent over potential replacements for me to choose from. The bag I had ordered was not available and due to their error, I was offered a replacement. I found another LV bag I loved and we were all set. I just wanted to share this experience, so that you know this company cares and they have a sense of urgency. It is much needed and appreciated tbh. One more week till my bag comes and I cannot wait!!! I will be back with an updated review to share how much I love my handbag. I have gotten a few super cool pieces from this place. Whenever I go in there are so many vintage bags that I feel like I have never seen anywhere else. I got an amazing saint laurent bag from the early 2000's for an amazing price and considering the color was beige I was so pleased at how perfect the condition was. Since quarantine I have been ordering more online and got a black nylon prada tote bag. They had a great online assortment & it came super fast as well. I just love this place for bags for the $ and the cool finds.

The bags were in excellent condition and even came with the original dust bag. I’ve had to contact customer service once and they responded super quick and resolved my issue with one email.

The best consignment store I have ever shopped! They have the most helpful staff that made my shopping there so easy and fun. Not only are most of their pieces on trend and current, but they are priced very reasonably. I think you can find the best deals at the store, but their website is very easy to shop and is always up to date with their newest arrivals, so every time I look there's something to be found. Truly a hidden gem in the Upper East Side!

I have shopped at this store for many years and recommended it to all of my friends. They have new inventory every single day, which makes each shopping experience that much more exciting! There are all different types of items from high end vintage to high end contemporary and modern brands. As well as special pieces that you can’t find anywhere else such as clothes, bags, and accessories for great prices. The staff are knowledgeable about each item in the store and also remember you and what you like. There is something for everyone! As for the consignment aspect, they are very attentive and helpful. They want you to make the most money possible. They are fair and always have their reasons for their prices. They are not difficult when it comes to answering questions about your account or just general information about the consignment process. All of the employees are very passionate about the store and you can tell they really love what they do!

So I had made an order on 7/15/20 and didn't receive the bag until 7/31. I was sent the wrong bag the first time but with the right order slip which didn't make sense. I called the next day to let them know what happened and the lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude and did not want to help me whatsoever and said that I had to wait for Bonnie to return to work. I spoke with Bonnie who was helpful but promised overnight shipping for the mistake. They said I just had to ship back the wrong bag which I did right away. I was also charged for route shipping which I told them I did not add but when I received the tracking info it was shipped normal ground and not overnight which was upsetting but at that point I just wanted my $1000 bag that I bought for my fiancé for her birthday. Her birthday was on the 22nd so it had to be a late gift. When I received the bag it was in good shape overall other than the fact it was super dirty, and smelled like a goodwill. It had a lot of dirt and dust all over the bag and had to have it cleaned. Other than all the confusion, late arrival, and the promises broken, my fiancé was happy with the gift. For the price I paid for the condition of the bag and everything I had to deal with i could've paid a little more for a brand new one from LV themselves, so I suggest do your research first then decide.

The product i purchased was authentic, the shipping was free and relatively prompt. But i would recommend that they store their bag better. My MCM tote since they kept one side folded it now has a permanent crease from this fold. It should have been stored upright with paper inside and shipped the same way.

On July 16th 2020 I ordered an vintage Fendi bag that I’ve been wanting for sometime . On July 17th I received an disheartening email from Bonnie stating they made an error and the bag was previously sold and should’ve been removed from the website . My heart drop ( I love this bag) Bonnie went out is her way to rectify the situation with offering me a full refund or 15% off a new order. As I went to inquire about a another bag , she was so kind to give me details about it. As I slept on ordering this bag as a replacement ,Bonnie contacted me the very next day with great news that the warehouse has another Fendi bag in the same style but it was slightly larger! I was so happy and truly appreciative that she went out of her way to make it right ! I have purchased 4 amazing bags from them and will continue to look to them for more great finds .. My most recent purchase was a pair of Burberry ear muffs. They came perfectly packaged (as always), exactly as described and with a receipt. It’s black and has high quality and stunning embroidery of flowers and leaves. Would you guys be interested in having it for resale. I had a fair experience. The collection is good, however, the clerk did make me feel uncomfortable when I checked out because of the inappropriate jokes she continued making as well as arguing with her colleague about connecting issue between POS machine and the computer. I usually have a high tolerance level and like to talk with people with strong personality since I'm also in service industry, however, this time I could only stand there, smile and tried to take them as jokes but felt acward and even embarrassed.
