It's clean, it is awfully hot in there. They do have fans going but oh lort. It's pretty expensive for military thrift store. I coupons believe some of their prices like old navy flip flops $5. Breast pumps, and breast pump items they give away for free at other military thrift stores they charge you for here. One of the breast pumps was like $30, they had the milk bags for like 5. Even post-partum items again given away for free at other military thrifts they were charging for. Some boy not sure if he was an employees son but he was walking around on his phone not paying attention to me and bumped into me 2 times. Being 33 weeks pregnant I wasn't happy about it. Not even a sorry or an excuse me. The last time he did it I saw him walk in the back and sit down. The employee was nice, I ended going up and standing by the door, she offered me a chair and was nice to my husband at check out. Idk who's doing the pricing at this store but it's absolutely crazy. Some of the items I did price compare and at this location they were a few dollars more than a new one, or a dollar or two less. Anyway they do have some good stuff and a large variety!

Love this place. Great selection and reasonable prices.

Ladies are wonderful, lots of stuff to look through, very cool with the fans going, etc. Reminds me of "Mayberry RFD" episodes where you walk into a country store, everyone greets each other, the prices are low, you're offered lemon aide or sarsaparilla, and they watch your kids as you shop.

They have plenty of items that ranges between clothes, movies/CDs, kitchenware, toys, books, sports equipment, and some electronics. They are only open for a few hours for three days a week, but it's interesting to see.

I was not in this to restore very long because I have horrible hours that they're open from like 9 in the morning until like 1 on Sundays in earlier on other days I was a little disappointed because this place was on the military base and I had to do a lot to get there to find out that once I get there only have like 10 minutes before it closed but if you're on the military base already and are cool with the hours the selection it is wonderful I believe they only accept cash

I really enjoy going to this thrift store. There are lots of fun items and new ones constantly being put out. The workers are friendly and helpful.

I used to go to the thrift shop years ago and loved it. How can a non-military civilian get on Fort Shafter to check out the thrift shop?

No idea what you're going to find here. I've gone in an found nothing, I've gone in and found gems. It's always fun to see what they have.
